Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of multipurpose equipment, in particular to multipurpose integrated equipment. The invention aims to solve the problems of soft air outlet and more germs carried in the air conditioner when the air conditioner is applied to a child room. To this end, the multipurpose integrated device of the present invention comprises: the shell is in a cartoon image shape, an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the shell, and the air outlet is formed in the top of the shell; the air conditioner is arranged in the shell, is communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet and is used for processing the outside air from the air inlet and then sending the processed outside air out through the air outlet; and the sterilizing air guide device is arranged in the air outlet and can reduce the speed and sterilize the air processed by the air conditioner. Background

Currently, the variety of air conditioners can better meet the requirements of most application scenarios. However, for some application scenarios with special requirements, the air conditioner has some problems to be solved.

For example, in a child room with a high air quality requirement, the outlet air of the existing air conditioner is directly blown out through the air outlet of the air conditioner, and in this case, the wind speed at the air outlet is high, so that the child feels strong wind, and the child is prone to trunk discomfort. Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new multipurpose integrated device that solves the above problems.

In order to solve at least one of the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the air conditioner is not soft in outlet air and has a lot of germs when being applied to a child room, the present invention provides a multipurpose integrated device, comprising: the air conditioner comprises a shell, wherein the shape of the shell is cartoon image, and an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the shell; the air conditioner is arranged in the shell, is communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet and is used for processing the outside air from the air inlet and then sending the processed outside air out through the air outlet; the sterilization air guide device is arranged in the shell and close to the air outlet, and the sterilization air guide device is arranged to be capable of reducing the speed and sterilizing the air processed by the air conditioner.

In the application, the air conditioner arranged in the shell can be an indoor unit, an outdoor unit or an all-in-one machine comprising the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and when the indoor unit is arranged in the shell, the air conditioner in the application refers to an air conditioner indoor unit; similarly, when the outdoor unit is arranged in the shell, the air conditioner in the application refers to an air conditioner outdoor unit; when the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are simultaneously arranged in the shell, the air conditioner refers to an all-in-one machine which simultaneously comprises the indoor unit and the outdoor unit.

In an optimal technical scheme of the multipurpose integrated equipment, the sterilization air guide device comprises a driving motor and a sterilization air guide plate, the driving motor is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the shell close to the air outlet, a plurality of vent holes are formed in the sterilization air guide plate, at least a sterilization coating is coated on the inner wall of each vent hole, and the driving motor is in driving connection with the sterilization air guide plate and can drive the sterilization air guide plate to swing back and forth.

The air inlet 11 is formed in the lower portion of the rear side of the shell 1, the air outlet 12 is formed in the top of the shell, so that the air conditioner 2 can normally operate, the air outlet of the air conditioner does not blow visitors, and meanwhile the integrity of the front appearance of the magic cat can not be damaged. Similarly, by arranging the first nozzle 13 and the second nozzle 14 at the bottom of the casing 1, the integrity of the front appearance of the magic cat can be ensured not to be damaged on the premise of realizing the normal function of the air conditioner.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the housing 1 is divided into two parts from top to bottom according to the shape of the magic cat, wherein the first part corresponds to the head of the magic cat, and the second part corresponds to the trunk of the magic cat. Wherein the indoor heat exchanger 21 and the indoor fan are installed at the first portion. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the sterilizing air guiding device 3 includes a driving motor 31 and a sterilizing air guiding plate 32, the driving motor 31 is fixedly disposed on the inner wall of the housing 1 near the air outlet 12, a plurality of vent holes 321 are formed in the sterilizing air guiding plate 32, at least the inner wall of the vent hole 321 is coated with a sterilizing coating, and the driving motor 31 is drivingly connected to the sterilizing air guiding plate 32 and can drive the sterilizing air guiding plate 32 to swing back and forth. In particular, with reference to fig. 5 and 6, the drive motor 31 is provided with two, preferably stepper motors, in the present application. The two driving motors 31 are horizontally arranged in the first part of the casing 1 through two support plates, preferably between the indoor fan and the outlet 12. Two end faces of the sterilizing air deflector 32 are respectively provided with a shaft hole 322, and output shafts of the two driving motors 31 are respectively inserted into one shaft hole 322. The sterilization air deflector 32 is provided with a plurality of rows of vent holes 321, and each vent hole 321 comprises an air inlet section 3211, a transition section 3212 and an air outlet section 3213 which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. Along the air flowing direction, the cross-sectional area of the air inlet segment 3211 is gradually reduced, the cross-sectional area of the transition segment 3212 is unchanged, and the cross-sectional area of the air outlet segment 3213 is gradually increased. The inner walls of all the vent holes 321 and all the outer surfaces of the air deflectors are coated with a sterilization coating, and in the application, the sterilization coating is a poly-tetrahydropyrimidine polymer coating.

In the installed state, the two stepping motors move synchronously and can drive the sterilizing air deflector 32 to swing around the motor shaft, so that the air conditioner air outlet passes through the vent hole 321 of the sterilizing air deflector 32 to the maximum. When the airflow hits the air baffle 32 or passes through the vent hole 321, the air flow is sterilized and purified by the sterilization coating, and bacteria in the air are killed.

Referring back to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the multipurpose integrated device further comprises a voice collecting device 5, a speaker 6, a projecting device 7 and a wireless communication device (not shown in the figure), which are respectively connected with the controller to realize corresponding functions.

As another example, in another alternative embodiment, although the above embodiment is described in conjunction with the air conditioning indoor unit being disposed in the casing 1, the layout is not invariable, and in case the space in the casing 1 is sufficient, the skilled person can dispose all the components of the air conditioning indoor unit and the air conditioning outdoor unit in the casing 1, and if necessary, a partition plate or the like can be disposed to separate different functional sections in the casing 1. The outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor fan can be arranged in the first part, the compressor, the four-way valve and the throttling element can be arranged in the second part, and other parts can be arranged in the same way as in the embodiment 2, and are not described again.

Further alternatively, the control functions of the above components may be integrated into a controller of a component, for example, the control of the projection device 7, the control of the voice collecting device 5, the control of the speaker 6, the control of the projector, the control of the WiFi module, and the like are integrated into a controller of the air conditioner 2. In short, the setting manner of the controller is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the setting manner based on the actual application scenario.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the controller includes known structures such as processors, memories, etc., wherein the memories include, but are not limited to, ram, flash, rom, prom, volatile, nvm, serial, parallel, registers, etc., and the processors include, but are not limited to, CPLD/FPGA, DSP, ARM processor, MIPS processor, etc. Such well-known structures are not shown in the drawings in order to not unnecessarily obscure embodiments of the present disclosure.

It will also be appreciated by those of skill in the art that although some embodiments described herein include some features included in other embodiments instead of others, combinations of features of different embodiments are meant to be within the scope of the invention and form different embodiments. For example, in the claims of the present invention, any of the claimed embodiments may be used in any combination.

So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

1. A multipurpose integrated device, comprising:

the air conditioner comprises a shell, wherein the shape of the shell is cartoon image, and an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the shell;

the air conditioner is arranged in the shell, is communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet and is used for processing the outside air from the air inlet and then sending the processed outside air out through the air outlet;

the sterilization air guide device is arranged in the shell and close to the air outlet, and the sterilization air guide device is arranged to be capable of reducing the speed and sterilizing the air processed by the air conditioner.

The multipurpose integrated equipment according to claim 1, wherein the sterilizing and air guiding device comprises a driving motor and a sterilizing and air guiding plate, the driving motor is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the shell close to the air outlet, a plurality of air vents are formed in the sterilizing and air guiding plate, at least the inner walls of the air vents are coated with sterilizing coatings, and the driving motor is in driving connection with the sterilizing and air guiding plate and can drive the sterilizing and air guiding plate to swing back and forth.

The multipurpose integrated equipment according to claim 2, wherein the vent hole comprises an air inlet section, a transition section and an air outlet section which are arranged in sequence, and the cross-sectional area of the air inlet section is gradually reduced and the cross-sectional area of the air outlet section is gradually increased along the air flowing direction; and/or

The sterilization coating is a poly-tetrahydropyrimidine polymer coating.

The multipurpose integrated device according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet is disposed at a top of the housing, the multipurpose integrated device further comprises an air guide dust cover, the air guide dust cover is fixedly disposed at the top of the housing and located above the air outlet, and a projection of the air guide dust cover in a vertical direction at least covers the air outlet.

5. The multipurpose integrated device of claim 4, wherein the air deflection dust cover comprises:

the bottom end of the supporting column is fixedly connected to the top of the shell;

the cover plate is fixedly connected to the top end of the supporting column and is arranged from the center to the edge in a downward inclined mode.

6. The multipurpose integrated apparatus of claim 1, wherein the air conditioner comprises:

the heat exchanger and the fan are both arranged in an air supply channel formed between the air inlet and the air outlet;

a first end of the refrigerant inlet pipe extends out of the shell, and a second end of the refrigerant inlet pipe is communicated with an inlet of the heat exchanger;

and the first end of the refrigerant outlet pipe is communicated with the outlet of the heat exchanger, and the second end of the refrigerant outlet pipe extends out of the shell.

The multipurpose integration equipment according to claim 6, wherein a first pipe orifice and a second pipe orifice are formed at the bottom or the lower part of the rear side of the shell, a first end of the refrigerant inlet pipe extends out of the shell through the first pipe orifice, a second end of the refrigerant inlet pipe is communicated with an inlet of the heat exchanger, a first end of the refrigerant outlet pipe is communicated with an outlet of the heat exchanger, and a second end of the refrigerant outlet pipe extends out of the shell through the second pipe orifice.

8. The multipurpose integrated device according to claim 1, wherein a voice acquisition device is further provided on the housing, the voice acquisition device being connected to the controller; and/or

The shell is also provided with a loudspeaker, and the loudspeaker is connected with the controller; and/or

The shell is also provided with a projection device, and the projection device is connected with the controller; and/or

Still be provided with wireless communication device in the casing, wireless communication device is connected with the controller.

9. The multipurpose integrated device of claim 8, wherein the cartoon character has a torso and upwardly raised upper limbs, wherein:

the projection device is rotatably arranged in a containing groove arranged at the end part of the upper limb lifted upwards; and/or

The loudspeaker is arranged around the trunk of the cartoon figure; and/or

The voice acquisition device is arranged at the chest part of the trunk of the cartoon image.

10. The multipurpose integrated apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the housing is at least partially made of a rewritable material; and/or

The air inlet is formed in the rear side of the shell; and/or

The appearance of casing is magic cat molding.
