The drawings are schematic diagrams or conceptual diagrams, and the relationship between the thickness and the width of each part, the proportional relationship between the parts and the like are not completely consistent with actual values.
Fig. 1 to 4 are schematic structural diagrams of a pathological section antistatic writing brush according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a brush tube 100, a brush assembly 200, a heating element 300, a battery 400, and a tube cover 500.
The pen tube 100 is a long-strip-shaped circular tube structure, in other embodiments, a special-shaped tubular structure is adopted, such as an elliptical tube, a polygonal tube, and the like, and specifically, a tube body of which the shape is adopted does not affect the implementation of the present invention, and may be selected according to actual needs, and is not limited herein. In this embodiment, the pen tube 100 is divided into two parts along the central axial plane, and the two parts are spliced to form the whole pen tube 100, for example, by means of splicing the two parts by means of the matching buckles and the slots respectively disposed on the two parts or bonding the two parts. To clearly illustrate the arrangement of components within the barrel 100, most of the drawings in this embodiment show only one of the two parts of the barrel 100. The tube inside of the pen tube 100 is provided with a plurality of different stoppers to dispose the brush assembly 200, the heating body 300, and the battery 400 at corresponding positions inside the tube. The outermost layer of the pen tube 100 is an anti-static coating or a coating made of an anti-static material, and in other embodiments, the pen tube 100 itself is made of an anti-static material, such as anti-static PC, anti-static PP, anti-static PVC, or anti-static PET.
The brush assembly 200 is fixedly disposed at one end of the pen barrel 100, as shown in fig. 5, the brush assembly 200 includes a connection portion 210 and bristles 220, the bristles 220 are fixed to the connection portion 210, and specifically, the bristles 220 are inserted into the connection portion 210, and they may be tightly inserted and held relatively fixed, or further bonded by an adhesive to make the connection more secure. The brush assembly 200 is fixed to one end of the pen tube 100, specifically, the connection portion 210 is fixed to one end of the pen tube 100, the connection portion 210 and the pen tube 100 may be fixedly connected by bonding the outer wall of the connection portion 210 and the inner wall of the pen tube 100, or an external thread or a buckle is provided on the outer wall of the connection portion, and a matching internal thread or a groove is provided on the inner wall of the pen tube 100, so that the connection portion 210 and the pen tube 100 are fixed by a thread or a buckle, or in this embodiment, the connection portion 210 is retained in the limiting structure to limit the axial movement of the connection portion along the pen tube 100 by providing a corresponding limiting structure in the pen tube 100. In this embodiment, the material of the connecting portion 210 is polyethylene.
The bristles 220 are made of shape memory fibers, which means that the fibers can memorize the initial shape given by the outside when being formed for the first time, and the formed fibers can be deformed at will and fixed at a lower temperature or under the force of an external force. When external stimulus conditions such as heating or water washing are given to the deformed fiber, the shape memory fiber can return to the original shape, that is, the final product has the function of initial shape memory of the fiber. Various shape memory fibers currently introduced by textile enterprises at home and abroad comprise high polymer material fibers, nickel-titanium alloy fibers and the like. The principle of the shape memory fiber of the high polymer material is to use modern high polymer physics and high polymer synthesis modification technology to carry out molecular combination and modification on the general high polymer material. For example, the molecular combination and molecular structure adjustment of high molecular materials such as polyethylene, polyester, polyisoprene, polyurethane and the like are carried out, so that the materials have the common properties of plastics and rubber, have the properties of plastics in a normal temperature range, namely, the properties of hardness and shape stability and recovery, and have the characteristics of rubber at a certain temperature (so-called memory temperature), and mainly show the deformability and the shape recovery of the materials, namely, the memory function of the materials, namely, the cycle of 'memory initial state-fixed deformation-recovery initial state'. The bristles 220 of this embodiment are shape memory fibers formed by molecular combination and modification of polyisoprene so that they have a first form which is hard at normal temperature and can be converted into a second form after being heated to a memory temperature, and the second form has flexibility. As shown in fig. 5 and 7, when the bristle 220 is in the first form, it includes a first extension 221 and a second extension 222, the first extension 221 extends along the axial direction of the pen barrel 100, the second extension 222 forms an angle with the first extension and extends in the direction away from the pen barrel 100, in this embodiment, the angle is 90 degrees, that is, the second extension 222 is bent outward by 90 degrees relative to the first extension 221. After the bristles 220 are heated to the memory temperature, the bristles 220 are softened and flexible, which is suitable for the first extension 221 and the second extension 222 to be gradually flattened, so that the bending degree between the first extension 221 and the second extension is reduced, and the first extension can be restored to be a straight strip shape, as shown in fig. 6 and 8.
The heating element 300 is disposed adjacent to the brush assembly 200, and one side end surface thereof is attached to one side end surface of the bristle assembly 200, so that when a preset voltage is applied to the heating element 300, the temperature can be raised to the memory temperature of the bristles 220, and the bristles 220 in the first form can be changed to the second form. In this embodiment, the heating element 300 is a PTC heating element, which has a constant temperature heating characteristic and can obtain a relatively stable temperature value according to the magnitude of the loaded voltage. In order to prevent the temperature of the heating element 300 from affecting the user's hand-held position, the outermost layer of the heating element 300 may be formed of a heat insulating material, and a heat radiating surface may be formed on the end surface contacting the bristle sub-assembly 200, so that the heat transferred to the outer wall of the barrel 100 may be effectively controlled.
The battery 400 is arranged at the other end of the pen tube 100, the battery 400 is used as a power supply for the heating element 300, the positive and negative electrodes of the battery 400 are electrically connected to the electrical signal input end (the connecting wire is not shown) of the heating element 300, in this embodiment, 1-7 dry batteries are adopted, and 2 batteries can be selected according to the specification of the configured PTC heating element, so that the length of the pen tube 100 needs to be correspondingly increased. In other embodiments, a rechargeable battery is built in the pen barrel 100, and accordingly, a charging port is provided at an outer wall or an end portion of the pen barrel 100 to communicate a charging terminal of the rechargeable battery to the outside.
The cap 500 is adapted to be coupled to an end of the pen barrel 100, particularly, an end near the battery 400, and is detachably coupled thereto by means of a screw or a snap, so that the cap 500 is adapted to be opened to replace the battery 400. As shown in fig. 3, the tube cover 500 is further provided with a key switch 600, the key switch 600 is a self-locking switch, and two contacts of the self-locking switch are connected in series in a power supply loop (a connecting line is not shown) between the battery 400 and the heating element 300, so that the power supply of the battery 400 to the heating element 300 can be switched on/off through the key switch 600, and then the shape of the brush bristles 220 is controlled. In other embodiments, the cap 500 is only used as an end cap of the pen barrel 100, the push switch 600 is disposed on the side of the pen barrel 100, and the switch structure may be a toggle switch instead of a push button or a push button. Meanwhile, an indicator lamp may be connected to the power supply circuit of the battery 400 and the heating element 300, and the light may be visible outside the pen barrel 100, for example, a corresponding through hole may be provided in the pen barrel 100, and the indicator lamp may be embedded to indicate the on/off state of the key switch 600.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, in this embodiment, a control circuit board 700 may be further provided, and when the control circuit board 700 is adopted, the battery 400 is connected to the control circuit board 700 to provide power for the control circuit board 700, and the heating element 300 is also connected to the control circuit board 700 to provide the required electrical signal to the control circuit board 700.
When the heating element 300 is a PTC heating element, the common specification of such products generally requires a working voltage of more than 3V, and under the condition of using dry batteries, 2 dry batteries are needed, so that the length, volume and weight of the writing brush can be increased, and the problem can be effectively solved by arranging the voltage conversion module in the control circuit board 700, for example, providing a boosting module with functions of converting 1.5V into 3.3V, converting 1.5V into 5V, and the like, no matter under the condition of using dry batteries and rechargeable batteries, the control circuit board 700 can provide a more stable working voltage for the heating element 300 by arranging the voltage stabilizing circuit.
When the heating element 300 is a heating element without a constant temperature characteristic, such as a heating wire heating element, the control circuit board 700 is provided with a temperature monitoring module to cooperate with a corresponding temperature sensing device to adjust the output of an electric signal provided to the heating element 300, so that the temperature of the heating element 300 can be controlled, and the temperature sensing device can be selected from a micro PN junction temperature sensor, a thermistor, a thermocouple, and the like.
For the switch assembly controlling the start and stop of the heating body 300, such as the key switch 600 in this embodiment, it can be connected in series in the connection line of the battery 400 and the control circuit board 700 to turn on or off the power supply of the battery 400 to the control circuit board 700; alternatively, a switch assembly may be provided in connection with the control circuit board 700 to provide a signal for starting and stopping heating of the heating element 300 to the control circuit board 700, wherein the switch assembly is adapted to be provided at a position on the side of the pen barrel 100 close to the control circuit board 700.
When a pathology technician performs pathology sectioning, the pathology section antistatic writing brush of the embodiment can be used for taking a tissue section, the brush bristles 220 are in the first shape at room temperature, are rigid, have 90-degree bends at the tail ends, are suitable for hooking cut wax sheets in an arc shape by using pen heads and are suitable for bearing the sections and transferring the sections to be placed in water for spreading, and the operation is convenient and fast. In the using process, the outer wall of the pen tube 100 and the bristles 220 (made of high polymer materials have antistatic property) can prevent static electricity from being generated, so that the situation that the section is adsorbed on a writing brush or a knife edge due to the static electricity is avoided, the operating speed is improved, and meanwhile, unnecessary risk of artificial scratching is avoided.
After the pathologist finishes slicing, the button switch 600 at the pen end can be pressed down to switch on the power supply loop of the heating element 300, so that the temperature of the heating element 300 gradually rises to the memory temperature of the bristles 220, and the bristles 220 become soft and are suitable for being used as a brush for brushing wax. After cleaning, the key switch 600 is pressed again to disconnect the power supply circuit of the heating element 300, so that the heating element 300 is naturally cooled, and the brush bristles 220 are returned to the first form again.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
