The data center station integrates the data of the whole network and comprises an attaching source layer, a sharing layer and an analysis layer, wherein the data center station emphasizes the integration of the data of the whole network, and the data center station and the service center station keep data interaction with a certain frequency so as to ensure the consistency and the circulation of the data.
The integrated design method for the industrial expansion investigation and design is established on the basis of the construction of a middle platform of an enterprise and mainly used for service sharing of the middle platform of customer service business and the middle platform of power grid resource business. According to the idea of 'moving service and not moving data', a client service center station and a power grid resource service center station provide application for an opposite end system in a resource data service mode, and the opposite end system does not store or stores less data as far as possible so as to ensure the consistency of marketing and distribution data. And designing and developing a real-time operation and distribution data service interface based on a customer service center and a power grid resource service center. The power grid resource service center station provides power grid resource data such as a transformer substation, a public line and a public transformer to the customer service center station through data service; and the customer service center station provides marketing resource data such as special lines, special changes, customer files and the like to the power grid resource center station through data service. Aiming at application scenes with high marketing instantaneity and small interaction amount, carrying out homologous application of marketing and distribution resources through real-time data services provided by a service center; aiming at application scenes with low real-time performance and large interaction amount, the homologous application of the marketing and distribution resources is developed through technical means such as database replication and the like on the basis of data model unification. The operation and distribution data are highly consistent, and a foundation is provided for real-time online exploration of power grid resources.
The preferred embodiment of the invention also provides a structural schematic diagram of a marketing service system and a power grid GIS spatial information service platform, as shown in figure 3.
The visualization feature of the invention is based on the service support of the power grid GIS platform to the service center, the power grid GIS platform is positioned on the enterprise-level public service platform, and is an important technical base in the enterprise center architecture of the national power grid company; managing other geospatial data such as basic geographic data of a company, power grid equipment facilities and the like; the method meets the requirements of various professionals on business application such as geographic information data management, query, visualization, analysis and the like in a mode of public service and assembly, and supports rapid development of application. The position, key parameters and topological relation of the power grid equipment are core digital assets of a company, and the development condition of the energy Internet is reflected. On one hand, the system is closely related to daily work of a basic team, the convenience of data maintenance and application directly influences the working efficiency of staff, and a stable, efficient and visual map platform is required for supporting; on the other hand, a map platform with aggregated core data becomes an important protection entrance for company network security, and particularly, in the case that the operation application gradually changes to the mobile internet, a unified map entrance is more required to facilitate strict supervision.
The electric power accurate space-time service network constructed based on the Beidou navigation system can realize real-time centimeter-level positioning accuracy and nanosecond-level accurate time service. The system can provide very accurate micro-motion monitoring service for mobile equipment and personnel positions, support high-precision positioning of power receiving points and power point searching, and search for nearby power points according to power access types, voltage grades and searching ranges, wherein the access types can comprise multiple modes of transformer substations, circuits, switching stations, ring main units, branch boxes and the like, so that a solid foundation is laid for high-precision field investigation.
The power grid GIS platform provides powerful services for power marketing business by using high-quality basic map data, supports business layer data deposition and sharing, realizes thematic layer hosting and release, forms a digital world which truly reflects power grid business activities and changes of space-time evolution of surrounding environment, constructs a connection junction of a virtual world and a real world based on position association 'human-equipment-environment-work order', supports online visual operation of a business expansion and exploration design scheme, can be directly maintained on a mobile operation terminal for drawing graphs, can select material primitives and segment delay wiring routes according to needs, compiles the scheme and outputs a power supply scheme, and improves the efficiency of exploration design.
The preferred embodiment of the invention also provides a power grid resource visualization exploration strategy diagram, which shows the openable capacity data and the partition classification strategy in detail, as shown in fig. 4.
The traditional industry expansion exploration design lacks a reasonable mode for displaying openable capacity, and a new industry expansion exploration design method is provided, wherein marketing data such as power consumer information, power receiving point addresses and application capacity are provided by a client service center, and openable capacity data of the power receiving point positions of power consumers are determined by resource data query service, coordinate positioning service and equipment openable capacity analysis service of the client service center in power grid resource service.
In the traditional mode, the business expansion is limited, the transformation period cannot be quantified and definite, and a large amount of offline communication is needed. The method provides a mechanism for carrying out partition display according to the load ratio, provides guidance for the transformation of the district line and the distribution transformer, and makes different strategies according to different access capacities. Defining the load below 50% as a green area, and carrying out unconditional full-capacity access; 50% -70% of the total load is defined as a yellow area, the yellow area can be directly replied on site and the capacity requirement of the area is pushed to a production system, the production system makes a plan to complete the load pressure drop of the yellow area within half a year, and plan information is pushed to a marketing service system; more than 70% of the total load is defined as a red area, the time limit is required to be limited, the period limit sales number is regulated, the load is cut, the plan information is pushed to a marketing service system, and the pressure drop load is regulated and modified through a monthly plan or a quarterly plan.
Different strategies should be adopted for access in the yellow district and the red district according to the capacity:
630kVA or less, can respond directly.
And contract service is implemented between 630kVA and 2000kV, the contract service is firstly accessed and then modified, and the contract service and the client negotiate to guide and help the client to take peak avoiding and peak shifting electricity utilization measures under the condition that the reasonable construction period cannot be matched with the full load requirement of the client electricity utilization until external engineering construction is put into operation. And (4) defining peak avoiding measures required by the client in the contract, and simultaneously performing client demand side management work through data analysis.
Above 2000kVA, a transition power supply scheme is formed through combined exploration and intelligent terminal remote online assistance, and the original scheme is adjusted by selecting after the sales number is rectified and changed.
Meanwhile, in order to provide a channel for inquiring the openable capacity for the client, accurately obtain the openable capacity and reasonably display the relevant information of the openable capacity of the power grid, the embodiment provides a mode for inquiring the power grid resource information according to clients classified by different users. According to different voltage grades, the visual requirements of power grid resources of customers are different, and for users of 35kV or above, the positions of discharge starting points, residual intervals and capacities, peripheral pipe gallery information, the annual power grid planning and other information within the power supply radius of the users are disclosed; for 10 (20) kV users, the positions of power supply points, the line capacity, the information of pipe corridors, the planning of the current distribution network in the local area and the like are disclosed; for 400V users, the variable open capacity is disclosed as the peripheral power supply points. The method realizes the real-time dynamic display of the open capacity and can provide service interaction for the middlings of the customer service business.
The present applicant has described and illustrated embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the detailed description is only for the purpose of helping the reader to better understand the spirit of the present invention, and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and on the contrary, any improvement or modification made based on the spirit of the present invention should fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

step 1.1, establishing an information channel between a power marketing service system and a power grid GIS platform and a power grid resource business center based on an enterprise center architecture and an information interaction technology; the enterprise central station comprises a business central station and a data central station, wherein the business central station comprises a customer service central station related to power marketing service and a power grid resource central station related to power grid distribution equipment;
step 1.2, the electric power marketing service system calls public services and components of a power grid GIS platform through an information channel;
step 1.3, the electric power marketing service system calls the center and service of a power grid resource service center through an information channel to acquire power grid resource information and power grid resource service;
and step 1.4, taking the power grid resource information as an auxiliary rendered GIS map as a power grid resource investigation page in a business expansion scheme compiling function module.
