The plurality of floatable connectors and the floating installation sockets 13 are arranged on the cableless panel assembly 6, and when the cableless panel assembly is specifically installed, the connectors and the floating installation sockets 13 have certain displacement, so that stress can be buffered during installation, and equipment is protected; in addition, the connector and floating mount receptacle 13 are effectively relieved of stress during use.
The cableless panel component 6 can be integrated with and transmit large-current signals, bus signals, collected signals and control signals, the signals are transmitted to the module connector 18 on the cableless motherboard component 7, the signals are transmitted to the template printed board through the module connector 18 and are distributed to various functional modules through the template printed board, and the cableless panel component comprises a 6U module box 4 and a 3U module box 5, so that the cableless transmission of the signals is realized.
The integrated case 2 is simple in structure and adopts modularized layout, and the functional modules, the cableless panel assemblies 6 and the cableless motherboard assemblies 7 are all in cableless signal transmission, so that compared with cable connection in the traditional technology, the integrated case 2 is more compact and simpler in internal structure, has more spaces for modularized layout, and is more reasonable in internal layout.

Claims (7)

1. A no cable quick-witted case which characterized in that: comprises an integrated chassis; a plurality of functional module mounting grooves are formed in the integrated case, and a 6U module box and a 3U module box are mounted in the functional module mounting grooves; a cableless motherboard component is arranged on one side of the integrated case close to the rear cover, and a cableless panel component is embedded in the other side of the integrated case; the cableless panel assembly transmits the received signals to the cableless motherboard assembly, and the cableless motherboard assembly is used for distributing the signals into the 6U module box and the 3U module box;
the untethered panel assembly includes a panel body; a multilayer printed board is arranged in the panel body; the upper surface of the multilayer printed board is integrated with a plurality of first connectors, a plurality of second connectors, a floating installation socket, a switch and an indicator light; the lower surface of the multilayer printed board is integrated with a power filter and a three-cavity connecting seat for signal connection with the cableless motherboard assembly;
the first connector comprises a first shell, a first floating base and a first connecting piece for connecting the first shell and the first floating base; the first shell is provided with a first mounting plate protruding outwards, a first step protruding outwards is arranged on the first shell below the first mounting plate, and the first step is provided with an external thread;
the first connecting piece comprises a first connecting part, a first positioning surface positioned below the first connecting part and a first floating part positioned below the first positioning surface; the first connecting part is provided with an internal thread; the inner thread on the first connecting part is connected with the outer thread on the first step in a threaded manner, one part of the bottom surface of the first step is connected with the first positioning surface in a contact manner, and the other part of the bottom surface of the first step is clamped into a first floating base capable of floating up and down in a space between the other part of the bottom surface of the first step and the first floating clamping ring at the bottom of the first floating part;
a first positioning plate is arranged in the first shell, and a plurality of first upper contact pins are inserted in the positioning plate; the first upper contact pin extends downwards and is inserted into a positioning hole formed in the first floating base, and the first upper contact pin is connected with the first lower contact pin in the positioning hole.

The untethered cabinet of claim 1, wherein: a first annular bulge is formed in the top of the first floating base, and the first annular bulge can float up and down and is clamped into a space between the bottom surface of the first step and a first floating clamping ring at the bottom of the first floating portion.

the second connecting piece comprises a second connecting part, a second positioning surface positioned below the second connecting part and a second floating part positioned below the second positioning surface; the second connecting part comprises a second annular clamping groove and an annular tip positioned at the top of the second annular clamping groove;
the second step is clamped in the second annular clamping groove, and the annular tip at the top of the second annular clamping groove is clamped in the first annular clamping groove, so that the second shell is fixedly connected with the second connecting piece;
one part of the bottom surface of the second step is in contact connection with the second positioning surface, and a second floating base capable of floating up and down is clamped in a space between the other part of the bottom surface of the second step and a second floating clamping ring at the bottom of the second floating part;
the plug is embedded in the second shell, a plurality of first jacks are formed in the top of the plug, second upper contact pins are inserted into the first jacks, and the second upper contact pins extend downwards into the second floating base and are connected with second lower contact pins in the second floating base.
