Abstract
The invention relates to a blackening process of the inner wall of a brass pipe, which solves the technical problems that the existing surface blackening process of the brass pipe can only be an integral blackening process, and a plating layer formed by an electroplating mode has large plating layer thickness and poor plating layer color; and then putting the blackening solution into a second container, connecting one end of a brass pipe with a second injector through a third soft silicone tube, connecting a fourth soft silicone tube with the other end of the brass pipe, extending the tail end of the fourth soft silicone tube into the second container, arranging the brass pipe inclined to the horizontal plane, repeatedly operating the second injector to suck and discharge the blackening solution, continuously keeping the blackening solution flowing in an inner hole of the brass pipe for a period of time, taking out the brass pipe, washing the brass pipe with pure water, and naturally drying the brass pipe. The invention is widely used for the blackening treatment of the brass tube.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of brass pipe inner wall surface treatment, in particular to a blackening process of a brass pipe inner wall.
Background
The brass tube is a common part in the industry, the brass tube is also a common part in optical instruments such as an optical three-dimensional endoscope and the like, and in order to achieve the purpose of extinction, blackening treatment needs to be carried out on the surface, specifically on the inner wall, and the purpose of blackening is to eliminate stray light.
At present, the surface of the brass tube is blackened by forming a layer of black or dark brown oxide film or plating on the surface by an electrochemical method. However, the conventional method for blackening the whole brass tube cannot perform blackening treatment only on the inner wall, and the plating layer formed by the electroplating method has the problems of large plating layer thickness and poor plating layer color.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a blackening process of the inner wall of a brass pipe, which aims to solve the technical problems that the existing surface blackening process of the brass pipe only can be an integral blackening process, and a plating layer formed by an electroplating mode has large plating layer thickness and poor plating layer color.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: only the inner wall of the brass pipe is blackened, and the outer surface of the brass pipe is not blackened, so that the matching size of the outer wall of the brass pipe and other pipelines in the optical path system is ensured. The invention can ensure that the length and the outer diameter of the brass tube meet the design requirements and simultaneously achieve the purpose of extinction of the inner wall. The blackening process disclosed by the invention can be used for quickly blackening at normal temperature, is short in blackening time, has an obvious blackening effect (the blackening layer is good in color, firm and does not change color), and has the advantages of simplicity in operation and low production cost.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a blackening process of the inner wall of a brass pipe, which comprises the following steps:
step 1), adding 100g of basic copper carbonate into 500ml of ammonia water, wherein the concentration of the ammonia water is 5%, fully stirring uniformly, and stirring uniformly to obtain blackening liquid.
And 2), wiping dust attached to the inner wall and the outer wall of the brass pipe with alcohol, putting the brass pipe into an ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning for 30s, fishing out the brass pipe in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, cleaning the brass pipe with pure water for 5s, and drying the brass pipe after cleaning or sucking the brass pipe with filter paper.
Step 3), as shown in fig. 1, preparing a set of circulating flow tooling, wherein the circulating flow tooling comprises a first soft silicone tube 1, a first injector 2, a first container 4 and a second soft silicone tube 5; connecting one end of the brass tube 3 cleaned in the step 2) with a first injector 2 by using a first soft silicone tube 1, connecting the other end of the brass tube 3 by using a second soft silicone tube 5, extending the tail end of the second soft silicone tube 5 into a first container 4, arranging the brass tube 3 inclined to the horizontal plane, placing an oil removing agent into the first container 4, operating the first injector 2 to suck and discharge the oil removing agent in the first container 4 so as to enable the oil removing agent to flow in the brass tube 3, repeatedly operating the first injector 2 to suck and discharge the oil removing agent (ensuring that the oil removing agent flows in the brass tube), wherein the oil removing time is 20s, after oil removing, taking the brass tube 3 out, washing the brass tube for 5s by using pure water, and drying after cleaning or sucking and drying by using filter paper.
And 4), preparing another set of circulating flow tool, wherein the circulating flow tool comprises a third soft silicone tube, a second injector, a second container and a fourth soft silicone tube, the blackening liquid prepared in the step 1) is placed in the second container, one end of the brass tube processed in the step 3) is connected with the second injector through the third soft silicone tube, the fourth soft silicone tube is connected with the other end of the brass tube processed in the step 3), the tail end of the fourth soft silicone tube extends into the second container, the brass tube is arranged in a manner of inclining to the horizontal plane, the second injector is repeatedly operated to suck and discharge the blackening liquid, the blackening liquid is continuously kept to flow in an inner hole of the brass tube, and the blackening time is 10 min. After the blackening is finished, the brass tube 3 is taken out and washed by pure water for 5s, and then is naturally dried, so that a uniform black oxide film is obtained.
And 5) putting the brass tube subjected to the blackening treatment in the step 4) into a sealing agent, and airing to obtain the brass tube only with the inner wall blackened.
And 6), testing the brass tube obtained in the step 5), and testing the binding force of the film layer. And detecting the binding force of the film layer according to ISO2409 Baige test standard, scribing 2 mm-2 mm lattices on the inner wall surface of the blackened brass tube by using a wallpaper cutter, scribing all cutting lines through the film layer until the brass surface is exposed, sticking and pulling the lattices on the blackened surface by using a 3M adhesive tape, observing whether the surface of the adhesive tape has black marks, and if the black marks do not exist, indicating that the prepared blackened film layer is tightly bound with a machine body.
And 7), cutting the obtained brass tube with the black inner wall according to the required length size to obtain parts applied to optical instruments such as an optical three-dimensional endoscope and the like.
It should be noted that other prior art blackening liquids may be used. In the step 2), the cleaning time in the ultrasonic cleaning machine is not limited to 30 seconds, and the ultrasonic cleaning time can be adjusted according to the actual situation; the brass tube in the ultrasonic cleaning machine is fished out and then cleaned for 5 seconds by using pure water, the cleaning time is not limited to 5 seconds, and the cleaning time by using the pure water can be adjusted according to actual conditions. In the step 3), the oil removing time is not limited to 20s and can be adjusted according to actual conditions; the time for rinsing with pure water after completion of degreasing is not limited to 5 seconds, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions. In the step 4), the blackening time is not limited to 10min, and the blackening time can be adjusted according to actual conditions; the time for rinsing with pure water after the completion of blackening is not limited to 5s, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
In step 4), the inclination angle of the brass tube is preferably 30 ° to 45 °.

step 4), preparing a set of circulating flow tooling, wherein the circulating flow tooling comprises a third soft silicone tube, a second injector, a second container and a fourth soft silicone tube, the blackening solution is placed in the second container, one end of the brass tube treated in the step 3) is connected with the second injector through the third soft silicone tube, the fourth soft silicone tube is connected with the other end of the brass tube treated in the step 3), the tail end of the fourth soft silicone tube extends into the second container, the brass tube is arranged in a manner of inclining to the horizontal plane, the second injector is repeatedly operated to suck and discharge the blackening solution, the blackening solution is continuously kept to flow in an inner hole of the brass tube for a period of time, and then the brass tube is taken out and is naturally dried after being washed by pure water;
and 5) putting the brass tube treated in the step 4) into a sealing agent, and airing.
2. A blackening process for inner walls of brass tubes as claimed in claim 1, wherein said blackening liquid of step 1 is prepared by the following method: 100g of basic copper carbonate was added to 500ml of aqueous ammonia, the concentration of which was 5%, and the mixture was thoroughly stirred.
3. A process for blackening the inner wall of a brass tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
