本发明公开了一种防老化的色母粒,其技术方案要点包括按照重量百分比计算的以下物质:80%的树脂、7.5%的光稳定剂或紫外线吸收剂、7.5%的UV、5%的抗氧化剂;所述树脂为ABS、PE、PVC、PS、PP的一种或多种;所述抗氧化剂为硫代二丙酸双月桂酯,本发明具有抗紫外线,抗氧化,防止色母粒老化的有益效果。

本发明涉及一种色母粒,更具体地说它涉及一种防老化的色母粒。
背景技术
树脂类的聚丙烯分子的原子极易被热氧老化和光氧老化,聚丙烯是所有聚烯烃树脂中最容易老化的品种,老化导致着色树脂变色和失光;色母粒的双抗效果的优劣,即抗紫外线,抗氧化,是客户选择产品的一个重要指标。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明在于提供一种防老化的色母粒,具有抗紫外线,抗氧化,防止色母粒老化的有益效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种防老化的色母粒,其特征在于:按照重量百分比计算的以下物质:80%的树脂、7.5%的光稳定剂或紫外线吸收剂、7.5%的UV、5%的抗氧化剂。
本发明进一步设置为:所述树脂为ABS、PE、PVC、PS、PP的一种或多种。
本发明进一步设置为:所述抗氧化剂为硫代二丙酸双月桂酯。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:树脂可以是ABS塑料、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、PS塑料、聚丙烯的一种或者多种树脂原料,树脂原料构成主体,通过添加光稳定剂或紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂实现双抗的效果,从而具有抗紫外线,抗氧化,防止色母粒老化的有益效果。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明在于提供一种防老化的色母粒,具有抗紫外线,抗氧化,防止色母粒老化的有益效果。
按照重量百分比计算的以下物质:80%的树脂、7.5%的光稳定剂或紫外线吸收剂、7.5%的UV、5%的抗氧化剂。
所述树脂为ABS、PE、PVC、PS、PP的一种或多种。
所述抗氧化剂为硫代二丙酸双月桂酯。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:树脂可以是ABS塑料、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、PS塑料、聚丙烯的一种或者多种树脂原料,树脂原料构成主体,通过添加光稳定剂或紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂实现双抗的效果,从而具有抗紫外线,抗氧化,防止色母粒老化的有益效果。

1.一种防老化的色母粒,其特征在于:按照重量百分比计算的以下物质:80%的树脂、7.5%的光稳定剂或紫外线吸收剂、7.5%的UV、5%的抗氧化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防老化的色母粒,其特征在于:所述树脂为ABS、PE、PVC、PS、PP的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防老化的色母粒,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为硫代二丙酸双月桂酯。
