Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cables, in particular to an electric wire and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Current wire products cannot pass BS 6387: 2013, after a fire occurs, water is directly sprayed on the surface of the wire, so that a mineral layer is rapidly cooled to crack, and the water passes through a conductor to cause short-circuit failure. Therefore, the existing fireproof electric wire is additionally provided with the waterproof layer, but when the temperature of a fire scene is higher, the waterproof layer is also likely to crack, so that water permeates into the surface of the conductor from the crack, and a short-circuit accident still occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect of poor waterproof effect of the electric wire at high temperature in the prior art, so that the electric wire with good waterproof effect at high temperature and the preparation method thereof are provided.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides an electric wire including:
the cable comprises a conductor, a first waterproof layer, a second waterproof layer and an outer protective layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside.
Optionally, the first waterproof layer is a composite strip of metal and plastic, and the second waterproof layer is a polymer waterproof layer.
Optionally, the metal and plastic composite strip is an aluminum-plastic composite strip, and the polymer waterproof layer is ceramic silicone rubber.
Optionally, the cable further comprises a first fire resistant layer disposed between the conductor and the first waterproof layer.
Optionally, the first fire-resistant layer is a three-in-one mica tape.
Optionally, the outer jacket is a low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin sheath.
Also provided is a method for manufacturing an electric wire, comprising the steps of:
after the conductor is longitudinally wrapped with the first waterproof layer, the second waterproof layer is extruded to be wrapped outside the first waterproof layer, then the outer protective layer is extruded, and the electric wire is sealed.
Optionally, the method further comprises the step of wrapping the first fire-proof layer around the conductor before longitudinally wrapping the first waterproof layer.
Optionally, the width of the first waterproof layer is 1.1 times of the circumference of the conductor after wrapping the first fireproof layer.
Optionally, the first waterproof layer is coated on the first fireproof layer through an adhesive.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the electric wire provided by the invention, when a fire disaster occurs, the outer protective layer is slowly carbonized and peeled off along with the continuous combustion of external flame, and even if the second waterproof layer cracks at high temperature to generate a gap, water used in fire extinguishment cannot enter the electric wire through the gap due to the arrangement of the first waterproof layer, so that the waterproof effect of the electric wire is improved, and the occurrence of short-circuit accidents is avoided.
2. According to the electric wire provided by the invention, the second waterproof layer is made of ceramic silicon rubber, and has good fireproof and waterproof effects, the electric wire can be rapidly crust at high temperature to form a closed container, the fireproof time is prolonged, slight burning objects fall on the surface of the ceramic silicon rubber crust layer without any damage to the interior of the electric wire, and a layer of ceramic armor is arranged on the electric wire in a penetrating manner, so that the electric wire is resistant to high temperature and vibration, and simultaneously forms a double-waterproof structure with an aluminum-plastic composite tape, and the waterproof effect is further ensured.
3. According to the electric wire provided by the invention, the first fireproof layer is a three-in-one mica tape which is quickly crusted after being heated, so that the super-long continuous fireproof time is provided for the electric wire, and a double fireproof structure is formed with the ceramic silicon rubber, so that the fireproof effect is further ensured, and the life guarantee is provided for fire rescue.
4. According to the preparation method of the electric wire, the width of the first waterproof layer is 1.1 times of the perimeter of the conductor after the first fireproof layer is wrapped, and the first waterproof layer is coated on the first fireproof layer through the adhesive, so that the waterproof effect is further guaranteed.

In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
A specific embodiment of the electric wire shown in fig. 1 includes a conductor 1, a first fireproof layer 2, a first waterproof layer 3, a second waterproof layer 4, and an outer sheath 5, which are sequentially disposed from inside to outside.
The first fireproof layer 2 is a three-in-one mica tape and is heated to be quickly crusted. The mica paper is used as a base material, and the glass fiber cloth and the carbon-free film are used as single-side reinforcing materials, so that the fireproof performance is better.
The first waterproof layer 3 is a composite strip of metal and plastic, for example, an aluminum-plastic composite strip.
The second waterproof layer 4 is a polymer waterproof layer, such as ceramic silicone rubber. The ceramic silicon rubber can resist the high temperature of 3000 ℃ at most, the current-carrying capacity of one specification of the electric wire can be improved under the conventional condition, the current-carrying capacity is 24-26A when a common BV2.5mm2 pipe is penetrated, the current-carrying capacity can reach 32-35A when a ceramic silicon rubber 2.5mm2 pipe is penetrated, the current-carrying capacity reaches the common BV4mm2 pipe is penetrated, and the electricity consumption and the design cost can be saved. The ceramic silicon rubber is quickly crusted when the external flame reaches more than 500 ℃, the fire-resistant temperature of the crusted ceramic silicon rubber can reach more than 2000 ℃, and the ceramic silicon rubber can be continuously fire-resistant and burnt within 950 +/-40 ℃ for 180min, so that the ceramic silicon rubber can be used as a second fire-resistant layer. Meanwhile, the sealed ceramic container and the aluminum-plastic composite belt form a double waterproof structure, and even if ceramic silicon rubber cracks in the crusting process, moisture is intercepted outside due to the blocking of the aluminum-plastic composite belt, so that water sprayed from the outside cannot penetrate into the electric wire.
The outer protective layer 5 is a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin protective layer, so that a large amount of smoke and toxic and harmful substances cannot be generated during combustion, and the life and property safety of people is guaranteed.
A method of making an electrical wire comprising the steps of:
wrapping a three-in-one mica tape outside the conductor; then uniformly coating glue on the aluminum-plastic composite tape, longitudinally wrapping the aluminum-plastic composite tape, calculating the perimeter according to the outer diameter, and adopting the width of the aluminum-plastic composite tape to be 1.1 times of the perimeter of the conductor wrapped with the three-in-one mica tape so as to enable the aluminum-plastic composite tape to be overlapped and bonded by 10 percent; extruding ceramic silicon rubber to wrap the aluminum-plastic composite belt so as to completely fit the aluminum-plastic composite belt; then high-oxygen-index low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin is extruded and wrapped, and the electric wire is sealed so as to increase the insulating property and the flame-retardant property of the electric wire.
The fire-resistant temperature of the wire prepared by the embodiment is increased from the original 750-800 ℃ to 950 +/-40 ℃; the fire-resistant time is prolonged from 90min to 180 min; the conditions of the electric wire running in fire-resistant, spraying and vibrating states in a fire disaster can be simulated by GB/T19666-2019 and BS 6387: 2013.
As an alternative embodiment, the first waterproof layer 3 may also be a composite strip of alloy and plastic.
As an alternative embodiment, the second waterproof layer 4 may also be fire-proof mud.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
