Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of logistics, and particularly relates to a method for judging driving of a driver, a computer-readable storage medium and a shooting device.
Background
At present, the driving prevention means for the driver is mainly to recognize the human face through a mobile phone, match the human face with a database and judge whether the driver is the driver. However, in practice, many persons who do not have driving qualification use the registered driver to identify the face and then drive themselves to avoid driver verification of the platform.
Another approach is to verify the driver's face by an in-vehicle driver monitoring device by photographing the driver's face while driving and transmitting the picture data to a server over a network, either by algorithm or manually.
Firstly, algorithm processing: the main stream mode is to extract the characteristics of the face image transmitted from the network by the face recognition algorithm of the server, and match the extracted face image with the characteristic library, so as to judge whether the person is the person. However, because of the huge number of registered drivers, a large face recognition algorithm model is required, and a large-scale face feature library is also required to be established. The computational power and number of servers is highly demanding. And the whole face recognition process is long due to the large model and slow calculation. These directly result in extremely high network transmission and server costs.
Secondly, manual examination: or can be visually identified by a professional by transferring the picture to a customer service platform. Due to the characteristics of people, the problems of misreading or fatigue and the like exist, and certain errors are caused. More importantly, the data volume of the platform per day is large, so that the auditing volume is extremely large. If both are manually handled, they are very costly.

when the driver needs to be judged whether to drive himself, the shooting equipment shoots a face image of the driver;
the shooting equipment performs feature extraction on the face image of the driver by using a face recognition model to obtain a feature vector of the face image of the driver;
the shooting equipment carries out similarity calculation on the feature vector of the face image of the driver and the feature vector of the face image of the registered driver to obtain a calculation result;
the shooting device judges whether a registered driver drives himself or herself according to the calculation result.
Further, the step of judging whether the registered driver drives himself or herself by the shooting device through the calculation result specifically includes:
if the calculation result shows that the feature vector of the face image of the driver is similar to the feature vector of the face image of the registered driver, the registered driver is proved to drive himself; if not, the driver is proved not to be registered to drive himself, and a warning is given and reported to the platform.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of the first aspect for determining that a driver is driving himself.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a photographing apparatus comprising: one or more processors, a memory, and one or more computer programs, the processors and the memory being connected by a bus, wherein the one or more computer programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the processor implementing the steps of the method of determining driver oneself driving of the first aspect when executing the computer program.
In the invention, a driver takes a picture during registration to extract the features of the face recognition model to obtain a feature vector, only the feature extraction is needed to be carried out on the picture taken in real time during the driving stage of the driver, the obtained feature vector is compared with the similarity of the feature vector stored during registration, the face recognition model only needs to distinguish and exclude a single driver, the model development or purchase cost is low, the operation speed is far faster than that of a large face recognition model of a server, and the off-line judgment can be carried out, so that the server cost and the labor cost are saved.
