Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of VSD negative pressure suction, in particular to a skin stretching device capable of simultaneously using negative pressure suction.
Background
VSD is a therapeutic method that a dressing with a drainage tube inside is used for covering or filling the wound surface with skin and soft tissue defects, the wound surface is sealed by a biological semipermeable membrane to form a sealed space, finally the drainage tube is connected with a negative pressure source, and the wound surface healing and the infection are promoted by controllable negative pressure.
On the other hand, soft tissue defects of the skin are common surgical problems in clinic, and the causes of the defects include tumors, scars, trauma, inflammation, operation, pathological changes of the skin and the like. Under the condition that the skin wound edge has large tension and can not be directly sutured, the skin is usually repaired by adopting a skin grafting or flap transferring mode. The skin stretching technology developed in recent years utilizes the looseness and the extensibility of skin, and a stretching device is used for stretching skin edges on two sides of a wound to the center so as to achieve the purposes of gradually reducing the wound and finally suturing and eliminating the wound surface.
VSDs work well to prevent infection, but during use they leave the skin in a retracted state and adhere to deep tissue, preventing direct closure of the wound at a later time. On the other hand, in the prior art, the skin stretching device cannot perform VSD suction in the using process, and because the skin stretching is a slow process, the wound surface can only be wrapped by the traditional dressing in the process, so that the wound surface and even deep tissues (muscles, tendons, bones and joints) are easily infected to cause serious consequences.
