The shifting fork 6-3 of the embodiment comprises a shifting fork base body 6-31 arranged on the lower end face of the long rod 6-1 of the shifting fork support and a shifting fork claw 6-32 arranged below the shifting fork base body 6-31, wherein the shifting fork claw 6-32 is made of a flexible nontoxic material and is used for avoiding interference between the shifting fork claw 6-32 and the medicine tray 4 when the sliding block stand column 2 ascends and descends.
