Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cassette in one embodiment. The case may be used to store electronic devices such as headphones and the like; the box may also be used for storing living goods, such as medicines, etc. When the box is used for storing the earphones, the box can be used as a charging box of the earphones, the earphones can be wireless earphones with rechargeable batteries, the rechargeable batteries are also arranged in the box, and the earphones are charged through the rechargeable batteries in the box after being stored in the box.
As shown in fig. 1, the case includes a case cover 100 and a case body 200.
The lid 100 and the case 200 are rotatably connected, and the rotatably connected portion of the lid 100 and the case 200 is referred to as a rotation connection portion 300. For example, holes are formed at the cap 100 and the case 200, respectively, and a shaft is inserted through a connecting shaft, which is the rotation connecting part 300, at the cap 100 and the case 200 to connect the cap 100 and the case 200, so that the cap 100 and the case 200 can rotate about the connecting shaft. For another example, the lid 100 is provided with a hook pin, the box body 200 is provided with a hole, and the hook pin is hooked into the hole to realize the rotational connection between the lid 100 and the box body 200, and the hook pin and the hole which are matched with each other are also the rotational connection portion 300.
As shown in fig. 1, a chamber 211 having an opening 210 is provided in the case 200, and the chamber 211 is used for storing articles. As shown in fig. 1, an opening 210 of the cavity 211 is disposed upward, and the cavity 211 can be covered by the box cover 100, so as to enclose the object in the cavity 211. As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, a chamber 110 may be further disposed in the box cover 100, and after the box cover 100 is closed with the box body 200, the chamber 211 and the chamber 110 can be communicated, so as to increase a space for storing articles.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the box cover 100 in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the box cover 100 includes a covering portion 111 and an extending portion 112, the covering portion 111 is shown in an upper dashed box in fig. 2, and the extending portion 112 is shown in a lower dashed box in fig. 2. The covering part 111 is used to cover the opening 210 of the box body 200. The extension 112 extends from the rotational connection 300 of the cover 100 and the case 200. as shown in fig. 1, at least a portion of the extension 112 extends into the cavity 211. Since the extension portion 112 and the covering portion 111 are fixedly connected or integrally formed, the extension portion 112 and the covering portion 111 move synchronously.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the box cover 100 is provided with a first magnetic member 11. The first magnetic member 11 may be a permanent magnet, for example, a magnet; for another example, the first magnetic member 11 may also be an electromagnet, and the electromagnet needs to be electrified to have magnetism. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first magnetic member 11 may be completely disposed on the extension portion 112. In other embodiments, a part of the first magnetic member 11 may be disposed on the extension portion 112, and another part may be disposed on the covering portion 111. That is, at least a part of the first magnetic member 11 is disposed on the extension portion 112.
In the bar magnet, the direction of the magnetic induction line inside the magnet is directed from the S pole to the N pole. As shown in fig. 2, the first magnetic member 11 may be a bar magnet, and the direction of the magnetic induction line inside the first magnetic member 11 may be horizontally rightward.
As shown in fig. 1, the second magnetic member 12 is disposed in the case 200, and the second magnetic member 12 may be a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and the second magnetic member 12 is exemplified as a bar-shaped permanent magnet in the following description. As shown in fig. 1, the second magnetic member 12 is disposed in the cartridge 200, and may be disposed in the cavity 211 of the cartridge 200, but it is not limited that the second magnetic member 12 is disposed in the cavity 211 completely or the second magnetic member 12 is disposed in the cavity 211 partially. As shown in fig. 1, in the opening process of the cap 100 and the case 200, the extension 112 moves in an arc around the rotation connection 300. The second magnetic member 12 is disposed outside a track of the extending portion 112 rotating around the rotation connecting portion 300, that is, the second magnetic member 12 does not prevent the case body 200 and the cover 100 from being opened. In the process that the box cover 100 and the box body 200 are opened by the cover, after the cover part 111 and the box body 200 are opened at a certain angle, the magnetic field force between the first magnetic part 11 and the second magnetic part 12 drives the box cover 100 and the box body 200 to open. For example, in the process of opening the box cover 100 and the box body 200 from the closed state, when the opening angle is between 0 ° to 45 °, the magnetic field force between the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 does not drive the box cover 100 and the box body 200 to open; after the opening angle is greater than 45 °, the magnetic force between the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 drives the lid 100 and the box 200 to open, and after the lid 100 and the box 200 are opened to an angle greater than 45 °, a force for pushing the lid 100 and the box 200 to open can be sensed between the lid 100 and the box 200.
In the bar magnet, the direction of the magnetic induction line inside the magnet is directed from the S pole to the N pole. As shown in fig. 3, the second magnetic member 12 may be a bar magnet, and the magnetic induction line inside the second magnetic member 12 may be in a vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 4 (a) and (b), which are partial structural schematic views of the cartridge 200 in two embodiments, the plane where the opening 210 of the cartridge 200 is approximately located is t. As shown in fig. 4 (a), the angle β between the direction of the magnetic induction line inside the second magnetic member 12 and the plane t is 80 °. As shown in fig. 4 (b), the angle β between the direction of the magnetic induction line inside the second magnetic member 12 and the plane t is 100 °. In other embodiments 80 ≦ β ≦ 100. That is, in fig. 3, the direction of the magnetic induction line inside the second magnetic member 12 may be in the vertical direction, and on the basis of fig. 3, the direction of the magnetic induction line inside the second magnetic member 12 may be shifted to the left or the right by any angle within 10 ° or 10 °. The angle can better ensure that the magnetic field force of the product between the first magnetic part 11 and the second magnetic part 12 is large enough, so that the lid 100 and the box body 200 are driven to open by the magnetic field force between the first magnetic part 11 and the second magnetic part 12 after the lid closing part 111 and the box body 200 are opened by a certain angle in the process of closing and opening the lid 100 and the box body 200 by the lid.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the case of one embodiment of the present application, shown in fig. 5, closed by the lid to an open position. The straight line of the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 is a broken line m1, and the straight line of the magnetic induction lines inside the second magnetic member 12 is a broken line m 2. As shown in fig. 5, the process of closing the box to the open state by the cover sequentially goes through the processes that m1 is perpendicular to m2, the acute angle between m1 and m2 is gradually reduced, m1 is parallel to m2, and the acute angle between m1 and m2 is gradually increased. That is, the process of opening the lid 100 and the box 200 from the closed state at least includes the process of the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic element 11 and the second magnetic element 12 from the perpendicular state to the parallel state. Or, the process of opening the box cover 100 and the box body 200 from the closed state at least includes the process of intersecting the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic element 11 and the second magnetic element 12 from the parallel state to the intersecting state again.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, of the two magnetic poles of the first magnetic member 11, the left side is an S pole, and the right side is an N pole; of the two magnetic poles of the second magnetic member 12, the upper side is an S pole and the lower side is an N pole. In the process of opening the box from the closing of the box, the position of the second magnetic part 12 relative to the box is not changed, so the direction of the magnetic induction line inside the second magnetic part 12 always points to the N pole from the S pole. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or 2, the direction of the magnetic induction lines inside the second magnetic member 12 is directed from top to bottom. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, when the box is closed, the direction of the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 is indicated from left to right, as shown in fig. 5, as the box cover 100 is opened, the direction of the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 is also changed, and in the process of opening, as shown in fig. 5(3), the direction of the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 is indicated from bottom to top, that is, when the box cover 100 is rotated until the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are parallel, the directions of the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are opposite. In other embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the included angle between the direction of the magnetic induction line inside the second magnetic member 12 and the plane t is β, β is greater than or equal to 80 ° and less than or equal to 100 °, although β is different in value, the directions of the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are opposite to each other during the whole process of opening the lid 100 as long as the lid 100 is rotated until the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are parallel. For another example, when the left side of the two magnetic poles of the first magnetic member 11 is an N pole, and the right side is an S pole, the upper side of the two magnetic poles of the second magnetic member 12 is an N pole, and the lower side of the two magnetic poles of the second magnetic member 12 is an S pole, in this embodiment, when the box cover 100 is rotated until the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are parallel, the directions of the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are also opposite. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, when the box cover 100 is closed, the magnetic pole on the right side of the first magnetic member 11 is closer to the second magnetic member 12, and the magnetic pole on the right side of the first magnetic member 11 is the same as the magnetic pole on the lower side of the second magnetic member 12. In the above embodiment, when the magnetic poles are arranged in this way, in the process that the box cover 100 and the box body 200 are opened by the cover, after the cover part 111 and the box body 200 are opened by a certain angle, the magnetic field force between the first magnetic element 11 and the second magnetic element 12 drives the box cover 100 and the box body 200 to open.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the second magnetic member 12 includes a first end 12A near the opening 210 of the case 200 and a second end 12B extending into the interior of the case 200. The distance h1 between the rotary joint 300 and the first end 12A is less than the distance h2 between the rotary joint 300 and the second end 12B. That is, the second magnetic member 12 has a middle surface t along the vertical direction, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the rotation connecting portion 300 is disposed at the upper portion of the middle surface t. As shown in fig. 5(3), when the internal magnetic induction lines of the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are parallel, the first magnetic member 11 is closer to the first end 12A to generate a larger magnetic force, and the magnetic force between the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 can continue to open the lid 100.
With continued reference to fig. 1, distance h3 from rotational coupling 300 to opening 210 is greater than distance h4 from first end 12A to opening 210. That is, the actual position of the rotation connecting portion 300 is located between the first end portion 12A and the middle surface t, as shown in fig. 5(3), after the box cover 100 is opened to the state shown in fig. 5(3), it can be opened to the state shown in fig. 5 (4).
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a cassette of another embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the box further includes a third magnetic member 13, the third magnetic member 13 is disposed near the opening 210, and when the box cover 100 is opened at a certain angle, for example, after the box cover 100 is opened until the magnetic induction lines inside the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are parallel, and the box cover 100 and the box body 200 are driven to be opened continuously by the magnetic force between the first magnetic member 11 and the third magnetic member 13. Finally, the first magnetic member 11 abuts on the third magnetic member 13, which is the final posture in which the lid 100 is opened.
As shown in fig. 6, the length h6 of the extension part 112 is greater than the shortest distance h5 between the third magnetic member 13 and the rotation connecting part 300. Because the first magnetic element 11 is arranged on the extension part 112, the arrangement position of the first magnetic element 11 on the extension part 112 is reasonably selected, so that after the box cover 100 is completely opened, the first magnetic element 11 arranged on the extension part 112 can abut against the third magnetic element 13, and after the box cover 100 is completely opened, the first magnetic element 11 can abut against the third magnetic element 13, so that the box cover 100 can be kept in a stable opening state.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the second magnetic member 12 and the third magnetic member 13 may jointly constitute a magnetic unit. Of course, the magnetic unit may also include other magnetic members capable of magnetically cooperating with the first magnetic member 11. Fig. 6 illustrates a magnetic unit including the second magnetic member 12 and the third magnetic member 13 as an example. As shown in fig. 6, the magnetic unit is disposed in the cavity 211 of the cartridge 200. By arranged in the cavity 211 is meant herein that the magnetic unit comprises at least a part which is accommodated in the cavity 211, e.g. the magnetic unit is partly embedded in the cartridge wall, also to be understood that the magnetic unit is arranged in the cavity 211. When the cover portion 111 is opened from the covering state, that is, when the cover portion 111 of the box cover 100 covers the opening 210 to the opening state, the cover portion 111 and the box body 200 are opened at a certain angle, the magnetic field generated by the magnetic unit and the magnetic field force generated by the first magnetic member 11 drive the box cover 100 to move in the direction of opening the box. In this process, if the cap 100 is opened by two hands, for example, one hand holds the case 200 and the other hand holds the cap 100, in the process of opening the cap, after opening a certain angle, a pushing force for pushing the cap 100 and the case 200 to open can be obviously felt between the cap 100 and the case 200. The thrust is formed by the interaction between the first magnetic member 11 and the magnetic unit.
As shown in fig. 6, the magnetic unit includes a second magnetic member 12, the second magnetic member 12 is a bar magnet, the second magnetic member 12 includes a first end portion 12A and a second end portion 12B, the first end portion 12A is a first magnetic pole 12AA, the second end portion 12B is a second magnetic pole 12BB, and the first magnetic pole 12AA is opposite to the second magnetic pole 12BB in magnetism. First pole 12AA is positioned proximate opening 210 of cartridge 200 and second pole 12BB is positioned distal opening 210 of cartridge 200 and extends into the interior of cartridge 200. The first magnetic pole 12AA may be an N pole or an S pole. Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the embodiment shown in fig. 6 after the case is closed. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the length h6 of the extension part 112 is less than the shortest distance h7 from the second magnetic member 12 to the rotation connection part 300, so that the extension part 112 can move in the cavity 211 without interference during the process of closing and opening the box cover 100. As shown in fig. 7, after the box cover 100 and the box body 200 are closed, the right side of the first magnetic member 11 is close to the second magnetic member 12, and the magnetic pole of the first magnetic member 11 close to the second magnetic member 12 is opposite to the magnetic pole of the first magnetic pole 12 AA.
As shown in fig. 6, the magnetic unit includes the third magnetic member 13, the third magnetic member 13 is disposed at the opening 210 of the case 200, and the length h6 of the extension part 112 is greater than the shortest distance h5 from the third magnetic member 13 to the rotation connecting part 300. After the box cover 100 and the box body 200 are completely opened, the magnetic poles of the first magnetic element 11 and the third magnetic element 13 that are close to each other are opposite, that is, the magnetic poles of the first magnetic element 11 and the third magnetic element 13 that are close to each other are attracted to each other.
As shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a cartridge in another embodiment, an interference portion 212 is disposed on the cartridge body 200, and the third magnetic member 13 is disposed near the interference portion 212. When the cap 100 is completely opened with respect to the case 200, the first magnetic member 11 is supported on the interference part 212. In other embodiments, the extension 112 can rest on the interference portion 212 after the lid 100 is fully opened with respect to the case 200. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the third magnetic element 13 is located at the interference part 212. In other embodiments, the third magnetic member 13 directly serves as the interference part 212 provided on the case 200.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, during the process from closing to opening of the box cover 100 and the box body 200, in the process from fig. 5(1) to fig. 5(2) to fig. 5(3), the first magnetic member 11 moves close to the second magnetic member 12, and in the process from fig. 5(3) to fig. 5(4), the first magnetic member 11 moves away from the second magnetic member 12.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, when the cassette is fully open, the first magnetic pole 12AA is positioned closer to the opening 210 of the cassette body 200 than the rotating connection 300. That is, the distance between the first magnetic pole 12AA and the position of the opening 210 of the cartridge 200 is smaller than the distance between the rotation connecting part 300 and the opening 210 of the cartridge 200.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the fourth magnetic member 14 is disposed on the box cover 100, the fifth magnetic member 15 is disposed on the box body 200, and the fourth magnetic member 14 and the fifth magnetic member 15 can attract each other. The fourth magnetic member 14 and the fifth magnetic member 15 attract each other, and after the box cover 100 is covered on the box body 200, the fourth magnetic member 14 and the fifth magnetic member 15 are magnetic members for keeping the box cover 100 and the box body 200 stably covered.
