Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one of the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the air conditioner is not soft in outlet air and has a lot of germs when being applied to a child room, the present invention provides a multipurpose integrated device, comprising: the air conditioner comprises a shell, wherein the shape of the shell is cartoon image, and an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the shell; the air conditioner is arranged in the shell, is communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet and is used for processing the outside air from the air inlet and then sending the processed outside air out through the air outlet; the sterilization air guide device is arranged in the shell and close to the air outlet, and the sterilization air guide device is arranged to be capable of reducing the speed and sterilizing the air processed by the air conditioner.
In the application, the air conditioner arranged in the shell can be an indoor unit, an outdoor unit or an all-in-one machine comprising the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and when the indoor unit is arranged in the shell, the air conditioner in the application refers to an air conditioner indoor unit; similarly, when the outdoor unit is arranged in the shell, the air conditioner in the application refers to an air conditioner outdoor unit; when the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are simultaneously arranged in the shell, the air conditioner refers to an all-in-one machine which simultaneously comprises the indoor unit and the outdoor unit.
In an optimal technical scheme of the multipurpose integrated equipment, the sterilization air guide device comprises a driving motor and a sterilization air guide plate, the driving motor is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the shell close to the air outlet, a plurality of vent holes are formed in the sterilization air guide plate, at least a sterilization coating is coated on the inner wall of each vent hole, and the driving motor is in driving connection with the sterilization air guide plate and can drive the sterilization air guide plate to swing back and forth.
In the preferred technical scheme of the multipurpose integrated equipment, the vent hole comprises an air inlet section, a transition section and an air outlet section which are sequentially arranged, the cross sectional area of the air inlet section is gradually reduced, and the cross sectional area of the air outlet section is gradually increased along the air flowing direction; and/or the biocidal coating is a poly-tetrahydropyrimidine polymer coating.
In the preferred technical scheme of above-mentioned multipurpose integrated equipment, the air outlet set up in the top of casing, multipurpose integrated equipment still includes the wind-guiding shield, the wind-guiding shield set firmly in the top of casing just is located the air outlet top, the projection of wind-guiding shield in vertical direction covers at least the air outlet.
In a preferred embodiment of the multipurpose integrated device, the air guide dust cover includes: the bottom end of the supporting column is fixedly connected to the top of the shell; the cover plate is fixedly connected to the top end of the supporting column and is arranged from the center to the edge in a downward inclined mode.
In a preferred embodiment of the multipurpose integrated apparatus, the air conditioner includes: the heat exchanger and the fan are both arranged in an air supply channel formed between the air inlet and the air outlet; a first end of the refrigerant inlet pipe extends out of the shell, and a second end of the refrigerant inlet pipe is communicated with an inlet of the heat exchanger; and the first end of the refrigerant outlet pipe is communicated with the outlet of the heat exchanger, and the second end of the refrigerant outlet pipe extends out of the shell.
In the preferable technical scheme of the multipurpose integration equipment, a first pipe orifice and a second pipe orifice are formed in the bottom or the lower part of the rear side of the shell, the first end of the refrigerant inlet pipe extends out of the shell through the first pipe orifice, the second end of the refrigerant inlet pipe is communicated with the inlet of the heat exchanger, the first end of the refrigerant outlet pipe is communicated with the outlet of the heat exchanger, and the second end of the refrigerant outlet pipe extends out of the shell through the second pipe orifice.
In the preferable technical scheme of the multipurpose integrated equipment, the shell is also provided with a voice acquisition device, and the voice acquisition device is connected with the controller; and/or the shell is also provided with a loudspeaker which is connected with the controller; and/or the shell is also provided with a projection device which is connected with the controller; and/or a wireless communication device is arranged in the shell and is connected with the controller.
In a preferred embodiment of the multipurpose integrated device, the cartoon character has a trunk and upwardly-raised upper limbs, wherein: the projection device is rotatably arranged in an accommodating groove arranged at the top end of the upper limb lifted upwards; and/or the speaker is disposed around a torso of the cartoon character; and/or the voice collecting device is arranged at the chest part of the trunk of the cartoon figure.
In a preferred embodiment of the multipurpose integrated device, the housing is made of a material that can be repeatedly erased and written; and/or the air inlet is arranged at the rear side of the shell; and/or the shape of the shell is of a magic cat shape.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the multipurpose integrated device includes: the shell is in a cartoon shape, and an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the shell; the air conditioner is arranged in the shell, is communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet and is used for processing the outside air from the air inlet and then sending the processed outside air out through the air outlet; the sterilization air guide device is arranged in the position, close to the air outlet, of the inner portion of the shell, and the sterilization air guide device is arranged to be capable of reducing the speed and sterilizing the air processed by the air conditioner.

Example 1
First, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the multipurpose integrated device of the present invention will be described. Wherein, fig. 1 is an external view of the multipurpose integrated device of the present invention; fig. 5 is a sectional view of the multipurpose integration apparatus of the present invention, which shows an internal structure of the multipurpose integration apparatus.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, in order to solve the problem that the air conditioner 2 is not soft in outlet air and carries many germs when being applied to a child room, the multipurpose integrated device of the present application includes a housing 1, an air conditioner 2 and a sterilizing air guiding device 3, the housing 1 is in a cartoon shape, in this embodiment, the housing 1 is in a magic cat shape, an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are arranged on the housing, and an air supply channel is formed between the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12. The air conditioner 2 is disposed in the housing 1 and is communicated with the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12, and is configured to process the external air from the air inlet 11 and send the processed air out through the air outlet 12. The sterilizing air guide device 3 is arranged in the shell 1 and close to the air outlet 12, and the sterilizing air guide device 3 is arranged to be capable of reducing the speed and sterilizing the air processed by the air conditioner 2.
When the multipurpose integrated equipment is in operation, the air conditioner 2 is started, indoor air enters the shell 1 through the air inlet 11 and flows along the air supply channel, before being discharged through the air outlet 12, the air flow flows through the sterilizing air guide device 3, the sterilizing air guide device 3 reduces the flow rate of the air flow and performs sterilization treatment on the air flow, and the air flow after the sterilization and the speed reduction treatment is finally discharged through the air outlet 12.
From the above description, it can be seen that through setting up the casing 1 appearance of multipurpose integrated equipment to cartoon image, then set up air conditioner 2 and air ducting 3 that disinfects in casing 1 inside, this application can combine these three kinds of functions of air conditioning, purification and cartoon embellishment of disinfecting ingeniously together, realizes the high integration of different functions to effectively reduce air conditioner and sterilizing equipment's occupation space, improve the high usage rate, make things convenient for the room overall arrangement, reduce the overall arrangement cost. The air conditioner 2 is used for treating the air by arranging the sterilizing air guide device 3 in the shell 1 to reduce the speed and sterilize, so that the air outlet of the equipment is soft and the carried germs are less during normal operation, and the discomfort of the trunk of the child and the probability of bacterial infection are greatly reduced. In addition, as the shape of the shell 1 is set to be a cartoon image, the multipurpose integrated equipment is perfectly integrated with the overall style of a child room, and the visual experience of a user is improved.

A more preferred embodiment of the multipurpose integrated device of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 7. Wherein, FIG. 2 is a side view of the multipurpose integrated device of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the multipurpose integration apparatus of the invention; FIG. 4 is a partial exploded view of the multipurpose integrated device of the present invention, showing an exploded state of the projection apparatus; FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a sterilizing air deflector in the multipurpose integrated apparatus of the present invention; fig. 7 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 6 at a.
Referring first to fig. 1 and 5, in a preferred embodiment, the multipurpose integrated device is located in a child's room and the housing 1 is in the form of a cartoon character "magic cat". The air conditioner 2 is an air conditioner indoor unit in the present embodiment, and includes an indoor heat exchanger 21, an indoor fan, a refrigerant inlet pipe and a refrigerant outlet pipe (the latter three are not shown in the figure), and other necessary components such as a compressor, a four-way valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, an outdoor fan, a throttling element, etc. are disposed in the air conditioner outdoor unit. Wherein, indoor heat exchanger 21 and indoor fan set up in the air supply passageway, and indoor fan includes motor and flabellum, and the motor can drive the flabellum and rotate to drive the air flow, indoor fan is axial fan like this application. The first end of the refrigerant inlet pipe extends out of the casing 1 to be communicated with an outlet of a throttling element in the outdoor unit, and the second end of the refrigerant inlet pipe is communicated with an inlet of the indoor heat exchanger 21. The first end of the refrigerant outlet pipe is communicated with the outlet of the indoor heat exchanger 21, and the second end of the refrigerant outlet pipe extends out of the shell 1 and is communicated with a four-way valve of the outdoor unit.

Referring next to fig. 1 to 3, a plurality of circular through holes are formed in a lower portion of a rear side of the housing 1, and the plurality of circular through holes together form an air inlet 11. A plurality of circular through holes are formed in the top of the housing 1, and the plurality of circular through holes jointly form the air outlet 12. The bottom of the casing 1 is provided with a first pipe orifice 13 and a second pipe orifice 14, a first end of the refrigerant inlet pipe extends out of the casing 1 through the first pipe orifice 13 to be communicated with an outlet of a throttling element in the outdoor unit, and a second end of the refrigerant outlet pipe extends out of the casing 1 through the second pipe orifice 14 to be communicated with a four-way valve of the outdoor unit.
The air inlet 11 is formed in the lower portion of the rear side of the shell 1, the air outlet 12 is formed in the top of the shell, so that the air conditioner 2 can normally operate, the air outlet of the air conditioner does not blow visitors, and meanwhile the integrity of the front appearance of the magic cat can not be damaged. Similarly, by arranging the first nozzle 13 and the second nozzle 14 at the bottom of the casing 1, the integrity of the front appearance of the magic cat can be ensured not to be damaged on the premise of realizing the normal function of the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the housing 1 is divided into two parts from top to bottom according to the shape of the magic cat, wherein the first part corresponds to the head of the magic cat, and the second part corresponds to the trunk of the magic cat. Wherein the indoor heat exchanger 21 and the indoor fan are installed at the first portion. For example, referring to fig. 5, a plurality of support plates are horizontally disposed in the first portion, and the plurality of support plates surround to form an installation position, and the indoor heat exchanger 21 is erected on the installation position and is fixedly connected with the support plates through connecting members. Likewise, the indoor fan may be secured within the first portion by a support plate or other mounting structure, such as being fixedly mounted between the indoor heat exchanger 21 and the outlet vent 12.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the sterilizing air guiding device 3 includes a driving motor 31 and a sterilizing air guiding plate 32, the driving motor 31 is fixedly disposed on the inner wall of the housing 1 near the air outlet 12, a plurality of vent holes 321 are formed in the sterilizing air guiding plate 32, at least the inner wall of the vent hole 321 is coated with a sterilizing coating, and the driving motor 31 is drivingly connected to the sterilizing air guiding plate 32 and can drive the sterilizing air guiding plate 32 to swing back and forth. In particular, with reference to fig. 5 and 6, the drive motor 31 is provided with two, preferably stepper motors, in the present application. The two driving motors 31 are horizontally arranged in the first part of the casing 1 through two support plates, preferably between the indoor fan and the outlet 12. Two end faces of the sterilizing air deflector 32 are respectively provided with a shaft hole 322, and output shafts of the two driving motors 31 are respectively inserted into one shaft hole 322. The sterilization air deflector 32 is provided with a plurality of rows of vent holes 321, and each vent hole 321 comprises an air inlet section 3211, a transition section 3212 and an air outlet section 3213 which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. Along the air flowing direction, the cross-sectional area of the air inlet segment 3211 is gradually reduced, the cross-sectional area of the transition segment 3212 is unchanged, and the cross-sectional area of the air outlet segment 3213 is gradually increased. The inner walls of all the vent holes 321 and all the outer surfaces of the air deflectors are coated with a sterilization coating, and in the application, the sterilization coating is a poly-tetrahydropyrimidine polymer coating.
In the installed state, the two stepping motors move synchronously and can drive the sterilizing air deflector 32 to swing around the motor shaft, so that the air conditioner air outlet passes through the vent hole 321 of the sterilizing air deflector 32 to the maximum. When the airflow hits the air baffle 32 or passes through the vent hole 321, the air flow is sterilized and purified by the sterilization coating, and bacteria in the air are killed.
Through using driving motor 31 drive aviation baffle 32 reciprocating swing that disinfects, and set up a plurality of ventilation holes 321 on the aviation baffle 32 that disinfects, and the coating of disinfecting on the ventilation hole 321 inner wall, make at the integrated equipment during operation, driving motor 31 disinfects aviation baffle 32 swing through the drive and makes the ventilation hole 321 through the aviation baffle 32 that disinfects of the air at the utmost after being handled by air conditioner 2, one can slow down the air-out speed, make the air-out soft, two can improve the degerming rate of air-out, guarantee bactericidal effect. The cross-sectional areas of the air inlet segment 3211 and the air outlet segment 3213 of the vent hole 321 are respectively set to be gradually reduced and gradually increased along the air flowing direction, so that the vent hole 321 forms a venturi tube structure which is contracted downwards and expanded upwards, the structure can effectively reduce the speed of air flow flowing through the structure, and the purpose of soft air outlet is achieved. Through setting the bactericidal coating into the poly-tetrahydropyrimidine polymer coating, because the poly-tetrahydropyrimidine polymer can effectively remove gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, the multi-purpose integrated equipment can pertinently remove bacteria which easily cause gastrointestinal diseases of children at work, the sterilization effect is ensured, and the probability of discomfort and bacterial infection of the trunk of the children is reduced.
Referring next to fig. 1 and 2, the multipurpose integrated device further includes a wind-guiding dust-proof cover 4, the wind-guiding dust-proof cover 4 is fixedly arranged on the top of the housing 1 and located above the air outlet 12, and the projection of the wind-guiding dust-proof cover 4 in the vertical direction at least covers the air outlet 12. Specifically, the wind-guiding dust-proof cover 4 includes a supporting column 41 and a cover plate 42, the bottom end of the supporting column 41 is fixedly connected to the top of the casing 1, the top end of the supporting column 41 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the cover plate 42, the cover plate 42 is integrally umbrella-shaped, that is, the cover plate 42 is inclined downwards from the center to the edge, and the included angle between the plate surface and the horizontal plane is 5 ° to 15 °, preferably 10 °.
Through setting up air outlet 12 at the top of casing 1 to set up wind-guiding shield 4 at the top of casing 1, both can play and reduce the dust and fall into the inside effect of air conditioner through air outlet 12, can make the air-out dispersion through setting up of wind-guiding shield 4 again, soft and not directly blowing children's basis at the air-out, realize 360 degrees air-outs, guarantee indoor temperature everywhere steady. Through setting up apron 42 to be by the center to the setting of edge downward sloping for the air-out of air conditioner reaches children's height downwards more easily at apron 42's guide, and in addition the soft effect of air-out guarantees children's experience travelling comfort.
Referring back to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the multipurpose integrated device further comprises a voice collecting device 5, a speaker 6, a projecting device 7 and a wireless communication device (not shown in the figure), which are respectively connected with the controller to realize corresponding functions.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a voice collecting device 5 (e.g., a microphone, etc.) is connected to the controller, and is capable of collecting a voice command of a user and sending the voice command to the controller, so that the controller recognizes and analyzes the voice, and then extracts all keywords. Since the magic cat is shaped such that the bell is provided between the head and the trunk, that is, in front of the chest, the voice collecting device 5 can be provided in the bell. The specific operation principle of the voice collecting device 5 and the principle of analyzing the collected voice by the controller are all common knowledge in the art, and although not specifically described herein, this does not prevent those skilled in the art from being able to implement the present application.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the cartoon character of magic cat further has a strap for fixing the bell, the strap is annularly surrounded, in this application, the position of the strap can be set as the speaker 6, and the speaker 6 is connected with the controller, so that the function of audio playing can be realized. Similarly to the above, the principle of the controller controlling the speaker 6 to play audio is well known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 4, since the magic cat has an upwardly-raised upper limb, the projector 7 may be provided at the end of the upper limb. For example, the projection device 7 may be a micro projector having a body with a substantially spherical shape and a lens provided on the body. The end of the upper limb lifted upwards is provided with a spherical accommodating groove 15 (the volume of the accommodating groove 15 is larger than the volume of a hemisphere with the same radius), and the micro projector is embedded in the accommodating groove 15 and can freely rotate relative to the accommodating groove 15. The connecting wire of the micro projector is connected with the controller through the channel inside the upper limb, so that the video content can be projected outwards under the control of the controller.
The wireless communication device is preferably a WiFi module, and is disposed inside the casing 1, for example, may be disposed near the air outlet 12 of the casing 1, so as to reduce the blockage of the casing 1 to the signal, and to perform auxiliary heat dissipation or auxiliary temperature rise through air outlet. The WiFi module is connected with the controller on one hand, and can be in communication connection with network communication equipment such as a router on the other hand, so that the WiFi module can receive instructions of the controller, be connected to a network and upload and download data and files. Another embodiment of the multipurpose integrated device of the present application is briefly described below.

The outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor fan can be arranged in the first part, the compressor, the four-way valve and the throttling element can be arranged in the second part, and other parts can be arranged in the same way as in the embodiment 2, and are not described again.

It should be noted that, although the controller is not specifically described in the above embodiments, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the controller may be an overall controller configured by an integrated device, and the overall controller may implement the functions of all the controllers described above. Or the controllers can be controllers which are respectively used for controlling each component, such as the air conditioner 2 is provided with a controller which is used for controlling the operation of the air conditioner 2; the sterilizing air guide device 3 is provided with a controller which is specially used for controlling the start and stop of the sterilizing air guide device 3; the voice acquisition device 5 is provided with a controller which is specially used for controlling the operation of the voice acquisition device 5; the projection device 7 is provided with a controller, which is dedicated to controlling the operation of the projection device 7; the speaker 6 is provided with a controller dedicated to controlling the switches of the speaker 6. Further alternatively, the control functions of the above components may be integrated into a controller of a component, for example, the control of the projection device 7, the control of the voice collecting device 5, the control of the speaker 6, the control of the projector, the control of the WiFi module, and the like are integrated into a controller of the air conditioner 2. In short, the setting manner of the controller is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the setting manner based on the actual application scenario.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the controller includes known structures such as processors, memories, etc., wherein the memories include, but are not limited to, ram, flash, rom, prom, volatile, nvm, serial, parallel, registers, etc., and the processors include, but are not limited to, CPLD/FPGA, DSP, ARM processor, MIPS processor, etc. Such well-known structures are not shown in the drawings in order to not unnecessarily obscure embodiments of the present disclosure.
It will also be appreciated by those of skill in the art that although some embodiments described herein include some features included in other embodiments instead of others, combinations of features of different embodiments are meant to be within the scope of the invention and form different embodiments. For example, in the claims of the present invention, any of the claimed embodiments may be used in any combination.
