Background
The transformer bushing is a main insulation device outside the transformer box, and the outgoing lines of the transformer winding must penetrate through the insulation bushing to insulate the outgoing lines and the outgoing lines from the transformer shell, and meanwhile, the transformer bushing plays a role in fixing the outgoing lines. With the development of the power industry in China, the power supply quantity is increased year by year, and the power transformer is gradually developed towards high voltage and large capacity. Meanwhile, due to the improvement of the manufacturing technology, the insulation distance of each part of the transformer product is gradually reduced, so that the capacitor sleeve serving as a matching product of the transformer has strict requirements on the appearance and the size. The external insulation of the sleeve changes the prior conical porcelain piece into a straight porcelain piece, and the umbrella-shaped thickness becomes thinner, so that the appearance of the product is attractive. The umbrella shape can still be large or small to meet the requirements of various filth and insulation grades and insulation levels. Therefore, higher requirements are also provided for the smoothness of the outer part of the sleeve, at present, when the large-scale transformer sleeve is polished, a polishing machine can only be fixedly used, the use is inconvenient, the polishing speed is low, more dust is generated, the real-time treatment cannot be carried out, the sanitation of the working environment can be influenced, the dust explosion danger can also be caused, and in order to solve the problems, a new quick polishing device is urgently needed.

The working method of the rapid polishing device for the transformer bushing according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of: after the batteries in the battery compartment are fully charged, an operator holds the handle (110), starts the two-section switch (111), starts the motor (140) and the air pump (200) to work, aligns the polishing sheet (180) to the sleeve to be polished for polishing, can polish the front or the side, and sucks dust in the polishing process into the dust collection box (210) by the air pump (200); after polishing, the dust box (210) is taken down to intensively process dust.
