According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the coordinate system adopted by the original construction project and the land use planning permission information of the original construction project are detected and processed, so that the coordinate system adopted by the original construction project is a unified preset coordinate system, and the land use planning permission information does not lack key attributes and can become the construction project to be classified; therefore, the data of the construction projects to be classified are complete and accurate, when the user inquires the required target construction service, the data of the target construction project (namely, the classified construction project) establishing the first association relation with the target construction service, namely, the data of the construction service associated with the target construction service can be accurately output to the user, and therefore the accuracy of the user for acquiring the required target construction service data is improved.
In another embodiment, if the target construction project is a building construction project, the method further includes: classifying the building construction projects to obtain classified building construction projects; the classified building type construction projects comprise at least one of historical building type construction projects and current building type construction projects; determining the project land area of the historical building construction project according to the land use planning permission information of the historical building construction project, and determining the project land area of the current building construction project according to the land use planning permission information of the current building construction project; and if the intersection area between the project land area of the historical building type construction project and the project land area of the current building type construction project meets the preset condition, establishing a second incidence relation between the historical building type construction project and the current building type construction project.
The land use planning permission information is information included in a construction land use planning license for the construction project.
The document number of the building construction project refers to an approved land use document number in the land use planning permission information of the building construction project, and the year and the sequence number of the original construction project are recorded.
In the same construction project, the smaller the sequence number, the earlier the release time of the land use planning license of the construction project is represented, and the larger the sequence number, the later the release time of the land use planning license of the construction project is represented.
The preset condition may be a determination condition preset by a user, and may refer to a determination condition related to the area of the intersection region.
And the second incidence relation is used for archiving the historical building construction projects.
In the concrete implementation, after the computer equipment judges the construction project to be classified as the construction project, building superposition analysis is carried out according to the spatial position information in the land planning permission information of the construction project, wherein the spatial position information comprises the land position and the land area of the construction project, whether repeated capping exists at the same land position is judged, when the computer equipment judges that no repeated capping exists at the same land position, a flag variable flag is set to be 5, and the construction project is judged as the current construction project; when the computer equipment judges that the same land position has the repeated capping, the computer equipment extracts the year information of the building construction project repeatedly capped at the same land position according to the document number in the land planning permission information of the building construction project, if the years are different, the year information is larger than the size of the year and is the largest, the computer equipment sets a flag variable flag to be 1, and the building construction project with the largest year is judged to be the current building construction project; the computer equipment sets a flag variable flag to be 2 when the year is minimum, and judges the building construction project with the minimum year as a historical building construction project; then, removing the construction type construction project with the largest year and the construction type construction project with the smallest year, setting a flag variable flag to be 6 for the rest construction projects, and judging the construction projects as historical construction projects; if the years are the same, the computer equipment extracts sequence number information of the building construction projects of the same year which are repeatedly covered at the same land position according to the document numbers in the land planning permission information of the building construction projects, judges the sequence numbers of the building construction projects of the same year, sets a flag variable flag to be 4, and judges the building construction projects with the larger sequence numbers in the building construction projects of the same year as current building construction projects; and (3) setting a flag variable flag to be 4 by the computer equipment when the sequence number is small, judging the building construction projects with small sequence numbers in the building construction projects of the same year as historical building construction projects, and thus classifying the building construction projects into the historical building construction projects and the current building construction projects by the computer equipment.
Then, assuming that a historical building type construction project A and a current building type construction project B exist, the computer equipment determines the position and the area of the project land area of the historical building type construction project A according to the land position and the land area in the land planning permission information of the historical building type construction project A; determining the position and the area of the project land area of the current building type construction project B according to the land position and the land area in the land planning permission information of the current building type construction project B; determining the position and the area of the intersection region of the project land area of the historical building type construction project A and the project land area of the current building type construction project B according to the position and the area of the project land area of the historical building type construction project A and the position and the area of the project land area of the current building type construction project B, calculating the ratio of the area of the intersection region to the area corresponding to the union of the project land area of the historical building type construction project A and the project land area of the current building type construction project B, namely calculating the intersection area ratio, and when the intersection area ratio is more than 80%, proving that the historical building type construction project A and the current building type construction project B belong to two building type construction projects which are repeatedly pressed at the same place position at different periods, wherein the periods are different in the text numbers in the land planning permission information of the historical building type construction project A and the current building type construction project B, the computer equipment establishes a second incidence relation between the historical building type construction project A and the current building type construction project B, so that the historical building type construction project and the current building type construction project can be filed in a one-to-one correspondence mode according to the land use information of the historical building type construction project and the current building type construction project.
The technical solution of this embodiment classifies the building construction projects into historical building construction projects and current building construction projects according to document numbers of the building construction projects, and determines whether to establish a second association relationship between the historical building construction projects and the current building construction projects by determining whether an intersection area between a project land area of the historical building construction projects and a project land area of the current building construction projects satisfies a preset condition, so that the historical building construction projects and the current building construction projects which belong to the same usage location and are repeatedly capped at different times can be associated with each other, so that when a user queries a required target construction service, if the target construction service establishes a first association relationship with the current building construction projects, not only data of other construction services establishing the first association relationship with the current building construction projects can be output to the user, and data of a historical building construction project establishing a second incidence relation with the current building construction project can be output, so that target construction service data acquired by a user are richer.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a map resource processing method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the map proxy server 110 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s310, obtaining land planning permission information of the construction project to be classified.
S320, determining the land unit and the land property of the construction project to be classified according to the land planning permission information of the construction project to be classified.
S330, classifying the construction projects to be classified according to the land occupation units and the land occupation properties to obtain classified construction projects; the classified construction projects comprise at least one of municipal construction projects and building construction projects.
And S340, taking the classified construction projects as the target construction projects.
And S350, acquiring the service to be associated and constructed.
S360, determining the service land area of the construction service to be associated according to the service space position information of the construction service to be associated, and determining the project land area of the target construction project according to the land planning permission information of the target construction project.
S370, if the intersection area between the service land area and the project land area meets a preset condition, establishing a first association relationship between the target construction project and the construction service to be associated; the first incidence relation is used for archiving the construction business to be associated.
It should be noted that, for the specific limitations of the above steps, reference may be made to the above specific limitations of a domain resource processing method, which is not described herein again.
It should be understood that although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 and 3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2 and 3 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
To facilitate understanding of those skilled in the art, fig. 4a is a logic flow diagram of a construction business archiving method in an embodiment, and first obtains spatial data of an original construction project. Then, detecting whether a coordinate system adopted by the original construction project is a preset specific coordinate system; and if the coordinate system adopted by the original construction project is not the preset specific coordinate system, converting the coordinate system adopted by the original construction project into the preset specific coordinate system. Then, detecting whether the land use planning permission information of the original construction project adopting a preset specific coordinate system lacks a key attribute, if the land use planning permission information of the original construction project lacks the key attribute, searching the key attribute in a file database, if the key attribute corresponding to the original construction project is not found in the file database, setting a flag variable flag as 301, judging the data of the original construction project as unavailable data, and not performing the next processing; when the key attribute corresponding to the original construction project can be found, supplementing the key attribute into the land use planning permission information of the original construction project, setting a flag variable flag to be 302, and judging the data of the original construction project to be usable data; therefore, the adopted coordinate system is a preset coordinate system, the original construction project with complete key attributes in the land planning permission information becomes a construction project to be classified, and data analysis is finished.
FIG. 4b is a logic flow diagram of another construction business archiving method in one embodiment; the computer equipment identifies the land property of the land planning permission information of the construction project to be classified, and when the computer equipment identifies that the land property of the construction project to be classified is reserve land, a flag variable flag is set to be 100, the data of the construction project to be classified is judged to be unavailable data, and the construction project to be classified is not processed any more; when the computer equipment identifies that the land property of the construction project to be classified is a non-reserve land, identifying the land unit of the construction project to be classified, and when the computer equipment identifies that the land unit of the construction project to be classified belongs to a municipal unit, setting a flag variable flag as 200, and judging the construction project to be classified as a municipal construction project; when the computer equipment identifies that the land unit of the construction project to be classified does not belong to the municipal unit, identifying the land property of the project to be classified, and when the computer equipment identifies that the land property of the construction project to be classified is the municipal land, setting a flag variable flag as 200, and judging the construction project to be classified as the municipal construction project; and when the computer equipment identifies that the land property of the construction project to be classified is non-municipal land, setting a flag variable flag to be 0, judging the construction project to be classified as a building construction project, and taking the municipal construction project and the building construction project as target construction projects. Then, after the computer equipment judges the construction project to be classified as a building construction project, building superposition analysis is carried out according to the spatial position information in the land use planning permission information of the building construction project, whether repeated capping exists at the same land position is judged, when the computer equipment judges that no repeated capping exists at the same land position, a flag variable flag is set to be 5, and the building construction project is judged as a current building construction project; when the computer equipment judges that the same land position has the repeated capping, the computer equipment extracts the year information of the building construction project repeatedly capped at the same land position according to the document number in the land planning permission information of the building construction project, if the years are different, the year information is larger than the size of the year and is the largest, the computer equipment sets a flag variable flag to be 1, and the building construction project with the largest year is judged to be the current building construction project; the computer equipment sets a flag variable flag to be 2 when the year is minimum, and judges the building construction project with the minimum year as a historical building construction project; then, removing the construction type construction project with the largest year and the construction type construction project with the smallest year, setting a flag variable flag to be 6 for the rest construction projects, and judging the construction projects as historical construction projects; if the years are the same, the computer equipment extracts sequence number information of the building construction projects of the same year which are repeatedly covered at the same land position according to the document numbers in the land planning permission information of the building construction projects, judges the sequence numbers of the building construction projects of the same year, sets a flag variable flag to be 4, and judges the building construction projects with the larger sequence numbers in the building construction projects of the same year as current building construction projects; and (3) setting a flag variable flag to be 4 by the computer equipment, judging the building construction projects with small sequence numbers in the building construction projects of the same year as historical building construction projects, and classifying the building construction projects into the historical building construction projects and the current building construction projects by the computer equipment, so that the construction projects to be classified are classified into municipal construction projects, historical building construction projects and current building construction projects, and data preprocessing is completed.
FIG. 4c is a logic flow diagram of a method for archiving construction services in accordance with another embodiment; the computer equipment calculates the intersection area ratio of the service land area of the construction service to be associated and the project land area of the municipal construction project, and if the intersection ratio is greater than a preset ratio threshold value of 80%, a first association relation between the municipal construction project and the construction service to be associated is established; calculating the intersection area ratio of the service land area of the construction service to be associated and the project land area of the current building construction project, and if the intersection ratio is greater than a preset ratio threshold value of 80%, establishing a first association relationship between the current building construction project and the construction service to be associated; and calculating the intersection area ratio of the project land area of the historical building type construction project to the project land area of the current building type construction project, if the intersection area ratio is greater than a preset ratio threshold value 80%, establishing a second incidence relation between the historical building type construction project and the current building type construction project, supplementing the second incidence relation to land information in the building type construction project, and completing data concatenation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a construction business filing apparatus comprising: an obtaining module 510, a first determining module 520, a first archiving module 530, wherein:
an obtaining module 510, configured to obtain a to-be-associated construction service.
The first determining module 520 is configured to determine a service land area of the to-be-associated construction service according to the service space location information of the to-be-associated construction service, and determine a project land area of the target construction project according to the land planning permission information of the target construction project.
A first filing module 530, configured to establish a first association relationship between the target construction project and the to-be-associated construction business when an intersection area between the business land area and the project land area satisfies a preset condition.
In one embodiment, the first determining module 520 is specifically configured to obtain project space position information carried in the right-of-way planning permission information; and determining the project land area according to the project space position information.
In one embodiment, the first archiving module 530 is specifically configured to determine an intersection area ratio between the area for business use and the area for project use according to the intersection area; the intersection area ratio is the ratio between the area of the intersection area and the area of the phase-parallel area; the phase-parallel area is an area corresponding to a union set between the service land area and the project land area; if the intersection area ratio is larger than a preset ratio threshold, judging that the intersection area between the service land area and the project land area meets a preset condition, and establishing a first association relation between the target construction project and the construction service to be associated.
In one embodiment, the construction service archiving apparatus further includes: the construction project to be classified acquisition module is used for acquiring the construction project to be classified; the first classification module is used for classifying the construction projects to be classified to obtain the classified construction projects; the classified construction projects comprise at least one of municipal construction projects and building construction projects.
In one embodiment, the first classification module is specifically configured to obtain land planning permission information of the construction project to be classified; determining the land unit and the land property of the construction project to be classified according to the land planning permission information of the construction project to be classified; and classifying the construction projects to be classified according to the land occupation units and the land occupation properties to obtain the classified construction projects.
In one embodiment, the construction service archiving apparatus further includes: the original construction project acquisition module is used for acquiring an original construction project; the coordinate system detection module is used for detecting whether a coordinate system adopted by the original construction project is a preset coordinate system; the conversion module is used for converting the coordinate system adopted by the original construction project into the preset coordinate system if the coordinate system adopted by the original construction project is not the preset coordinate system; the key attribute detection module is used for detecting whether the land planning permission information of the original construction project lacks key attributes; and the supplement module is used for supplementing the key attribute to the land use planning permission information of the original construction project if the land use planning permission information of the original construction project lacks the key attribute.
In one embodiment, if the target construction project is the building construction project, the construction service filing apparatus further includes: the second classification module is used for classifying the building construction projects to obtain the classified building construction projects; the classified building type construction projects comprise at least one of historical building type construction projects and current building type construction projects; the second determination module is used for determining the project land area of the historical building construction project according to the land planning permission information of the historical building construction project and determining the project land area of the current building construction project according to the land planning permission information of the current building construction project; the second filing module is used for establishing a second incidence relation between the historical building type construction project and the current building type construction project if an intersection area between the project land area of the historical building type construction project and the project land area of the current building type construction project meets a preset condition; and the second incidence relation is used for archiving the historical building type construction project.
For a specific definition of the construction service archiving device, reference may be made to the above definition of the construction service archiving, and details thereof are not repeated herein. The modules in the construction service filing device can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing construction business filing data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a construction business archiving method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of a construction business archiving method as described above. Here, the step of a construction business filing method may be a step in a construction business filing method of the above embodiments.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the above-mentioned construction business archiving method. Here, the step of a construction business filing method may be a step in a construction business filing method of the above embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A construction business archiving method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring a service to be associated and constructed;
determining a service land area of the construction service to be associated according to the service space position information of the construction service to be associated, and determining a project land area of a target construction project according to land planning permission information of the target construction project;
if the intersection area between the service land area and the project land area meets a preset condition, establishing a first association relationship between the target construction project and the construction service to be associated; the first incidence relation is used for archiving the construction business to be associated.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the project site area of the target construction project based on the project site planning permission information of the target construction project comprises:
acquiring project space position information carried in the land use planning permission information;
and determining the project land area according to the project space position information.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein if the intersection area between the service land area and the project land area satisfies a preset condition, establishing a first association relationship between the target construction project and the construction service to be associated includes:
determining the ratio of the intersection area between the service land area and the project land area according to the intersection area; the intersection area ratio is the ratio between the area of the intersection area and the area of the phase-parallel area; the phase-parallel area is an area corresponding to a union set between the service land area and the project land area;
if the intersection area ratio is larger than a preset ratio threshold, judging that the intersection area between the service land area and the project land area meets a preset condition, and establishing a first association relation between the target construction project and the construction service to be associated.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a construction project to be classified;
classifying the construction projects to be classified to obtain classified construction projects; the classified construction projects comprise at least one of municipal construction projects and building construction projects;
and taking the classified construction projects as the target construction projects.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the classifying the construction project to be classified to obtain the classified construction project comprises:
acquiring land planning permission information of the construction project to be classified;
determining the land unit and the land property of the construction project to be classified according to the land planning permission information of the construction project to be classified;
and classifying the construction projects to be classified according to the land occupation units and the land occupation properties to obtain the classified construction projects.
6. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that before the step of obtaining the construction project to be classified, the method further comprises:
acquiring an original construction project;
detecting whether a coordinate system adopted by the original construction project is a preset coordinate system;
if the coordinate system adopted by the original construction project is not the preset coordinate system, converting the coordinate system adopted by the original construction project into the preset coordinate system;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
acquiring an original construction project;
detecting whether the land planning permission information of the original construction project lacks key attributes;
and if the land use planning permission information of the original construction project lacks the key attribute, supplementing the key attribute to the land use planning permission information of the original construction project.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein if the target construction project is the construction-type construction project, the method further comprises:
classifying the building construction projects to obtain classified building construction projects; the classified building type construction projects comprise at least one of historical building type construction projects and current building type construction projects;
determining the project land area of the historical building construction project according to the land planning permission information of the historical building construction project, and determining the project land area of the current building construction project according to the land planning permission information of the current building construction project;
if the intersection area between the project land area of the historical building type construction project and the project land area of the current building type construction project meets a preset condition, establishing a second incidence relation between the historical building type construction project and the current building type construction project; and the second incidence relation is used for archiving the historical building type construction project.
8. A construction business filing apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the to-be-associated construction service;
the first determining module is used for determining the service land area of the construction service to be associated according to the service space position information of the construction service to be associated, and determining the project land area of the target construction project according to the land planning permission information of the target construction project;
the first filing module is used for establishing a first association relation between the target construction project and the construction service to be associated when an intersection area between the service land area and the project land area meets a preset condition; the first incidence relation is used for archiving the construction business to be associated.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
