the task scoring module 4 is used for responding to a scoring request of any task in the scoring database, performing quality evaluation on the task according to a preset scoring rule to obtain a corresponding quality scoring coefficient, and adding the task into a value database;
the value counting module 5 is used for responding to a value counting request of any task in the value base, obtaining a task value according to the standard working hours, the quality scoring coefficient and the staff salary, and adding the task into a report base;
the report generation module 6 is used for responding to a report generation request, performing statistical analysis on all tasks in the report library and generating a corresponding periodic task report; the periodic task report comprises a task workload report, a task value report and a task overdue and unexamined report.
It should be noted that all or part of the modules in the enterprise task management system can be implemented by software, hardware and their combination. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an enterprise task management method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that the architecture shown in FIG. 7 is a block diagram of only a portion of the architecture associated with the subject application, and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the subject application may be applied, as a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown in the figures, or a combination of certain components, or an arrangement of components in common.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the steps of the above method being performed when the computer program is executed by the processor.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method.
To sum up, the embodiment of the invention provides an enterprise task management method, system, computer equipment and storage medium, through the method, the task is created by searching a corresponding preset task template and a standard working hour template in a preset task management standard library according to task types, the corresponding actual working hour is filled and registered according to each cost of the task, when the task is completed, the standard working hour is reviewed according to the corresponding task type to determine the corresponding standard working hour, the quality of the task is evaluated according to a preset scoring rule to obtain a corresponding quality scoring coefficient, the task value is obtained according to the standard working hour, the quality scoring coefficient and the staff salary, the periodic statistical analysis is carried out on all the completed tasks to generate a corresponding periodic task report, and the tasks with different functions and different complexity degrees are uniformly divided according to the standard tasks and the non-standard tasks, and the corresponding standard working hour template is provided for tracking and managing the task, a corresponding periodic task report is generated when the task is finished, different tasks can be freely added and deleted according to actual requirements to use the standard working hour template, offline transactions are changed into online circulation, the task management becomes standardized and normalized, the effectiveness, convenience and flexibility of management can be improved, the safe storage and the standard management of task data can be realized, and a supervision basis is provided for the task quality.
The embodiments in this specification are described in a progressive manner, and all the same or similar parts of the embodiments are directly referred to each other, and each embodiment is described with emphasis on differences from other embodiments. Claims (10)

1. A method for enterprise task management, the method comprising the steps of:
presetting a task management standard library; the task management standard library comprises a standard working hour template, a staff salary and a scoring coefficient model;
responding to a task creating request, acquiring a task type, searching a corresponding preset task template and a corresponding standard man-hour template according to the task type, creating the task according to the preset task template and the standard man-hour template, and adding the task into a task library;
responding to the expense report of any task in the task library, acquiring corresponding single expense working hour, registering corresponding actual working hour according to the single expense working hour, performing standard working hour review on the task according to a corresponding task type when the task is completed, determining corresponding standard working hour, and adding the task into a scoring library;
responding to a scoring request of any task in the scoring library, performing quality evaluation on the task according to a preset scoring rule to obtain a corresponding quality scoring coefficient, and adding the task into a value library;
responding to a value statistical request of any task in the value base, obtaining a task value according to the standard working hours, the quality scoring coefficient and the staff salary, and adding the task into a report base;
responding to a report generation request, performing statistical analysis on all tasks in the report library, and generating a corresponding periodic task report; the periodic task report comprises a task workload report, a task value report and a task overdue and unexamined report.
2. The enterprise task management method of claim 1, wherein the expense report comprises an expense real-time report or an expense post-hoc entry; the expense real-time filling and expense post-event additional recording are operated through a webpage end or a mobile phone end.
3. The enterprise task management method of claim 1, wherein the task types include standard tasks and non-standard tasks;
the step of performing standard man-hour review on the tasks according to the corresponding task types and determining the corresponding standard man-hours comprises the following steps:
if the task type is a standard task, directly taking preset standard working hours in a corresponding standard working hour template as standard working hours of the task;
and if the task type is a non-standard task, performing man-hour review on the task to obtain the standard man-hour of the task.
4. The enterprise task management method of claim 3, wherein said step of reviewing said tasks for standard man-hours for said tasks comprises:
responding to a man-hour review request, and judging whether the man-hour review request is overdue or not;
if the man-hour review request is overdue, acquiring actual man-hours corresponding to the task, taking the actual man-hours with preset percentage as standard man-hours of the task, and otherwise, judging whether the actual man-hours of the task are reasonable;
and if the actual working hours of the tasks are not reasonable, giving corresponding evaluation working hours, and taking the evaluation working hours as the standard working hours of the tasks, otherwise, taking the actual working hours of the tasks as the standard working hours of the tasks.
5. The enterprise task management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing quality assessment on the task according to a preset scoring rule to obtain a corresponding quality scoring coefficient comprises:
judging whether the scoring request is overdue;
if the grading request is overdue, the quality score is graded as a default quality score, otherwise, a preset quality evaluator grades the task to obtain the quality score of the task;
and obtaining the quality scoring coefficient according to the quality score and the scoring coefficient model.
6. The enterprise task management method of claim 1, wherein said step of deriving task values based on said standard labor hours, quality scoring factors, and staff salaries comprises:
and obtaining the task value by taking the staff salary corresponding to the task, the quality scoring coefficient and the standard working hour product.
7. The enterprise task management method of claim 6, wherein said step of deriving task values based on said standard labor hours, quality scoring factors, and staff salaries further comprises:
counting the complained times and the raised times of the tasks;
adjusting the quality scoring coefficient according to the complained times and the raised times;
and updating the task value according to the adjusted quality scoring coefficient.
8. An enterprise task management system, the system comprising:
the standard presetting module is used for presetting a task management standard library; the task management standard library comprises a standard working hour template, a staff salary and a scoring coefficient model;
the task creating module is used for responding to a task creating request, acquiring a task type, searching a corresponding preset task template and a corresponding standard man-hour template according to the task type, creating the task according to the preset task template and the standard man-hour template, and adding the task into a task library;
the working hour counting module is used for responding to the expense report of any task in the task library, acquiring corresponding single-time expense working hours, registering corresponding actual working hours according to the single-time expense working hours, performing standard working hour review on the task according to the corresponding task type when the task is completed, determining the corresponding standard working hours, and adding the task into the scoring library;
the task scoring module is used for responding to a scoring request of any task in the scoring database, performing quality evaluation on the task according to a preset scoring rule to obtain a corresponding quality scoring coefficient, and adding the task into the value database;
the value counting module is used for responding to a value counting request of any task in the value base, obtaining task value according to the standard working hour, the quality scoring coefficient and the staff salary, and adding the task into a report base;
the report generation module is used for responding to a report generation request, performing statistical analysis on all tasks in the report library and generating a corresponding periodic task report; the periodic task report comprises a task workload report, a task value report and a task overdue and unexamined report.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
