the upper rear paper passing roller 40a is bridged between the upper front part of the left rear wall panel 1a and the upper front part of the right rear wall panel 1b and is positioned on the same horizontal plane with the slitting roller 31;
the rear lower paper feed roller 40b is bridged between the left rear wall panel 1a and the right rear wall panel 1b and is positioned behind and below the rear upper paper feed roller 41 a;
two ends of the first front corner bar 51a are correspondingly connected with the left part of the rear lower stay bar 12 and the right end of the front lower stay bar 22 one by one, so that the included angle between the first front corner bar 51a and the rear lower stay bar 12 is 45 degrees;

the left longitudinal paper passing roller 6a is arranged at the same height in front of the left of the second rear corner bar 52c, and the front end of the left longitudinal paper passing roller 6a is arranged on the left support seat 23;
the first upper front feed roller 41a and the first lower front feed roller 41b straddle up and down between the front portion of the left front wall panel 2a and the front portion of the middle front wall panel 2 b;
the large triangle 7 is arranged in front between the left front wallboard 2a and the middle front wallboard 2 b;
the left large pinch roller 71a and the right large pinch roller 71b are longitudinally installed right below the large triangle 7;
the lower large paper feed roller 72 is installed in parallel just below the right large paper nipping roller 71 b;
the third corner bar 53 is arranged in parallel with the second lower corner bar 52b at the same height, or is arranged vertically at the same height as the first rear corner bar 51b, and the third corner bar 53 is arranged on the rear end surface of the right part of the rear supporting plate 25 through a bracket;

The large triangle 7 and the small triangle 8 can be installed in a forward direction, namely the large triangle 7 and the small triangle 8 are forwards inclined, and the large triangle 7 and the small triangle 8 can be installed in a reverse direction, namely the large triangle 7 and the small triangle 8 are backwards inclined; when the large triangle 7 and the small triangle 8 are reversely installed, an upper large feed roller 70 and an upper small feed roller 80 are arranged above the front of the large triangle 7 and above the front of the small triangle 8 in a one-to-one correspondence.
The 16-fold method comprises the following folding modes: 4 x 4 full front 16 signatures, 2 x 8 full front 16 signatures, 4 x 4 full back 16 signatures, 2 x 8 full back 16 signatures, 4 x 4 inverted 16 signatures, and 2 x 8 inverted 16 signatures.
The folding mode of the 4 x 4 full-front 16-opening paper signature is as follows: the third corner bar 53 is arranged in parallel with the second lower corner bar 52b at the same height, and the fourth corner bar 54 is arranged in parallel with the first rear corner bar 51b at the same height; the paper tape 100 is cut into a left paper tape 101 and a right paper tape 102 from the middle of the width by the cutting device 3; the left paper tape 101 advances forwards and passes through the lower surface of the rear lower paper passing roller 40b, then bypasses the first front corner rod 51a from bottom to top, then turns to the right from the upper surface of the first rear corner rod 51b, then bypasses the fourth corner rod 54 from bottom to top, turns to advance forwards, then passes through the upper surface of the second front lower paper passing roller 42b, enters the small triangular plate 8, is longitudinally folded by the small triangular plate 8, and is clamped by the left small paper clamping roller 81a and the right small paper clamping roller 81 b; the right paper tape 102 advances forward and passes through the lower surface of the rear upper paper passing roller 40a, then passes through the second lower corner bar 52b from bottom to top, then passes through the second upper corner bar 52a from bottom to top and still advances forward, then passes through the upper surface of the first front upper paper passing roller 41a and enters the large triangular plate 7, is longitudinally folded by the large triangular plate 7 and then is clamped by the left large paper clamping roller 71a and the right large paper clamping roller 71b, finally passes through the lower large paper passing roller 72 and then turns to right, passes through the lower small paper passing roller 82 and turns to down, and is overlapped with the longitudinally folded left paper tape 101 to be conveyed to the paper collecting part of the folding machine for cutting and collecting (see fig. 5 and 5 a).
The folding mode of the 2 x 8 full-front 16-opening paper signature is as follows: the third corner bar 53 is arranged in parallel with the second lower corner bar 52b at the same height, and the fourth corner bar 54 is arranged in parallel with the first rear corner bar 51b at the same height; the paper tape 100 is cut into a left paper tape 101 and a right paper tape 102 from the middle of the width by the cutting device 3; the left paper tape 101 advances forwards and passes through the lower surface of the rear lower paper passing roller 40b, then bypasses the first front corner rod 51a from bottom to top, then turns to the right from the upper surface of the first rear corner rod 51b, then bypasses the fourth corner rod 54 from bottom to top, turns to advance forwards, and then passes through the upper surface of the second front lower paper passing roller 42b to the small triangle 8; the right paper tape 102 goes forward, passes through the lower surface of the back-upper paper passing roller 40a, then turns around the first front-upper paper passing roller 41a from top to bottom, then turns around the second upper corner bar 52a from top to bottom, then turns to the right, then goes around the right longitudinal paper passing roller 6b from bottom to top, then turns around the third corner bar 53 from bottom to top, passes through the upper surface of the second front-lower paper passing roller 42b, then goes to the small triangular plate 8 to overlap with the left paper tape 101, finally the small triangular plate 8 longitudinally folds the left paper tape 101 and the right paper tape 102 together and is clamped by the left small paper clamping roller 81a and the right small paper clamping roller 81b, and then the paper tapes are conveyed together to the paper collecting part of the folding machine to be cut and collected (see fig. 6 and 6 a).
The folding mode of the 4 x 4 full back 16-opening paper signature is as follows: the third corner bar 53 is vertically disposed at the same height as the first rear corner bar 51b, and the fourth corner bar 54 is vertically disposed at the same height as the second lower corner bar 52 b; the paper tape 100 is cut into a left paper tape 101 and a right paper tape 102 from the middle of the width by the cutting device 3; the left paper tape 101 advances forwards, passes through the lower surface of the rear lower paper passing roller 40b, then rounds the second rear corner bar 52c from bottom to top and turns left to advance, then rounds the left longitudinal paper passing roller 6a from top to bottom and turns right to advance, passes through the paper passing groove 20 of the left front wall plate 2a and the paper passing groove 20 of the middle front wall plate 2b, then rounds the first front corner bar 51a from top to bottom and turns forward, passes through the upper surface of the first front lower paper passing roller 41b and enters the large triangular plate 7, is clamped by the left large paper clamping roller 71a and the right large paper clamping roller 71b after being longitudinally folded by the large triangular plate 7, finally rounds the lower large paper passing roller 72 downwards and turns right to advance, and then rounds the lower small paper passing roller 82 downwards and turns downward to advance; the right paper tape 102 advances forward, passes through the lower surface of the rear upper paper passing roller 40a, turns backward after passing around the first front upper paper passing roller 41a from top to bottom, then turns rightward after passing around the second upper corner bar 52a from top to bottom, turns forward after passing around the fourth corner bar 54 from bottom to top, then passes through the upper surface of the second front upper paper passing roller 42a, enters the small triangle 8, is longitudinally folded by the small triangle 8, is clamped by the left small paper clamping roller 81a and the right small paper clamping roller 81b, and finally is overlapped with the longitudinally folded left paper tape 101 to be conveyed to the paper collecting part of the folding machine for cutting and collecting (see fig. 7 and 7 a).
The folding mode of the 2 x 8 full back 16-opening paper signature is as follows: the third corner bar 53 is vertically disposed at the same height as the first rear corner bar 51b, and the fourth corner bar 54 is vertically disposed at the same height as the second lower corner bar 52 b; the paper tape 100 is cut into a left paper tape 101 and a right paper tape 102 from the middle of the width by the cutting device 3; the left paper tape 101 advances forwards and passes through the lower surface of the rear lower paper passing roller 40b, then bypasses the first front corner rod 51a from bottom to top, turns to the right from the upper surface of the first rear corner rod 51b, bypasses the right longitudinal paper passing roller 6b from bottom to top, turns to the left to advance, bypasses the third corner rod 53 from bottom to top, turns to the front to advance, and then passes through the upper surface of the second front lower paper passing roller 42b and then enters the small triangular plate 8; the right paper tape 102 goes forward and passes through the lower surface of the rear upper paper passing roller 40a, then turns backward after passing around the first front upper paper passing roller 41a from top to bottom, then turns rightward after passing around the second upper corner bar 52a from top to bottom, and turns forward after passing around the fourth corner bar 54 from bottom to top, then passes through the upper surface of the second front upper paper passing roller 42a and then goes to the small triangle 8 to overlap with the left paper tape 101, finally the small triangle 8 longitudinally folds the left paper tape 101 and the right paper tape 102 together and is clamped by the left small paper clamping roller 81a and the right small paper clamping roller 81b, and then the paper tapes are conveyed together to the paper collecting part of the folding machine to be cut and collected (see fig. 8 and 8 a).
The folding mode of the 4 x 4 inverted 16-opening paper signature is as follows: the third corner bar 53 is arranged in parallel with the second lower corner bar 52b at the same height, and the fourth corner bar 54 is arranged in parallel with the first rear corner bar 51b at the same height; reversely mounting the large triangle plate 7 and the small triangle plate 8, and arranging an upper large paper feeding roller 70 and an upper small paper feeding roller 80 in one-to-one correspondence above the front of the large triangle plate 7 and the front of the small triangle plate 8; the paper tape 100 is cut into a left paper tape 101 and a right paper tape 102 from the middle of the width by the cutting device 3; the left paper tape 101 advances forwards, passes through the lower surface of the rear lower paper passing roller 40b, then bypasses the first front corner rod 51a from bottom to top, then turns to the right from the upper surface of the first rear corner rod 51b, then bypasses the fourth corner rod 54 from bottom to top, turns to advance, then passes through the upper surface of the second front lower paper passing roller 42b, bypasses the upper small paper passing roller 80 from top to bottom and enters the small triangular plate 8, is longitudinally folded by the small triangular plate 8 and then is clamped by the left small paper clamping roller 81a and the right small paper clamping roller 81 b; the right paper tape 102 advances forward and passes through the lower surface of the rear upper paper feed roller 40a, then passes through the second lower corner bar 52b from bottom to top, then passes through the second upper corner bar 52a from bottom to top, then still advances forward, then passes through the upper surface of the second front upper paper feed roller 42a, passes through the upper large paper feed roller 70 from top to bottom and enters the large triangle 7, is longitudinally folded by the large triangle 7 and then is clamped by the left large paper clamping roller 71a and the right large paper clamping roller 71b, finally passes through the lower large paper feed roller 72 and then turns to the right, passes through the lower small paper feed roller 82 downwards, and is overlapped with the longitudinally folded left paper tape 101 to be conveyed to the paper collecting part of the folding machine for cutting and collection (see fig. 9 and 9 a).
The folding mode of the 2 x 8 inverted 16-opening paper signature is as follows: the third corner bar 53 is arranged in parallel with the second lower corner bar 52b at the same height, and the fourth corner bar 54 is arranged in parallel with the first rear corner bar 51b at the same height; reversely mounting the large triangle plate 7 and the small triangle plate 8, and arranging an upper large paper feeding roller 70 and an upper small paper feeding roller 80 in one-to-one correspondence above the front of the large triangle plate 7 and the front of the small triangle plate 8; the paper tape 100 is cut into a left paper tape 101 and a right paper tape 102 from the middle of the width by the cutting device 3; the left paper tape 101 advances forward and passes through the lower surface of the rear lower paper passing roller 40b, then turns to the right from the upper surface of the first rear corner bar 51b after passing around the first front corner bar 51a from bottom to top, turns to advance after passing around the fourth corner bar 54 from bottom to top, and then passes through the upper surface of the second front lower paper passing roller 42b and then reaches the upper small paper passing roller 80; the right paper tape 102 travels forward and passes through the lower surface of the rear upper paper feed roller 40a, then turns around the first front upper paper feed roller 41a from top to bottom and travels backward, then turns around the second upper corner bar 52a from top to bottom and travels rightward, then travels leftward around the right vertical paper feed roller 6b from bottom to top, then turns around the third corner bar 53 from bottom to top and travels forward, passes through the upper surface of the second upper front paper feed roller 42a and then travels to the upper small paper feed roller 80, overlaps with the left paper tape 101, then passes around the upper small paper feed roller 80 from top to bottom and then enters the small triangle 8, and the left paper tape 101 and the right paper tape 102 are longitudinally folded by the small triangle 8 and are nipped by the left small paper nip roller 81a and the right small paper nip roller 81b, and then are conveyed together to the paper collecting part of the folding machine to be cut and collected (see fig. 10 and 10 a).
The folding method of the 16-opening folding machine can respectively produce the front and back 16-opening printed sheets with 2 pages, 4 pages, 8 pages and 16 pages through a plurality of paper feeding routes, and can meet the 16-opening folding requirement capable of covering various pages. For example, a booklet is composed of 20 pages of 16 signatures, a traditional roll-folding type folding machine can be used for outputting a 16-page 16 signature, and then the booklet is matched with the 4 x 4-page output signature of the folding machine to be combined, so that no blank waste sheets exist; the paper folder of the invention can be used alone to output the paper paste of 2 x 8 pages once and output the paper paste of 4 x 4 pages once again for gathering, and no blank waste paper exists.
For another example, a booklet is composed of 24 pages of 16-page signatures, a traditional roll-folding type folding machine can be used for outputting a 16-page signature, and then the booklet is matched with printed sheets output by the folding machine of the invention in a 4 x 4 page state for collating, so that no blank waste sheets exist; the folder of the present invention can also be used alone to output signatures of 2 × 8 pages in two passes, without blank waste sheets.
The above embodiments are provided only for illustrating the present invention and not for limiting the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and therefore all equivalent technical solutions should also fall within the scope of the present invention, and should be defined by the claims.

Claims (7)

1. A16-opening folding machine comprises a left back wall plate, a right back wall plate, a left front wall plate, a middle front wall plate, a right front wall plate, a slitting device, a first front corner bar, a first back corner bar, a second upper corner bar, a second lower corner bar, a second back corner bar, a left longitudinal paper passing roller, a large triangular plate, a left large paper clamping roller, a right large paper clamping roller, a lower large paper passing roller, a third corner bar, a fourth corner bar, a right longitudinal paper passing roller, a small triangular plate, a left small paper clamping roller, a right small paper clamping roller and a lower small paper passing roller; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
a rear upper support rod and a rear lower support rod are bridged between the front end of the left rear wallboard and the front end of the right rear wallboard;
the distance between the left front wallboard and the middle front wallboard is the same as that between the left rear wallboard and the right rear wallboard, the left front wallboard and the middle front wallboard are correspondingly arranged right in front of the left rear wallboard and the right rear wallboard one by one, and the right front wallboard is arranged on the right side of the middle front wallboard in parallel at intervals; the upper part of the rear end face of the left front wallboard and the upper part of the rear end face of the middle front wallboard are respectively provided with a paper passing groove with the depth reaching the middle part of the length of the left front wallboard and the middle part of the length of the middle front wallboard; a left supporting seat is arranged on the left side surface of the left front wallboard corresponding to the bottom of the paper passing groove, a right supporting seat is arranged on the right side surface of the middle front wallboard corresponding to the bottom of the paper passing groove, and a front upper supporting rod and a front lower supporting rod which penetrate through the paper passing groove are bridged between the left supporting seat and the right supporting seat; the front upper support rod and the rear upper support rod are positioned on the same horizontal plane; the front lower support rod and the rear lower support rod are positioned on the same horizontal plane; a rear supporting plate is bridged between the rear end of the middle front wallboard and the rear end of the right front wallboard; a front supporting plate is bridged between the front part of the middle front wallboard and the front part of the right front wallboard;
the slitting device comprises a slitting roller and a slitting cutter, wherein the slitting roller is bridged between the middle part of the left rear wallboard and the middle part of the right rear wallboard, and the slitting cutter is arranged at the length center of the slitting roller;
two ends of the first front corner rod are correspondingly connected to the left part of the rear lower support rod and the right end of the front lower support rod one by one, so that the included angle between the first front corner rod and the rear lower support rod is 45 degrees;
the first rear corner bar and the first front corner bar are arranged in parallel at the same height, and two ends of the first rear corner bar are connected to the left end of the rear lower support rod and the right part of the front lower support rod in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
two ends of the second upper corner bar are connected to the right end of the rear upper support rod and the left part of the front upper support rod in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the included angle between the second upper corner bar and the first front corner bar is 90 degrees;
the second lower corner bar and the second upper corner bar are arranged in parallel, and two ends of the second lower corner bar are connected to the right end of the rear lower support rod and the left part of the front lower support rod in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the second rear corner bar is positioned behind the second upper corner bar and the second lower corner bar in parallel, and the second rear corner bar is installed at the front end of the left rear wallboard through a support;
the left longitudinal paper feeding roller is arranged in front of the second rear corner rod at the same height, and the front end of the left longitudinal paper feeding roller is installed on the left supporting seat;
the large triangular plate is arranged in front between the left front wallboard and the middle front wallboard;
the left large paper clamping roller and the right large paper clamping roller are longitudinally arranged right below the large triangle;
the lower large paper passing roller is arranged right below the right large paper clamping roller in parallel;
the third corner rod is arranged in parallel with the second lower corner rod at the same height or is vertically arranged at the same height as the first rear corner rod, and the third corner rod is arranged on the right rear end surface of the rear supporting plate through a bracket;
the fourth corner rod is arranged in parallel with the first rear corner rod at the same height or is vertically arranged with the second lower corner rod at the same height, and the fourth corner rod is arranged on the right rear end surface of the rear supporting plate through a bracket;
the height of the right longitudinal paper passing roller is between the height of the third corner rod and the height of the fourth corner rod, and the front end of the right longitudinal paper passing roller is installed on the right side face of the rear end of the right front wallboard through a base;
the small triangle is arranged in front between the middle front wallboard and the right front wallboard;
the left small paper clamping roller and the right small paper clamping roller are longitudinally arranged right below the small triangular plate;
and the lower small paper passing roller is arranged right below the left small paper clamping roller in parallel.
2. The folder according to claim 1, wherein the large and small triangular plates are further mounted in a reversed manner, and when the large and small triangular plates are mounted in the reversed manner, an upper large feed roller and an upper small feed roller are provided in a one-to-one correspondence between the upper front side of the large triangular plate and the upper front side of the small triangular plate.
3. A 16-fold folder according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the base length of the small triangle is one-half of the base length of the large triangle.
4. The folder according to claim 1, wherein a rear upper paper feed roller is further bridged between the front upper portion of the left rear wall panel and the front upper portion of the right rear wall panel, and is positioned on the same horizontal plane as the slitting rollers; and a paper passing roller is also bridged between the left rear wallboard and the right rear wallboard and is positioned below the rear part of the rear upper paper passing roller.
5. The folder according to claim 1, wherein the front portion of the left front wall panel and the front portion of the middle front wall panel straddle the first front upper feed roller and the first front lower feed roller one above the other; and a second front upper paper feeding roller and a second front lower paper feeding roller are vertically arranged on the left side surface of the middle part of the right front wallboard one above the other.
6. A folding method of a 16-fold folder based on the 16-fold folder as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the folding method includes the following folding modes: 4 x 4 full-front 16-page signatures, 2 x 8 full-front 16-page signatures, 4 x 4 full-back 16-page signatures, 2 x 8 full-back 16-page signatures, 4 x 4 inverted 16-page signatures, and 2 x 8 inverted 16-page signatures;
when folding 4 × 4 full-front 16-out signatures: arranging the third corner bar and the second lower corner bar in parallel at the same height, and arranging the fourth corner bar and the first rear corner bar in parallel at the same height; the paper tape is cut into a left paper tape and a right paper tape from the middle of the width by a cutting device; the left paper tape advances forwards, then winds around a first front corner rod from bottom to top and then turns to the right from the upper surface of a first rear corner rod, then winds around a fourth corner rod from bottom to top and then turns to advance forwards, then enters a small triangular plate, is longitudinally folded by the small triangular plate and then is clamped by a left small paper clamping roller and a right small paper clamping roller; the right paper tape advances forwards, then bypasses a second lower corner rod from bottom to top, still advances forwards after bypassing a second upper corner rod from bottom to top, then enters a large triangular plate, is clamped by a left large paper clamping roller and a right large paper clamping roller after being longitudinally folded by the large triangular plate, finally turns to the right after bypassing a lower large paper passing roller, turns to the lower direction to advance after bypassing a lower small paper passing roller downwards, and is overlapped with the longitudinally folded left paper tape to be conveyed to a paper collecting part of the folding machine for cutting and collecting;
