According to the embodiment of the application, the cloud platform is used for acquiring the attribute information and the identification information of the plurality of electrical equipment, screening the plurality of electrical equipment belonging to the same family, determining the member information of the family, sending a control instruction to the plurality of electrical equipment of the family according to the member information, setting the attribute information into the sales information, the installation information, the binding information, the sharing information of the equipment control right and the like, facilitating data collection, and meanwhile accurately determining the electrical equipment belonging to the same family; the family member information can be determined by collecting the operation mode of the electrical equipment or the image or voice information collected by the electrical equipment; the electrical equipment runs in a mode corresponding to the family member, and when children exist in the family member, the running mode of the electrical equipment can be controlled to be a child mode, so that the running mode of the electrical equipment is adjusted without manual operation of a user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The aforementioned program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device of an electrical apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the control device includes: an acquisition module 510, a screening module 520, and a control module 530.
An obtaining module 510, configured to obtain identification information and attribute information of a plurality of electrical devices; the attribute information is used for determining a family to which the electrical equipment belongs;
the screening module 520 is used for screening out the electrical equipment belonging to the same family according to the attribute information and the identification information;
a control module 530, configured to determine, for each screened family, member information of the family, and send a corresponding control instruction to an electrical device corresponding to the family according to the member information; and the control instruction is used for controlling the electric equipment to operate in a mode matched with the member information.
Optionally, the member information of the family includes: whether a child is present in the family; when the control module 530 sends a corresponding control instruction to the electrical device corresponding to the family according to the member information, the control module is specifically configured to:
and if the family has children, sending a command for switching to a child mode to the electrical equipment when the electrical equipment is started.
Optionally, the attribute information includes user information reserved by the electrical device in a preset stage, where the preset stage includes at least one of a selling stage, an installation stage, a cloud platform device binding stage, and a device control stage.
Optionally, the attribute information includes: at least one of sales information, installation information, binding information, and sharing information of the device control right;
the sales information comprises a delivery contact phone; the installation information comprises an installation address and an installation contact phone; the binding information comprises a binding phone; the sharing information comprises the telephone information of the sharer and the telephone information of the sharee.
Optionally, the screening module 520 is specifically configured to:
when the attribute information is at least one of sales information, installation information and binding information, if at least one attribute information corresponding to the two electrical equipment is the same, dividing the identification information corresponding to the two electrical equipment into a same family;
and when the attribute information is the sharing information of the equipment control right, dividing the identification information of the electric equipment bound under the telephone information of the shared person and the identification information of the electric equipment bound under the telephone information of the shared person into the same family.
Optionally, when determining the members of the family, the control module 530 is specifically configured to:
acquiring historical operating modes of a plurality of electrical equipment belonging to the family within preset time;
and determining the member information of the family according to the historical operation mode.
Optionally, when determining the member information of the family, the control module 530 is further configured to:
acquiring image information and/or voice information acquired by electrical equipment corresponding to the family;
and determining the member information of the family according to the image information and/or the voice information.
The control device of the electrical equipment provided by the embodiment of the application can execute the control method of the electrical equipment provided by any embodiment of the application, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a cloud platform provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the cloud platform includes: a communication module 610, a memory 620, and at least one processor 630.
The communication module 610 is used for data transmission with electrical equipment;
wherein the memory 620 stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor 630 executes the computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 620, so that the at least one processor 630 executes the computer-executable instructions to implement the control method of the electrical device according to any embodiment corresponding to fig. 2 to 4.
Wherein the memory 620 and the processor 630 are connected by a bus 640.
The related description may be understood by referring to the related description and effect corresponding to the steps in fig. 2 and fig. 3, and redundant description is not repeated here.
The present application also provides a readable storage medium, in which execution instructions are stored, and when the execution instructions are executed by at least one processor of the air conditioner control device, the computer execution instructions, when executed by the processor, implement the control method of the electrical equipment in the above-mentioned embodiment.
The present application also provides a program product comprising executable instructions stored in a readable storage medium. The at least one processor of the cloud platform may read the execution instruction from the readable storage medium, and the at least one processor executes the execution instruction to enable the control device of the electrical appliance to implement the control method of the electrical appliance provided in the above various embodiments.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of modules is merely a division of logical functions, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or modules, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (11)

1. A control method of an electric appliance device is applied to a cloud platform, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring identification information and attribute information of a plurality of electrical equipment; the attribute information is used for determining a family to which the electrical equipment belongs;
screening out the electrical equipment belonging to the same family according to the attribute information and the identification information;
determining member information of each screened family, and sending a corresponding control instruction to electric equipment corresponding to the family according to the member information; and the control instruction is used for controlling the electric equipment to operate in a mode matched with the member information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the member information of the family comprises: whether a child is present in the family; sending a corresponding control instruction to the electrical equipment corresponding to the family according to the member information, wherein the control instruction comprises the following steps:
and if the family has children, sending a command for switching to a child mode to the electrical equipment when the electrical equipment is started.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the attribute information includes user information reserved by the electrical device in preset stages, and the preset stages include at least one of a selling stage, an installation stage, a binding with cloud platform device stage, and a device control stage.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the attribute information comprises: at least one of sales information, installation information, binding information, and sharing information of the device control right;
the sales information comprises a delivery contact phone; the installation information comprises an installation address and an installation contact phone; the binding information comprises a binding phone; the sharing information comprises the telephone information of the sharer and the telephone information of the sharee.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein screening out electrical devices belonging to the same household according to the attribute information and the identification information comprises:
when the attribute information is at least one of sales information, installation information and binding information, if at least one attribute information corresponding to the two electrical equipment is the same, dividing the identification information corresponding to the two electrical equipment into a same family;
and when the attribute information is the sharing information of the equipment control right, dividing the identification information of the electric equipment bound under the telephone information of the shared person and the identification information of the electric equipment bound under the telephone information of the shared person into the same family.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein determining member information for the family comprises:
acquiring historical operating modes of a plurality of electrical equipment belonging to the family within preset time;
and determining the member information of the family according to the historical operation mode.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein determining member information for the family further comprises:
acquiring image information and/or voice information acquired by electrical equipment corresponding to the family;
and determining the member information of the family according to the image information and/or the voice information.
8. A control device for an electrical apparatus, characterized in that the device comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring identification information and attribute information of a plurality of electrical equipment; the attribute information is used for determining a family to which the electrical equipment belongs;
the screening module is used for screening out the electrical equipment belonging to the same family according to the attribute information and the identification information;
the control module is used for determining member information of each screened family and sending a corresponding control instruction to the electric equipment corresponding to the family according to the member information; and the control instruction is used for controlling the electric equipment to operate in a mode matched with the member information.
9. A cloud platform, comprising: the system comprises a communication module, a memory and at least one processor;
the communication module is used for data transmission with the electrical equipment;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executes the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory, so that the at least one processor performs the control method of the electric appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the control method of an electric device according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements a method of controlling an electrical appliance according to any one of claims 1-7.
