Description
Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to the technical field of pianos, in particular to an automatic disengaging distance adjusting device based on a piano muting system.
Background
With the popularization and development of pianos, the demand for not interfering others in the piano using process of a piano row or a family is increased, and the piano muting system gradually enters the market.
With the development of pianos, the demand for not disturbing others with sound during use of the pianos by a line or a home has increased, and piano muting systems have begun to be popularized.
Mechanical principle of piano action: when a key 1-1 is pressed downwards, a staple 1-2 starts to go upwards, the staple 1-2 pushes against a linkage 1-3 to run upwards by taking a linkage rotating shaft 1-4 as an axis, simultaneously a top rod 1-11 on the linkage 1-3 goes upwards synchronously, the top rod 1-11 pushes against a rotary hammer 1-14 to run upwards by taking a rotary hammer rotating shaft 1-13 as the axis, when a top rod 1-11 goes upwards to a top rod salient point 1-7 to touch the bottom surface of a disengaging distance adjusting button 1-8, the tip of a striking hammer 1-17 is 3-5mm away from a string, the key pressing process is not finished yet, the key is not pressed to the bottom, the linkage 1-3 continues to run upwards, at the moment, the top rod 1-11 is pushed by the top rod salient point 1-7, the top rod 1-11 is forced to disengage from the rotary hammer 1-14 by taking the top rod rotating shaft 1-5 as the axis, the butt converter 1-14 is continuously rotated and struck out by inertia force, the hammer 1-17 strikes the string 1-18, after striking is finished, the butt converter 1-14 is knocked back by the counter-vibration force of the string 1-18 and is caught by the support 1-12, so that the butt converter 1-14 is prevented from repeatedly bouncing and striking the string 1-18 after the key is pressed down or the resetting of the ejector rod 1-11 is interfered. When the key 1-1 is released and reset upwards, the linkage 1-3 falls down, the ejector rod reset spring 1-6 enables the top end of the ejector rod 1-11 to be reset to the bottom of the butt 1-14, and meanwhile the butt reset bridle belt 1-10 pulls the butt 1-14 to be timely reset to the initial position, which is shown in fig. 1 specifically.
The working principle of the mute system is as follows: after the mute system is started, the keys 1-1 are pressed down to hit the hammers 1-17, when the tips of the hitting hammers 1-17 advance to a position 5-9mm away from the strings 1-18, the mute shelves 1-16 prevent the hitting hammers 1-17 from continuing to advance, so that the strings 1-18 are not hit by the hitting hammers 1-17, the piano does not produce sound, meanwhile, a key motion capturing circuit of the mute system converts key behaviors into electronic organ sounds to be output to an earphone, and the use of the mute function is realized, and is particularly shown in fig. 2.
However, the operation of the mechanical structure of the piano itself is such that the take-off state is opened when the tip of the hammer 1-17 is struck to a distance of 3-5mm from the string 1-18. The take-off distance of 3-5mm is an important criterion for the piano to guarantee an optimum striking force and a maximum number of concussions, but this distance conflicts with the working principle of the muting system. The mute guard bar 1-16 prevents the hammer 1-17 from continuously striking when the distance between the hammer 1-17 and the string 1-18 is 5-9mm, the ejector rod 1-11 which is responsible for the pulling-in work is clamped by the bottom of the butt 1-14 and can not be pulled out, so that the piano striking structure can not complete the complete striking process, the key 1-1 can not be pressed to the bottom or can not be pressed with the blocking feeling, and the user can not experience the real striking process of the piano.
Therefore, in the mute system in the current market, in order to keep the real keystroke touch feeling in the mute state, the way of increasing the trip distance to 5-9mm is adopted. However, this will result in the normal playing of the piano in the non-mute state, and the force of the struck string of the hammer and the number of times of the lingering distance are sacrificed, which has a great negative effect on the professional-level performance of the piano.
The escape distance is adjusted on the piano by the up-and-down position of the escape distance adjusting knob 1-8, the position of the adjusting knob 1-8 is adjusted up, then when the tip of the striking hammer 1-17 strikes closer to the string 1-16, the ejector rod salient point 1-7 will hit the adjusting knob 1-8, the ejector rod 1-11 will start to escape from the butt 1-14 later, i.e. the so-called escape distance is smaller. Similarly, the lower the positions of the adjusting buttons 1-8 are, the larger the disengaging distance is.
