Abstract

Claims (10)
1. A label printing system for a product packaging box, comprising: the electronic device (1) and the label printer (2) are provided with the ERP system (3), the electronic device (1) is connected with the label printer (2) through a cable, the ERP system (3) specifically comprises an information storage module (31), a data tabulation module (32), a data analysis module (33), a label template storage unit (34), a simulation module (35), a label template selection unit (36), a judgment unit (37), a pop-up window screening module (38) and a control module (39), the information storage module (31) and the label template storage unit (34) are in communication connection with the label template selection unit (36), the data analysis module (33) is in communication connection with the data tabulation module (32), the simulation module (35) and the pop-up window screening module (38) are in communication connection with the judgment unit (37), the simulation module (35) is in communication connection with the pop-up window screening module (38);
the information storage module (31) is used for storing information of all products;
the data tabulation module (32) is used for converting the product information into a tabular form, so that each item of data name of the product corresponds to corresponding data;
the data analysis module (33) is used for classifying the tables according to the information of the products;
the label template storage unit (34) is used for storing different label templates;
the label template selecting unit (36) is used for selecting a label template with an appropriate size according to the size of a product;
the simulation module (35) is used for covering the table formed by the data tabulation module (32) on the label template selected by the label template selection unit (36);
the judging unit (37) is used for judging whether the label template selected by the label template selecting unit (36) can bear the table formed by the data tabulation module (32) or not and generating a judging result;
the popup window screening module (38) is used for jumping out of a form on a screen of the electronic equipment (1), and each item of information of the form is correspondingly provided with a deleting key;
the control module (39) is used for sending the determined form, the product information in the form and the selected label template to the label printer (2) according to the judgment result of the judgment unit (37);
the label printer (2) is used for developing printing work according to the received form, the product information in the form and the label template.
2. The label printing system for the product packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the data analysis module (33) is in communication connection with a product selection module (40), and the product selection module (40) is used for selecting a table of products required to be printed with labels according to requirements.
3. A label printing method for a product packaging box, the method being based on the label printing system for the product packaging box of any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
selecting a product to be printed and calling out table information of the product;
obtaining size information of a product;
selecting a label template with a corresponding specification according to the product size information;
comparing the size of the product form with the size of the label template, and judging whether the label template can realize full coverage of the product form;
when the label template can realize the full coverage of the product form, the product information in the form and the selected label template are sent to a label printer (2), and printing is started through the label printer (2);
when the label template can not realize the full coverage of the product form, the electronic equipment (1) jumps out of the pop-up window, the size of the form is reduced by deleting the information in the form on the electronic equipment (1), and the deleted form is compared with the label template until the label template can realize the full coverage of the form.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of selecting the product to be printed and calling out the form information of the product further comprises:
inputting product information into the ERP system (3);
reading the data and the data name of the product information, filling the data name and the corresponding data in a table, and generating a table containing specific product information;
classifying the products according to the names of the customers;
setting a plurality of documents according to the name of a client, and storing products of the same client in one document;
and finding a corresponding client document according to the product to be printed, and calling out the form information of the product in the client document.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the product information includes company, product name, production address, contact number, production date, quality guarantee period, and product material.
6. The method for printing the label for the product packaging box according to claim 3, wherein the step of selecting the label template with the corresponding specification according to the product size information specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring size information of a label template, wherein the size information of the label template comprises the length and the width of the label template;
judging the shape of the product;
when the product is square, selecting a label template with the largest size which can be attached to one surface of the product;
when the product is in an irregular shape, the label template which can be attached to the surface of the product and has the largest size and no overlapping of the label templates is selected.
7. The method for printing the label on the product packaging box according to claim 3, wherein the step of comparing the size of the product form with the size of the label template to determine whether the label template can achieve full coverage of the product form further comprises the steps of:
comparing the dimensions of the product form with the dimensions of the label template;
when the label template can not realize the full coverage of the product form, the electronic equipment (1) jumps out of the popup window, if the form has the content which can not be deleted, the deletable content is deleted, and then the font of the data and the frame of the form are adjusted, so that the label template can realize the full coverage of the product form.
8. The method for printing the label on the product packaging box according to claim 7, wherein the contents which cannot be deleted on the table specifically include production date, shelf life, product name, contact number and product raw material.
9. An intelligent terminal, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements a method of printing labels for product packaging containers as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium comprising a readable storage medium and a computer program stored on the readable storage medium for execution by a processor, the computer program being loaded and executed to implement a method of label printing for product packaging containers according to any one of claims 3 to 8.
