Detailed Description
The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a BIM-based cable laying method, including the following steps:
and step S1, constructing a construction site three-dimensional model according to the parameters of the construction site.
Step S2, constructing a plurality of equipment three-dimensional models in the construction site three-dimensional model according to parameters of a plurality of equipment arranged in the construction site, wherein the parameters of the plurality of equipment comprise parameters of single equipment and relative position relations among the plurality of equipment.
The parameters of the job site include the size of the space of the job site. The equipment may be any equipment deployed at a construction site, such as hydroelectric equipment, power units, and the like. The parameters of the individual devices may include the length, width, height, etc. of the individual devices. And constructing an equipment three-dimensional model according to the real arrangement mode and parameters of each equipment in the construction site, so that the subsequently constructed cable laying carrier three-dimensional model and the cable three-dimensional model can avoid the equipment three-dimensional model and do not collide with the equipment three-dimensional model. Therefore, when construction is carried out on a construction site, the collision between the actually constructed cable laying carrier and the laid cable and equipment in the construction site can be avoided.
And step S3, constructing a three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier in the three-dimensional model of the construction site according to the parameters of the cable laying carrier and the pre-designed initial position of the cable, wherein the three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier passes through the three-dimensional models of the plurality of devices and does not collide with the three-dimensional models of the plurality of devices.
The cable laying carrier is used as a carrier of the cable, and the position and the direction of the cable laying carrier arranged on a construction site can be determined according to the starting position of the cable specified in a pre-designed drawing. Therefore, a three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier is constructed in the three-dimensional model of the construction site according to the parameters of the cable laying carrier and the pre-designed starting position of the cable. When the three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier is constructed, the three-dimensional model of the equipment along the way needs to be considered in the arrangement position and the arrangement direction of the three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier, and the three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier is ensured not to collide with the three-dimensional model of the equipment.
Here, when the three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier is built in the three-dimensional model of the construction site, which is equivalent to approximately building the path of the three-dimensional model of the cable, the specific laying modes such as the arrangement mode, the position and the like of each cable in the three-dimensional model of the cable can be further determined when the three-dimensional model of the cable is built subsequently.
In a preferred embodiment, in the BIM-based cabling method, the parameters of the construction site include a spatial size of the construction site; the parameters of the cabling carrier include the width and height of the cabling carrier; the parameter of the cable comprises an outer diameter of the cable.
In a preferred embodiment, in the BIM-based cabling method, the cabling carrier includes a cable tray and a cable shaft. Specifically, the width and the height of the cable bridge determine the capacity of the cable, determine the number of layers of cables which can be placed on the layer of cable bridge, and determine the width of the cables which can be distributed, so that the cable bridge is a premise for reasonably laying the cables. The function of the cable shaft is the same as that of a cable bridge and is a carrier of cables, and the size of the shaft also determines the laying quantity of the cables. The outer diameter of the cable is matched with the width and the height of the cable laying carrier, so that the capacity of the cable laying carrier to the cable can be determined.
Step S4, simulating cable laying in the cable laying carrier three-dimensional model according to the parameters of the cables and the pre-designed initial positions of the cables, so as to build a cable three-dimensional model on the cable laying carrier three-dimensional model, and marking the serial number, the model number, the initial positions and the predicted lengths of all the cables in the built cable three-dimensional model; in the process of simulating cable laying, the arrangement sequence of each cable in the cable three-dimensional model, the position of each cable in the cable laying carrier three-dimensional model, the wiring mode of each cable at the line crossing position and the construction requirement of each cable in a complex area are designed and determined.
In this step, the simulated cabling is performed in the three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier based on the parameters of the cable and the starting position of the cable specified in the pre-designed drawing. In the process of simulating and laying, the arrangement sequence and position of each cable, particularly the wiring mode of the line crossing position and the construction requirement of a complex area are designed, and the design contents are displayed in the constructed cable three-dimensional model. And, the number, model, starting position and expected length of each cable are also identified explicitly as the basis of construction.
Here, the cable three-dimensional model may be a cable cluster three-dimensional model formed by a plurality of cables, and may include a plurality of cables, each of which corresponds to information such as a number, a model, a start position, a predicted length, an arrangement sequence, a position, a wiring manner of a line crossing position, a construction requirement of a complex area, and the like.
And step S5, constructing the cable laying carrier on the construction site according to the constructed three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier and the cable three-dimensional model, and laying cables on the cable laying carrier.
The constructor can check the computer equipment on the construction site, build the cable laying carrier according to the built cable laying carrier three-dimensional model and the cable three-dimensional model, and lay the cable on the built cable laying carrier.
In summary, the BIM-based cable laying method provided by the invention utilizes the BIM to perform uniform design and planning on cable laying, can improve the efficiency and process quality of cable laying in the cable construction process, and is convenient for uniform arrangement and management on cable laying.
In a preferred embodiment, in the BIM-based cabling method, after simulating cabling in the cable laying carrier three-dimensional model according to parameters of the cables and a pre-designed starting position of the cables to build a cable three-dimensional model on the cable laying carrier three-dimensional model and marking a number, a model number, a starting position and a predicted length of each cable in the built cable three-dimensional model, the method further includes: dividing the construction site three-dimensional model into a plurality of cable laying areas, wherein each cable laying area corresponds to a part of the cable laying carrier three-dimensional model and a part of the cable three-dimensional model respectively, and marking the laying sequence of the cable laying areas; the constructing a cable laying carrier at the construction site according to the constructed cable laying carrier three-dimensional model and the cable three-dimensional model, and laying a cable on the cable laying carrier, includes: according to the laying sequence of the cable laying areas, according to a part of the corresponding cable laying carrier three-dimensional model and a part of the corresponding cable laying carrier three-dimensional model in each cable laying area one by one, constructing the corresponding part of the cable laying carrier on the construction site, and laying the corresponding part of the cable on the corresponding part of the cable laying carrier.
In practical application, the construction site has a large scale, numerous devices are provided, and the number of cables is large, so that in order to further improve the efficiency of cable construction and ensure the quality of each part of cable construction, after the three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier and the three-dimensional model of the cables are constructed, the three-dimensional model of the construction site is divided into a plurality of cable laying areas, and the laying sequence of the cable laying areas is specified. During construction, the constructor can construct the cable laying carriers and cables of each part on the construction site according to the specified laying sequence. For example, the three-dimensional model of the construction site may be divided into four layers, each of which is an uppermost layer corresponding to the high-voltage cable, an upper layer corresponding to the power cable, a lower layer corresponding to the control cable, and a lowermost layer corresponding to the communication cable such as the optical fiber network cable, and the four-layer cable laying areas may be defined to be laid in this order from top to bottom. During construction, the construction is carried out layer by layer according to the design.
In a preferred embodiment, in the BIM-based cabling method, after simulating cabling in the cabling carrier three-dimensional model to build a cable three-dimensional model on top of the cabling carrier three-dimensional model and marking the number, model and start position of each cable in the built cable three-dimensional model, the method further includes: manufacturing a cable label for each cable in the cable three-dimensional model, wherein the cable label at least identifies the number of the corresponding cable; after the cable laying carrier is constructed at the construction site according to the constructed three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier and the cable is laid on the cable laying carrier, the method further comprises: laying one cable on the cable laying carrier, and arranging corresponding cable labels on the corresponding cables; and marking the laying state of the corresponding cable in the constructed three-dimensional cable model according to the number of the corresponding cable identified by the corresponding cable label.
When the three-dimensional model of the cable is constructed, a number is allocated to each cable. In order to establish a one-to-one correspondence relationship between cables actually laid on a construction site and cables in a cable three-dimensional model so as to facilitate later fault detection and maintenance management, a cable label marked with a number is manufactured, each cable is manufactured on the construction site, a cable label corresponding to the cable is arranged on the cable, and the corresponding cable in the cable three-dimensional model is marked in computer equipment and marked as a laying state. Therefore, timely grasping and management of the cable construction progress can be realized. In addition, in the subsequent fault detection or maintenance link, the number on the cable label of one cable in the construction site can be checked, then the number is input into the system, namely, the parameters, data, states and the like of the corresponding cable in the cable three-dimensional model can be checked, and fault detection and maintenance operation can be carried out based on the retrieved information.
In a preferred embodiment, in the BIM-based cabling method, after the cable laying carrier is constructed at the construction site according to the constructed three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier and the three-dimensional model of the cable, and a cable is laid on the cable laying carrier, the method further includes: marking the actual length of the corresponding cable in the constructed three-dimensional cable model according to the number of the corresponding cable identified by the corresponding cable label; calculating the sum of the design lengths of cables with the same model in the cable three-dimensional model; and calculating the difference between the sum of the actual lengths of all the cables with the same model laid on the construction site and the sum of the design lengths of the cables with the same model in the cable three-dimensional model.
In this embodiment, when the laying state of the corresponding cable is marked in the cable three-dimensional model of the system, the actual length of the cable may also be marked at the same time. The design length is recorded in advance in a cable three-dimensional model of the system, the design length is designed by a designer according to a design drawing and a constructed cable three-dimensional model, and errors may exist during actual laying. Thus, the actual length of the cable may also be identified into the cable three-dimensional model.
Before construction, cables of the same type are prepared and matched. At this time, the number of the cables of the model is determined by the sum of the design lengths of the cables of the model in the three-dimensional model of the cables. With the progress of the cable construction, the actual length of the cable is marked in the cable three-dimensional model, and the difference between the sum of the actual length of the cable of the same model and the sum of the design length is counted, so that whether the prepared cable is enough or not can be known at any time, whether supplement and preparation are needed to be carried out in time or not can be known, the situation that the prepared cable is not enough can be avoided, and the construction progress is prevented from being delayed. And when the cables of the same type are completely laid, the error between the design and the actual condition can be determined according to the difference between the sum of the actual lengths of the cables of the type and the sum of the design lengths, so that the factors influencing the cable usage amount in the actual construction are analyzed and not considered in the design link, and guidance and basis are provided for designing a cable three-dimensional model which is more in line with the actual condition.
In a preferred embodiment, in the BIM-based cabling method, the equipment includes a power distribution cabinet; the parameters of the single device comprise the wire inlet and outlet mode of the power distribution cabinet; and in the process of simulating cable laying, designing and determining the mode of each cable in the cable three-dimensional model to enter and exit the power distribution cabinet according to the wire inlet and outlet mode of the power distribution cabinet.
The switch board is different with other equipment of job site, and the business turn over line mode of switch board can influence the actual length of cable during actual construction. Therefore, when a three-dimensional model of the cable is constructed, the mode that each cable enters and exits the power distribution cabinet is designed into the model, and the design length of each cable is marked according to the mode, so that the error between the design length and the actual length is further reduced, and a more reliable and accurate basis is provided for the preparation of the cable.
In conclusion, the invention constructs the three-dimensional model of the cable laying carrier and the three-dimensional model of the cable by using the BIM technology as a basis, finishes the design of the cable laying process, realizes the visualization of the cable laying path, optimizes the problems of unreasonable cable arrangement, easy cross, capacity exceeding of a bridge frame and the like in the construction preparation stage, ensures that the construction of each step of the cable construction is based on the basis, ensures that the cable arrangement is more regular, the construction procedure is more precise, improves the uniformity and the process quality of the cable arrangement, fully utilizes the volume ratio and the distribution rule of the cable bridge frame and the minimum bending radius of the cable, and ensures the rationality of material preparation and the standardization of the construction process.
While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not intended to be limited to the uses set forth in the specification and examples. It can be applied to all kinds of fields suitable for the present invention. Additional modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art.
