before entering the water inlet connecting pipe 307 in the linkage cleaning assembly 3, external high-pressure cleaning water enters the sterilization driving cavity 401 through the main water inlet pipe 423 in the linkage sterilization assembly 2 to drive the sterilization driving impeller 407 in the sterilization driving cavity 401 to rotate, the sterilization driving impeller 407 coaxially drives the driving gear 409 to rotate, so that the driving gear 409 and the driving rack 410 form transmission fit, the driving rack 410 drives the ultraviolet lamp connecting seat 418 to move through the movable connecting rod 419, the ultraviolet lamp connecting seat 418 drives the two groups of ultraviolet lamps 417 to move, so that the two groups of ultraviolet lamps 417 are inserted into the quartz sleeve 415, irradiation sterilization can be formed in the space of the wastewater cavity 405, continuous sterilization irradiation is performed on wastewater flowing into the wastewater cavity 405, and the cleaning wastewater can be discharged harmlessly;
