Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to the field of photomedical technology, and more particularly to facilitating adjustable body monitoring devices.
Background
It is well known that light (especially IR and/or red light) has beneficial effects on the human body, such as, but not limited to: effectively relieve muscle pain and joint stiffness; removal or reduction of bacteria, e.g. at ulcers or accelerated healing of wounds; stimulating collagen production by fibroblasts for the purpose of stabilizing connective tissue and healing wounds (e.g., the depth of necrosis in burns); light-induced vasodilation of blood vessels and lymph vessels for aiding weight loss, treating acne and/or removing wrinkles; preventing and/or curing inflammation such as eczema; cure certain specific skin diseases, etc.
By applying light to the body (i.e. phototherapy), hospital stays after accidents or surgery can be shortened and recovery time at home, for example, can be accelerated. Aesthetic/cosmetic treatments (e.g., can improve the skin) can also benefit from phototherapy. Advantageous phototherapy devices are known which are equipped with LEDs (light emitting diodes) for emitting light to the skin. Based on the above design, wherein light of at least one wavelength range is emitted to a portion of the body at a specific depth, wherein at least a part of the light is reflected at said depth, and wherein the reflected light is detected and converted into a signal. The body monitoring device is capable of timely monitoring changes and/or (abnormal) normalcy of the body, such as the state of a wound. By comparing the detected signals with known values and/or earlier recorded data, e.g. from medical science, changes and/or abnormalities can be found and/or the local state of the body can be determined (or at least estimated). Although the above body monitoring device can reflect the local state of the body to some extent, it is limited by the arrangement positions of the light source and the detection device, which will limit the use of the body monitoring device, and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a body monitoring device that facilitates adjustment of a light source and a detection device to expand application scenarios as compared to the prior art.
A device for facilitating adjustment of a body monitoring device, the device comprising: the flexible base material can wrap around the body part to be monitored; two separately arranged flexible adjusting areas are arranged on the first side of the flexible base material; the adjusting area extends on the flexible substrate along a first direction and the extending shape of the adjusting area can be changed; the first direction is perpendicular to the length direction of the flexible substrate; the first light source module is arranged on one side, away from the flexible substrate, of one adjusting area; wherein the other regulating region is far away from the first detection module on one side of the flexible substrate.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the adjusting area comprises: the flexible substrate comprises an adjusting layer and a flexible supporting part, wherein the adjusting layer is arranged on the first side of the flexible substrate and can stretch along a second direction, and the flexible supporting part is embedded into the adjusting layer along the normal direction of the adjusting layer; the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; one side of the supporting part, which is relatively far away from the flexible base material, is provided with a first light source module or a first detection module.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the adjusting area comprises: a fixed layer attached to the first side of the flexible substrate; the upper circumferential edge of the adjusting layer is connected with the fixing layer, and a first space is formed between the adjusting layer and the fixing layer; one side of the fixed layer, which is close to the adjusting layer, is provided with a first magnetic sheet, and the edge of the bottom of the supporting part, which enters the first space, is provided with a plurality of first magnetic blocks which are arranged along the first direction.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the adjusting layer is provided with a first through groove extending along a first direction, and the supporting part is embedded into the first through groove; a plurality of second magnetic blocks distributed at intervals along a first direction are arranged on the side wall of the supporting part entering the first space; and second magnetic sheets attracted with the second magnetic blocks are arranged on two edges of the adjusting layer extending along the first direction.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the flexible substrate comprises: a base part and a base material part laid on the base part; a flexibility adjusting area is formed on the substrate portion.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a first groove is formed on one side, close to the base material part, of the base part, and the first base material spans the first groove along the first direction; the part of the first groove exposed outside the first base material is provided with a second base material which can stretch and retract back and forth along a second direction, and the edges of the second base material and the first base material which are close to each other are connected.

It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. The apparatus in fig. 1 comprises: a flexible substrate 10, wherein the flexible substrate 10 can be wrapped around a body part to be monitored; two separately arranged flexible adjusting regions 20 are arranged on the first side of the flexible base material 10; the adjustment region 20 extends in a first direction on the flexible substrate 10 and can change its extending shape; the first direction is perpendicular to the length direction of the flexible substrate 10; a first light source module 30 on a side of the adjustment region 20 away from the flexible substrate 10; wherein the other conditioning zone 20 is remote from the first detection module 40 on the side of the flexible substrate 10.
Wherein:
a flexible substrate 10, said flexible substrate 10 being capable of being wrapped around a body part to be monitored. Specifically, the flexible base material may be a long strip-shaped structure having a rectangular cross section. Optionally, the flexible substrate may be made of a silicone material. Optionally, the two ends of the flexible substrate can be snapped to each other.
The flexible substrate 10 has two separately disposed flexible adjustment regions 20 on a first side thereof, as shown in fig. 1, wherein: the length direction of the flexible base material is set as a second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the length direction of the flexible base material, namely the second direction.
The adjustment zone extends in a first direction and can vary in shape, see in particular fig. 2. The conditioning zone 20 comprises: a first region 20a, a second region 20b and a third region 20c connected to each other in this order. Optionally, the first region 20a, the second region 20b and the third region 20c are all made of a flexible material, and the flexible material has a property that the object cannot be restored to the original shape after the applied force is lost when the object is deformed by the applied force. Specifically, a first light source module 30 on a side of the adjustment region 20 away from the flexible substrate 10; wherein the other conditioning zone 20 is remote from the first detection module 40 on the side of the flexible substrate 10. Optionally, the first light source module 30 includes: the light source device comprises a first light source substrate made of elastic materials and a plurality of first light source units 31 arranged on the first light source substrate and distributed along a first direction, wherein optionally, the first light source units 31 are OLEDs; the first detection module 40 includes: the first detecting unit 41 is disposed on the first detecting substrate and distributed along a first direction. referring to fig. 3, the regulation region 20 includes:
the adjusting layer 21 is arranged on the first side of the flexible base material 10 and can stretch and retract along a second direction;
and a flexible support part 22 fitted into the adjustment layer 21 in a direction normal to the adjustment layer 21.
The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; the first light source module 30 or the first detection module 40 is disposed on a side of the supporting portion 22 relatively far away from the flexible substrate 10.
Wherein:
the adjusting layer 21 is rectangular and extends along the first direction, and four edges of the periphery of the adjusting layer are connected with the first side of the flexible substrate 10, so that the adjusting layer 21 is fixed on the first side of the flexible substrate 10. The design of the adjusting layer can provide enough adjusting space for changing the shape of the supporting part.
The supporting part is embedded into the adjusting layer along the normal direction of the adjusting layer, and the side wall of the supporting part is connected with the adjusting layer.
Since the adjustment layer is capable of stretching in the second direction, it is capable of allowing the shape of the support portion to change.
This example also presents a second embodiment of the conditioning zone, different from the first embodiment:
referring to fig. 4, the adjustment region 20 further includes: a fixing layer 23 attached to a first side of the flexible substrate 10; the upper circumferential edge of the adjusting layer 21 is connected with the fixing layer 23, and a first space is formed between the adjusting layer 21 and the fixing layer 23; a first magnetic sheet 50 is arranged on one side of the fixed layer 23 close to the adjusting layer 21, and a plurality of first magnetic blocks 60 arranged along a first direction are arranged at the bottom edge of the supporting portion 22 entering the first space.
The conditioning zone 20 further comprises: a fixing layer 23 attached to the flexible substrate 10.
The adjusting layer 21 is provided with one side of the fixing layer 23 which is relatively far away from the flexible base material 10, and the peripheral edge of the adjusting layer 21 is connected with the fixing layer 23, so that a first space is formed between the adjusting layer 21 and the fixing layer 23.
Specifically, one side of the fixed layer 23 close to the adjusting layer 21 is provided with a first magnetic sheet, and the bottom edge of the supporting portion 22 is provided with a plurality of first magnetic blocks 60, such as three, which are respectively a first magnetic block a, a first magnetic block b and a first magnetic block c, and correspond to each other in sequence: a first region 20a, a second region 20b and a third region 20 c.
The first magnetic block 60 in any one of different positions is selected to be connected to the first magnetic sheet 50, such as: the first magnetic block b corresponding to the second region 20b is selected, and the second region 20b is deformed by sinking downward, so that the first magnetic block b at the bottom thereof is attracted to the first magnetic sheet 50, and based on this design, the heights of the sides of the supporting portions 22 away from the flexible substrate 10 can be different.
Based on this design, in addition to the design of the flexible support portion, the first magnetic block b attracts the first magnetic sheet 50, and the shape of the support portion can be more stably maintained.
Preferably, referring to fig. 5, in order to facilitate the connection between the supporting portion and the adjusting layer, a first through groove 211 extending along the first direction is formed on the adjusting layer 21, and the supporting portion 22 is embedded in the first through groove 211. In fig. 5, by additionally providing the second magnetic block and the second magnetic sheet, when the second magnetic blocks at different positions are attracted and connected to the second magnetic sheets at two sides, the shape of the adjusted support portion can be more favorably and effectively stabilized.
Alternatively, in fig. 5, the number of the second magnetic blocks may be three, such as the second magnetic block a, the second magnetic block b, and the second magnetic block c, which correspond to: a first region 20a, a second region 20b and a third region 20 c.
The two second magnetic sheets 70 may be a second magnetic sheet a and a second magnetic sheet b.
And selecting any one of the second magnetic blocks at different positions to be connected with the second magnetic sheet, such as: the shape of the support portion 22 can be changed by selecting the second magnetic block c corresponding to the third region 20c and attracting the second magnetic block c to the position corresponding to the second magnetic sheet b.

referring to fig. 6, the flexible substrate 10 includes: a base part 11 and a base material part 12 laid on the base part 11; the substrate portion 12 has a flexibility adjusting region 20 formed thereon.
The base portion 11 and the base material portion 12 may be made of silicone.
Specifically, the thickness of the base portion 11 is greater than that of the base portion 12, and optionally, the base portion and the base portion are detachably connected, specifically, the detachable connection manner is as follows: such as a velcro connection.
Two separately arranged flexible adjusting regions 20 are arranged on one side of the base material part 12 relatively far away from the base part, and based on the design, the base material part can be replaced, the distance between the flexible adjusting parts designed on different base material parts can be different, and different base material parts can be replaced when the wound dressing is suitable for different wound shapes or sizes.
Preferably, referring to fig. 7, the base material portion 12 includes: a first base material 121 and a second base material 122 which extends and contracts in a second direction; the first substrate 121 and the second substrate 122 are respectively provided with a flexible adjusting area 20.
In fig. 7 the substrate portion is divided into two parts, namely: the first substrate 121 and the second substrate 122 are respectively provided with a flexible adjusting area 20 on the first substrate 121 and the second substrate 122.
The second substrate can be telescopic along the second direction, and the base part is detachably connected with the base part, so that the second substrate is detached firstly, then the second substrate is stretched and then is bonded with the base part, and the distance between the two adjusting areas can be adjusted relatively to adapt to different application scenes.
First embodiment of the flexible substrate:
referring to fig. 8, a first groove 111 is formed on a side of the base portion 11 close to the base portion 12, and the first base 121 spans over the first groove 111 along a first direction; a second base material 122 capable of stretching and retracting back and forth along a second direction is arranged on a portion of the first groove 111 exposed outside the first base material 121, and the edges of the second base material 122 and the first base material 121 close to each other are connected.
Unlike fig. 7, in fig. 8, the first groove is formed on the basis of a specific design.
Wherein:
the first substrate 121 spans one end of the first groove.
Referring to fig. 9, a second substrate 122 capable of stretching and retracting back and forth along a second direction is disposed on a portion of the first groove 111 exposed outside the first substrate 121, and optionally, two track grooves 112 disposed in parallel are symmetrically disposed on a portion of the first groove 111 exposed outside the first substrate 121; the two edges of the second substrate 122 extending along the second direction are embedded into the corresponding track grooves 112, and can extend and retract along the second direction.
The second substrate 122 is connected to the edge of the first substrate 121 close to each other.
Based on the design, before the use, the adjusting area on the second substrate can be pushed to be close to or far away from the adjusting area on the first substrate along the second direction so as to finely adjust the distance between the two adjusting areas, and the adjusting device can adapt to different use scenes.
Optionally, the third magnetic blocks which are distributed at intervals are arranged on the track groove, the fourth magnetic blocks which are distributed at intervals are arranged on the edge, matched with the track groove, of the second base material, and the state of the second base material after adjustment can be fixed through attraction and matching of the third magnetic blocks and the fourth magnetic blocks.
Example three:
in a difference from the second embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the second substrate 122 further has an auxiliary treatment region 90 located between the two flexible adjustment regions 20; the auxiliary therapy region 90 is capable of phototherapy of a body part to be monitored.
Preferably, the secondary treatment region 90 includes: at least one second groove 91 provided on the second substrate, wherein the second groove 91 extends along the first direction; a rotating shaft 92 extending along a first direction is spanned in the second groove 91; a base plate 93 is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 92, and a first phototherapy module 94 is formed on one side of the base plate 93.
Based on the design, when the substrate is rotated to enable the first phototherapy module to face the interior of the second groove, the first phototherapy module is not started; when the substrate is rotated to enable the first phototherapy module to face to one side far away from the second groove, the first phototherapy module is started.
When needed, the first phototherapy module 94 can be used to assist in the treatment of the wound.
Optionally, referring to a preferred embodiment of a device for regulating a body monitoring device shown in fig. 11, different from fig. 1, in this embodiment, on the basis of the structure shown in fig. 1, an angle adjusting assembly 100 is disposed at the top of the flexible adjusting region 20, specifically, an angle adjusting groove 101 extending along a first direction is disposed at the top of the flexible adjusting region 20, two angle adjusting members 102 are symmetrically disposed on two groove walls in the angle adjusting groove 101, the angle adjusting members 102 extend along the first direction and are telescopic members capable of contracting along the length direction of the flexible substrate, one end of the angle adjusting member relatively close to the groove wall of the angle adjusting groove 101 is connected to the groove wall, and a free end of the angle adjusting member is connected to a connecting plate 103. Two connecting plates on the two angle adjusting pieces are close to each other and are jointly connected with a height adjusting piece 104 fixed at the bottom of the angle adjusting groove 101, the height adjusting piece is a sealed telescopic sleeve, an air accommodating space is arranged in the telescopic sleeve, and when air is filled in the height adjusting piece, the whole height of the height adjusting piece can be changed.
A first air passage connected with the height adjusting part 104 is arranged in the flexible adjusting area 20, and a second air passage connected with the first air passage is arranged on the flexible substrate and can be connected with an external air supply device.
In the initial state, as shown in fig. 11, the external air supply device does not fill the height adjusting piece with the air medium through the second air path and the first air path, the height adjusting piece is maintained at the initial height, and the connecting plate arranged at the top of the height adjusting piece is also located at the initial height, so that the telescopic pieces respectively connected with the connecting plate are in a horizontal state. Specifically, a first light source module or a first detection module is arranged on a side wall of the telescopic member relatively far away from the angle adjusting groove 101.
When external gas supply device is to first air passage air feed, and then when to first gas duct air feed, gaseous medium gets into height-adjusting part 104 for height-adjusting part can increase to the height-adjusting from initial altitude, locates the connecting plate at height-adjusting part top and risees thereupon, makes the extensible member that is connected with the connecting plate respectively be in the tilt state. Therefore, the inclination angle of the first light source module or the first detection module on the two telescopic pieces can be adjusted to a certain degree based on the design, so that the device is suitable for wider application scenes.
Optionally, the height adjusting parts may be two, and correspond to the two connecting plates, and the corresponding first air passage and second air passage are designed to correspond to the height adjusting parts, that is: each height adjusting piece is connected with a first air passage and a second air passage connected with the first air passage.

It will be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the scope of the invention as referred to in the present application is not limited to the embodiments with a specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also covers other embodiments with any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A device for facilitating adjustment of a body monitoring device, the device comprising:
a flexible substrate (10), wherein the flexible substrate (10) can be wrapped around a body part to be monitored; two separately arranged flexible adjusting areas (20) are arranged on the first side of the flexible base material (10);
the adjustment zone (20) extends in a first direction on the flexible substrate (10) and its extension shape can be changed; the first direction is perpendicular to the length direction of the flexible substrate (10);
a first light source module (30) at one side of the adjusting area (20) far away from the flexible substrate (10);
wherein the other conditioning region (20) is remote from the first detection module (40) on the side of the flexible substrate (10).
2. A regulating body monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein:
the conditioning zone (20) comprises:
the flexible base material comprises an adjusting layer (21) which is arranged on the first side of the flexible base material (10) and can stretch and retract along the second direction, and a flexible supporting part (22) which is embedded into the adjusting layer (21) along the normal direction of the adjusting layer (21); the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction;
a first light source module (30) or a first detection module (40) is arranged on one side, relatively far away from the flexible base material (10), of the supporting part (22).
3. A regulating body monitoring device according to claim 2, wherein:
the conditioning zone (20) further comprises:
a fixing layer (23) attached to a first side of the flexible substrate (10);
the upper circumferential edge of the adjusting layer (21) is connected with the fixing layer (23), and a first space is formed between the adjusting layer (21) and the fixing layer (23);
one side of the fixed layer (23) close to the adjusting layer (21) is provided with a first magnetic sheet (50), and the edge of the bottom of the supporting part (22) entering the first space is provided with a plurality of first magnetic blocks (60) distributed along the first direction.
4. A regulating body monitoring device according to claim 3, wherein:
a first through groove (211) extending along a first direction is formed in the adjusting layer (21), and the supporting portion (22) is embedded into the first through groove (211);
a plurality of second magnetic blocks (80) distributed at intervals along the first direction are arranged on the side wall of the supporting part (22) entering the first space;
and second magnetic sheets (70) attracted with the second magnetic blocks (80) are arranged on two edges of the adjusting layer (21) extending along the first direction.
5. A regulating body monitoring device according to any of claims 1-4 wherein:
the flexible substrate (10) comprises: a base part (11) and a base material part (12) laid on the base part (11); a flexibility adjusting area (20) is formed on the substrate part (12).
6. A regulating body monitoring device according to claim 5, wherein:
the base material portion (12) includes: a first base material (121) and a second base material (122) that stretches and contracts in a second direction;
the first base material (121) and the second base material (122) are respectively provided with a flexible adjusting area (20).
7. A regulating body monitoring device according to claim 6, wherein:
a first groove (111) is formed on one side, close to the base material part (12), of the base part (11), and the first base material (121) spans the first groove (111) along the first direction;
the part of the first groove (111) exposed outside the first base material (121) is provided with a second base material (122) capable of stretching and retracting back and forth along a second direction, and the edges of the second base material (122) and the first base material (121) which are close to each other are connected.
8. A regulating body monitoring device according to claim 6, wherein:
two parallel track grooves (112) are symmetrically arranged on the part of the first groove (111) exposed out of the first base material (121);
two edges of the second base material (122) extending along the second direction are embedded into the corresponding track grooves (112) and can stretch and retract back and forth along the second direction.
9. A regulating body monitoring device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein:
the second base material (122) is also provided with an auxiliary treatment area (90) positioned between the two flexible adjusting areas (20); the auxiliary therapy region (90) is capable of phototherapy of a body part to be monitored.
10. A regulating body monitoring device according to claim 9, wherein:
the secondary treatment region (90) comprises: at least one second groove (91) provided on the second substrate and the second groove (91) extending in the first direction;
a rotating shaft piece (92) extending along a first direction is spanned in the second groove (91); the rotating shaft piece (92) is rotatably connected with a substrate (93), and a first phototherapy module (94) is formed on one side of the substrate (93).
