Description

Breathing training method and system before medical image examination and using method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical image examination, and particularly relates to a method and a system for training breathing before medical image examination and a using method.
Background
Medical imaging examinations such as CT and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) can obtain images of internal organs and tissues of the human body in a non-invasive manner, and play a significant role in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. Medical imaging examinations, particularly MRI with long imaging times, are subject to severe respiratory motion disturbances, resulting in imaging quality that does not meet diagnostic requirements. In order to reduce the interference of breathing movement, the patient needs to be matched with breathing in chest and abdomen image examination. In order to reduce motion artifact interference, a common method is breath holding acquisition, a subject is usually required to hold breath for about 10-20 seconds, a patient is often difficult to fit, and if multiple breath holding is required in an examination, the positions of the multiple breath holding are difficult to ensure to be consistent, so that an image is still interfered by motion artifacts. The other scheme is that the motion interference can be reduced by adopting gated acquisition under free breathing, but the motion interference depends on the regularity of spontaneous breathing of a patient, and in fact, a subject is difficult to keep breathing with the same regularity in the whole image examination process; in addition, the available time window for acquisition is limited, the data acquisition time is significantly increased, and the use efficiency of the equipment is reduced. The patient is breathed and trained before the examination, compliance in the image examination can be effectively improved, the probability of breathing artifacts in breath-holding acquisition is reduced, and the efficiency of breathing gating acquisition is improved. At present, the respiratory training still depends on medical technicians to carry out oral training on examinees before image examination, a large amount of human resources are occupied in clinical popularization and application, and in addition, the work of the image technicians is very busy, the training effect is often unsatisfactory, so that serious respiratory motion artifacts appear in images, and a diagnosis report cannot be issued according to the images.
The invention provides a magnetic resonance compatible breathing training and self-regulation device and a using method thereof, wherein the device is named as a magnetic resonance compatible breathing training and self-regulation device and a using method thereof, the device can be only used in a magnetic resonance scanning room, cannot be used for breathing training before image examination, and has a complex structure and is difficult to popularize and apply, and the Chinese patent publication No. CN206063142U is published on 2017, 4 and 5. The invention discloses a portable uniform breathing training and breath holding time testing instrument with a name of China patent publication No. CN202961721U, published 2017, 4 and 5, and the device is used for breathing training by independently using an existing breathing gate control system in magnetic resonance equipment, can only perform simple uniform breathing and breath holding training, cannot perform optimal breathing scheme design according to individualized information of a detected person, cannot realize breathing training under a breathing instruction, and is difficult to popularize and apply. The invention discloses an assistant training system used before MR and CT examination in China patent publication No. CN112516541A, published 2021, 3, 19, and the name of the invention is that the assistant training system needs to be trained to inhale and exhale the simulated respiratory channel, and judges whether the breath is qualified or not by measuring the flow data of the respiratory air flow, which is inconvenient to use and has the risk of cross infection among patients. The invention provides a training and evaluating system and method for medical image examination, which is named as Chinese patent publication No. CN113017600A, published 2021, 6, 25, and the invention is characterized in that the optimal breathing scheme design can not be carried out according to the individualized information of the examinee, the hardware cost is high, the use is inconvenient, and the popularization and the application are difficult.
