If the front row camera detects that the front row and the back row are not provided with the living bodies, the radar still needs to be called to perform the re-monitoring of the living bodies in the back row, and if the radar detects that the living bodies in the back row exist, the monitoring result of the radar is used as the standard, and the safety of the living bodies is guaranteed according to a preset guarantee strategy. And if the radar detects the rear row of inanimate objects, confirming that the front row and the rear row are inanimate objects.
In a specific implementation, when the living body position information shows that living bodies exist in both the front row and the rear row, the detection position includes the front-row seat position and the rear-row seat position. The front row of cameras is called first to perform detection. And if the front row camera detects that a life body exists in the front row, the safety of the life body is guaranteed according to a preset guarantee strategy. If the front row of cameras detect that no living body exists in the front row and a living body exists in the rear row, a rear row of radar is required to be called for re-detection. And if the back-row radar detects a living body, ensuring the safety of the living body according to a preset guarantee strategy. And if the rear-row radar detects the inanimate object, confirming that both the front row and the rear row are inanimate objects on the basis of the detection result of the rear-row radar. If the front row of cameras detect that no life body exists in the front row and the back row, the back row of radars are required to be called for re-detection, and if the back row of radars detect that a life body exists in the back row, the safety of the life body is guaranteed according to a preset guarantee strategy. And if the rear-row radar detects the rear-row inanimate object, confirming that the front row and the rear row are inanimate objects.
Further, in order to accurately detect whether a living body exists in a vehicle, after the step of detecting whether the living body exists in a rear position of the vehicle by a preset vehicle radar when the detection position does not include the front seat position, the method further includes: when the living body does not exist at the rear row position, acquiring the concentration of carbon dioxide in the vehicle through a preset carbon dioxide detector; judging whether the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the vehicle is increased or not according to the concentration of the carbon dioxide; and when the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the vehicle is increased, calling a preset sensor to detect the living body, and obtaining a detection result.
It should be noted that the preset carbon dioxide detector may be a carbon dioxide detector installed inside a vehicle. Carbon dioxide concentration can include a plurality of carbon dioxide concentrations in certain time period, compares a plurality of carbon dioxide concentrations, can judge in a certain time, and carbon dioxide concentration risees, when carbon dioxide concentration risees, can tentatively judge to have the life body in the car, and at this moment, whether there is the life body in to the car through camera and radar and detect. Specifically, whether a living body exists in the front row of the vehicle or not is detected through a camera, and whether a living body exists in the rear row of the vehicle or not is detected through a radar.
In specific implementation, when the in-vehicle inanimate object is determined through the position information of the inanimate object or confirmed through a camera and a radar, the in-vehicle inanimate object is detected again through a carbon dioxide detector. If the carbon dioxide detector detects that the concentration of the carbon dioxide exceeds a threshold value or is increased compared with the concentration acquired last time, the front row of cameras are called to detect the concentration. And if the front row camera detects that a life body exists in the front row, the safety of the life body is guaranteed according to a preset guarantee strategy. If the front row camera detects that the front row is not provided with the living body and the back row is provided with the living body, the back row radar needs to be called for carrying out the repeated detection. And if the rear-row radar detects a living body, ensuring the safety of the living body according to a preset guarantee strategy. And if the rear-row radar detects the inanimate object, confirming that both the front row and the rear row are inanimate objects on the basis of the detection result of the rear-row radar. If the front row of cameras monitor that no life body exists in the front row and the rear row, the rear row of radar needs to be called for carrying out re-detection. If the back-row radar detects that a back-row living body exists, taking corresponding measures according to the monitoring result of the back-row radar; and if the rear-row radar detects the rear-row inanimate object, confirming that the front row and the rear row are inanimate objects.
The embodiment acquires the detection position of the living body according to the living body position information; judging whether the detection position comprises a front seat position or not; when the detection position comprises the position of the front seat, the detection of the living body is carried out through a preset camera arranged on the front row of the vehicle, and a detection result is obtained. When the detection position does not comprise the front seat position, detecting whether the life body exists at the rear position of the vehicle through a preset vehicle radar; and when the life body exists at the back row position, ensuring the safety of the life body according to a preset guarantee strategy. The embodiment calls the preset sensor to detect the life body according to the life body position information to obtain a detection result, adopts different detection modes when the position information of the life body is different, improves the detection accuracy, and adopts specific safeguard measures to guarantee the life safety of the life body.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for detecting a living body according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, in this embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S301: and when the detection result indicates that a living body exists, acquiring the environmental information acquired by the preset sensor.
The sensor may be a sensor for detecting environmental information, such as a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, and an oxygen concentration sensor. The environmental information may include temperature, humidity, and oxygen concentration in the vehicle.
Step S302: and acquiring the current position of the vehicle, and determining the current weather condition according to the current position.

The preset prompt information can be prompt information for reminding passers-by of existing life bodies in the vehicle, requesting assistance and the like. The image information and the sound information may be information such as a picture of a living body in the vehicle and a sound emitted by a camera or a microphone in the vehicle. The mobile terminal corresponding to the vehicle can be a mobile phone APP of a vehicle owner. So as to prompt the remaining life bodies in the main vehicle.
In the embodiment, when the detection result indicates that a living body exists, the environmental information acquired by the preset sensor is acquired; acquiring the current position of the vehicle, and determining the current weather condition according to the current position; and generating an air conditioner control instruction according to the environment information and the weather condition, and controlling a vehicle air conditioner to regulate the environment in the vehicle according to the air conditioner control instruction. Displaying preset prompt information at a preset position of the vehicle, wherein the preset prompt information is used for reminding passers-by of remaining life bodies in the vehicle; the method comprises the steps of collecting image information and sound information in a vehicle, and uploading the image information and the sound information to a mobile terminal corresponding to the vehicle. In the implementation, when the life body is left in the vehicle, the life safety of the life body in the vehicle is guaranteed in a mode of timely adjusting the environment in the vehicle, requesting passers-by to assist and prompt a vehicle owner and the like.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram showing the structure of the first embodiment of the living body detecting apparatus according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the living body detecting apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
the system comprises an acquisition module 10, a judgment module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information of a pre-recorded living body when detecting that a passenger in the vehicle leaves the vehicle;
the detection module 20 is used for calling a preset sensor to perform life detection according to the life position information to obtain a detection result;
and the guarantee module 30 is used for guaranteeing the safety of the life body according to a preset guarantee strategy when the detection result indicates that the life body exists.
The method comprises the steps that pre-recorded position information of a living body is obtained when the fact that a passenger in the vehicle leaves the vehicle is detected; calling a preset sensor to perform life detection according to the life position information to obtain a detection result; and when the detection result indicates that the living body exists, ensuring the safety of the living body according to a preset guarantee strategy. In the embodiment, when the in-vehicle passenger leaving behavior is detected, the preset sensor is called according to the position information of the living body to detect the living body, so that a detection result is obtained; and when the detection result indicates that the living body exists, the safety of the living body is guaranteed according to a preset guarantee strategy. Compared with the existing method of detecting the living body only through the camera, the method of the embodiment detects the living body according to the position information of the living body, and guarantees the safety of the living body according to the preset guarantee strategy when the living body exists. Whether a life body exists on the vehicle can be judged more accurately, and the safety of the life body is guaranteed.
It should be noted that the above-described work flows are only exemplary, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may select some or all of them to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment according to actual needs, and the present invention is not limited herein.

Further, the detecting module 20 is further configured to detect whether the living body exists at a rear position of the vehicle through a preset vehicle radar when the detected position does not include the front seat position; and when the life body exists at the back row position, the safety of the life body is guaranteed according to a preset guarantee strategy.
Further, the detection module 20 is further configured to, when the living body does not exist at the rear row position, acquire the carbon dioxide concentration inside the vehicle through a preset carbon dioxide detector; judging whether the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the vehicle is increased or not according to the concentration of the carbon dioxide; and when the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the vehicle is increased, calling a preset sensor to detect the living body, and obtaining a detection result.
Further, the ensuring module 30 is further configured to obtain environmental information collected by the preset sensor when the detection result indicates that a living body exists; acquiring the current position of the vehicle, and determining the current weather condition according to the current position; and generating an air conditioner control instruction according to the environment information and the weather condition, and controlling a vehicle air conditioner to regulate the environment in the vehicle according to the air conditioner control instruction.
Further, the support module 30 is further configured to display preset prompt information at a preset position of the vehicle, where the preset prompt information is used to remind passers-by of the existence of the remaining life in the vehicle; the method comprises the steps of collecting image information and sound information in a vehicle, and uploading the image information and the sound information to a mobile terminal corresponding to the vehicle.
Further, the obtaining module 10 is further configured to, when the vehicle door is detected to be opened, collect the living body information of the target living body through a sensor at a preset position; calling a preset sensor to perform reinspection confirmation according to the life body information to obtain an reinspection result; and taking the rechecking result as the life body position information of the target life body.

Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where a living body detection program is stored, and the living body detection program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the living body detection method as described above.

calling a preset sensor to perform life detection according to the life position information to obtain a detection result;
when the detection result indicates that a living body exists, the safety of the living body is guaranteed according to a preset guarantee strategy;
before the step of acquiring the pre-recorded living body position information when the vehicle-interior passenger leaving behavior is detected, the method further comprises the following steps:
when the vehicle door is detected to be opened, acquiring the life body information of a target life body through a sensor at a preset position;
calling a preset sensor to perform reinspection confirmation according to the life body information to obtain an reinspection result;
and taking the rechecking result as the life body position information of the target life body.
2. The method for detecting a living body according to claim 1, wherein the step of calling a preset sensor to detect a living body according to the position information of the living body to obtain a detection result comprises:
acquiring a detection position to which the life body belongs according to the life body position information;
judging whether the detection position comprises a front seat position or not;
when the detection position comprises the position of the front seat, the detection of the living body is carried out through a preset camera arranged on the front row of the vehicle, and a detection result is obtained.
3. The living body detecting method according to claim 2, wherein after the step of judging whether the detection position includes a front seat position, further comprising:
when the detection position does not comprise the front seat position, detecting whether the life body exists at the rear position of the vehicle through a preset vehicle radar;
and when the life body exists at the back row position, ensuring the safety of the life body according to a preset guarantee strategy.
4. The living body detecting method according to claim 3, wherein after the step of detecting whether the living body exists at a rear position of the vehicle by a preset vehicle radar when the detection position does not include the front seat position, further comprising:
when the living body does not exist at the rear row position, acquiring the concentration of carbon dioxide in the vehicle through a preset carbon dioxide detector;
judging whether the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the vehicle is increased or not according to the concentration of the carbon dioxide;
and when the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the vehicle is increased, calling a preset sensor to detect the living body to obtain a detection result.
5. The method for detecting a living body according to claim 1, wherein the step of securing the safety of the living body according to a preset securing policy when the detection result indicates the existence of the living body comprises:
when the detection result indicates that a living body exists, acquiring environmental information acquired by a sensor for detecting the environmental information;
acquiring the current position of a vehicle, and determining the current weather condition according to the current position;
and generating an air conditioner control instruction according to the environment information and the weather condition, and controlling a vehicle air conditioner to regulate the environment in the vehicle according to the air conditioner control instruction.

The life detection method of claim 5, wherein after the step of generating an air-conditioning control command according to the environmental information and the weather condition and controlling an air conditioner of the vehicle according to the air-conditioning control command to adjust the environment in the vehicle, further comprising:
displaying preset prompt information at a preset position of the vehicle, wherein the preset prompt information is used for reminding passers-by of remaining life bodies in the vehicle;
the method comprises the steps of collecting image information and sound information in a vehicle, and uploading the image information and the sound information to a mobile terminal corresponding to the vehicle.
