The top support ring 111 and the mounting part 117 are fixedly connected in a combined mode, the connecting area can be increased by increasing the area of the mounting part 117, the limitation of the space at the periphery of the top support ring 111 is avoided, the mounting stability of the basin stand structure 10 can be obviously improved, and the whole volume of the basin stand body 11 is not increased.
Referring to fig. 4 again, in an embodiment, the mounting portion 117 includes a connecting section 1171 and a mounting section 1173, the connecting section 1171 is connected to the top support ring 111, the mounting section 1173 is formed by bending and extending one end of the connecting section 1171 away from the top support ring 111, and the mounting section 1173 is provided with at least two mounting holes 1173 a.
In this embodiment, in order to connect to the sound generating apparatus, the mounting portion 117 includes a connecting section 1171 formed to extend vertically along the bottom surface of the top support ring 111, and a mounting section 1173 formed to extend along an end portion of the connecting section 1171, and a mounting hole 1173a is opened in the mounting section 1173. That is, the connecting section 1171 leads the mounting position from the top end to the bottom end of the frame body 11, so that the mounting portion 117 can be disposed using the space of the periphery of the bottom end, reducing the space in which the top end extends outward, so that the volume of the entire frame structure 10 is further reduced. The vibration system 30 includes a diaphragm 31 and a voice coil 33 connected to each other, the diaphragm 31 is mounted on the frame body 11, the magnetic circuit system 50 includes a magnet 51, the chassis 13 is formed with an accommodating groove 131a, the magnet 51 is disposed in the accommodating groove 131a, a magnetic gap is formed between the magnet 51 and a groove wall of the accommodating groove 131a, and the voice coil 33 is disposed in the magnetic gap in a penetrating manner.
The chassis 13 is a U-shaped iron, and the magnetic circuit system 50 further includes a magnet 51 as a magnetic yoke in the magnetic circuit system 50, and the magnet 51 is mounted on the bottom plate 1311 of the chassis 13 and forms a magnetic gap with the groove wall of the receiving groove 131 a. In order to enhance the magnetic force lines, the magnetic circuit system 50 further includes a magnetic conductive plate 53, the magnetic conductive plate 53 is disposed on the upper surface of the magnet 51, and the cross-sectional area of the magnetic conductive plate 53 is consistent with the cross-sectional area of the magnet 51. The vibration system 30 includes a diaphragm 31 and a voice coil 33, the diaphragm 31 is connected to the top support ring 111 of the frame structure 10 and gradually tapers toward the magnetic circuit 50, one end of the voice coil 33 is connected to the diaphragm 31, and the other end is suspended in the magnetic gap. After the voice coil 33 is connected and conducted with an external circuit, the voice coil 33 introduces current into a magnetic field formed by the magnetic circuit system 50, so that the voice coil 33 rotates in the magnetic gap to drive the diaphragm 31 to vibrate, and sound production is realized.
The invention also provides a sound generating device (not shown) comprising a housing and a loudspeaker 100 arranged on the housing, wherein the loudspeaker 100 is the loudspeaker 100. Since the speaker 100 of the sound generating apparatus adopts all technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
Here, the sound generating device may be a sound box, a mobile phone, an earphone, and the like, which is not limited herein. Of course, the sound generating device may also be applied in a vehicle as an in-vehicle speaker 100, a consumer speaker 100, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A frame structure, characterized in that, the frame structure includes:
the basin stand comprises a basin stand body, wherein the basin stand body is a plastic part, the basin stand body is provided with a fixing hole, and the wall of the fixing hole is provided with a slot; and
the chassis, the chassis is the metalwork, the chassis includes the chassis body and locates the peripheral plug-in components of chassis body, the basin frame body with the chassis passes through the plug-in components with the integrative injection moulding of cooperation of slot, the thickness of plug-in components is less than the thickness of chassis body.

The frame structure of claim 1, wherein the chassis body comprises a bottom plate and a side plate extending along the periphery of the bottom plate in a bending manner, the bottom plate and the side plate are enclosed to form a receiving groove, the insert is arranged on the periphery of the side plate and extends towards one side away from the bottom plate in a bending manner, and the thickness of the insert is at least smaller than that of the side plate.
3. The frame structure of claim 2, wherein the side plates have a thickness equal to a thickness of the base plate;
and/or the insert is arranged in the middle of the end part of the side plate in the thickness direction.
4. The frame structure of claim 3, wherein the ratio of the thickness of the insert to the thickness of the side panel is 1/2 or more and 2/3 or less.
5. The frame structure of claim 1, wherein the insert abuts each slot wall of the slot.

The frame structure according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the frame body comprises a top support ring, a bottom fixing portion, and at least two connecting arms connecting an inner edge of the top support ring and an outer edge of the bottom fixing portion, the top support ring, the bottom fixing portion and the connecting arms form a mounting groove in an enclosing manner, and the fixing hole is opened in the middle of the bottom fixing portion.
7. The frame structure of claim 6, wherein the frame body further comprises a mounting portion formed by the top support ring extending vertically toward the surface of the bottom fixing portion, the mounting portion being provided with a mounting hole.
8. The frame structure of claim 7, wherein the mounting portion comprises a connecting section and a mounting section, the connecting section is connected with the top support ring, the mounting section is formed by bending and extending one end of the connecting section, which is far away from the top support ring, and the mounting section is provided with at least two mounting holes.
9. A loudspeaker comprising a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system and a frame structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the vibration system is mounted to the frame body, and the magnetic circuit system is mounted to the chassis and disposed opposite the vibration system.
10. A sound generating device, wherein the sound generating device comprises a housing and a speaker disposed in the housing, and the speaker is the speaker according to claim 9.
