FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application;
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
Detailed Description
In order to make the present application better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Currently, in the task completion process, the stage in which the task is located is subjectively judged by the user, and therefore, the accuracy of the judgment result depends on the experience of the user. In some embodiments, it may not be clear to the user which stage is currently in, and accordingly, the action taken by the user may not be very appropriate, thereby adversely affecting the successful completion of the task. For example, for sales type tasks, the current sales task has reached the stage to sign up, and sales personnel simply introduce the transaction process and sign up to the user to complete the transaction. However, the salesperson does not capture the signing intention of the customer, but continues to introduce product information to the customer, thereby bringing bad experience to the customer and preventing smooth proceeding of the transaction.
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a data processing method, which is used for facilitating the smooth completion of tasks to be completed.
Various non-limiting embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures.
Exemplary method
Referring to fig. 1, the flow chart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed by the client or the server, and the embodiment of the application is not particularly limited. In the following description, the method is described as an example performed by the client.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application can comprise the following steps: S101-S103.
S101: and responding to a task newly-built operation triggered by a user, and acquiring first information input by the user, wherein the first information is information related to a task to be completed.
The embodiment of the application is not particularly limited to the type of the task to be completed, and the task to be completed can be a sales type task or other types of tasks, such as a bidding type task. In the following description, the task to be completed is described as a sales type task, unless otherwise specified.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can trigger the task new operation on the first page displayed on the client. In one example, the first page may include a task new control, and the user may trigger a task new operation using the task new control. For example, the user may click on the task creation control to trigger a task creation operation.
After the user triggers the task newly-built operation, the client may display a second page, and the user may input information related to the task to be completed, that is, input the first information, on the second page. In the embodiment of the present application, if the task to be completed is a sales type task, the first information may include information of a sales object. The objects to be sold mentioned herein may be individuals or enterprises, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited in particular. When the sold object is an individual, the information of the sold object does not relate to the sensitive information of the individual, and the information of the sold object is acquired and used after being granted. In some embodiments, the information of the sold object may be input by a previously sold object. In one example, prior to acquiring the input information of the sold object, the corresponding interface displays prompt information related to authorization of the acquired data for use, and the sold object determines whether to approve the authorization. . When the sold object is an enterprise, the information of the sold object may include one or more of an industry to which the sold object belongs, a scale of the sold object, an industry advantage of the sold object, a number of staff of the sold object, a contact of the sold object, and the like.
It should be noted that, in order to accurately determine the stage of the task to be completed, the more abundant the content of the first information is, the better. Thus, in one example, the second page may include a prompt for prompting the user for the type of information that needs to be entered. For example, the user is prompted to enter information about the object being sold. As another example, the user is prompted to enter one or more of an industry to which the sold object belongs, a size of the sold object, an industry advantage of the sold object, a number of employees of the sold object, contacts of the sold object, and the like. For this case, the first information may be, for example, information input by the user according to the prompt information.
S102: and displaying at least one task propeller, wherein the at least one task propeller is obtained based on information of historical tasks, and the historical tasks and the tasks to be completed are the same type of tasks.
In the embodiment of the application, after the user triggers the task newly-built operation, the client may further display a third page, where the third page includes at least one task propeller, where the task propeller may include each stage that the task executes and may provide corresponding recommended actions in each stage, so as to promote smooth task progress.
Regarding the at least one task propeller, it should be noted that:
In one example, the user may trigger a task propeller generation operation, after which the client may generate the at least one task propeller. In one example, the user may trigger the task propeller generation operation through a task propeller generation control, e.g., the user may trigger the task propeller generation operation by clicking on a task propeller generation control. The at least one task propeller can be trained according to information of historical tasks, wherein the information of the historical tasks comprises information in the process of completing the historical tasks, and the historical tasks and the tasks to be completed are the same type of tasks. Specifically, the client may collect information of historical tasks (e.g., collect information of tasks historically entered by the user) and then train the at least one task mover based on the information of the historical tasks.
The information in the history task completion process may include: the measures taken by the user, feedback obtained under the measures, and task information of the historical task, and the task information of the historical task may be information of an object related to the historical task. Taking a sales type task as an example, the sales type task related object may include a sold object, and information about the sold object may be referred to the related description section above, which is not described in detail herein.
In addition, regarding the sales type task, considering the industry to which the sold business belongs, the scale of the sold business, the industrial advantage of the sold business, and the number of staff of the sold business, all affect the stage that the sales type task is subjected to. Thus, in order to make the task propeller obtained by training more accurate, the information of the historical task may further include one or more of an industry to which the sold enterprise belongs, a scale of the sold enterprise, an industry advantage of the sold enterprise, and a staff number of the sold enterprise. For a sales type task, if the object to be sold is an enterprise, the object to be sold may also be referred to as a sold enterprise.
In yet another example, the at least one task propeller may be trained based on information of historical tasks in advance, and in this case, the client may display the at least one task propeller trained in advance to the user without triggering a task propeller generation operation. For information on the history task, reference may be made to the above description section, and the description is not repeated here.
In another example, given that there may be imperfections in the trained task propeller, after training at least one initial task propeller based on information from historical tasks, the at least one task propeller may be manually modified to obtain the at least one task propeller. In other words, the at least one task propeller is obtained after correction of the at least one task propeller obtained by training in advance. Taking a task propeller A in the at least one task propeller as an example, training according to information of historical tasks to obtain a task propeller A1, and manually correcting a recommended behavior of a certain stage given by the task propeller A1 to obtain the task propeller A. For information on the history task, reference may be made to the above description section, and the description is not repeated here.
With respect to the at least one task recommender, it should also be noted that, for a task of a sales type, the at least one task propeller may include task propellers corresponding to different sales industries, for example, task propellers including real estate sales industry, task propellers of communication equipment sales industry, task propellers of electronic product (e.g., mobile phone, personal computer) sales industry, task propellers of clothing sales industry, and task propellers of advertisement sales industry, etc., which are not listed herein. For a sales industry, one or more task thrusters may be corresponding to one or more task thrusters, and embodiments of the present application are not specifically limited.
In one example, in order to facilitate the user to select a task propeller that meets the user' S own needs from the at least one task propeller, S102 may be, for example, displaying description information of the at least one task propeller when implemented in detail. For example, for a sales-type task, the sales industry corresponding to the at least one task propeller may be displayed. Of course, the client may also display an identifier (such as an icon) of the at least one task propeller, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
S103: in response to a user-triggered selection operation for a target task propeller of the at least one task propeller, displaying a first phase of output and a first recommended behavior of the target task propeller, wherein: the target task propeller is used for determining the stage of the task to be completed according to the information input by the user and providing corresponding recommended behaviors.
In the embodiment of the application, a user can select a task propeller conforming to the task to be completed from the at least one task propeller. In one example, if the user triggers a selection operation for a target task mover, the client may use the target mover to assist the user in moving the task to be completed. The user triggers a selection operation for the target task propeller, for example, the user clicks an icon of the target task propeller.
After the user selects the target task propeller, the client may input the first information into the target task propeller, and the target task propeller may output a first stage and a first recommended behavior based on the first information. The first phase is the phase where the task to be completed is currently located, and the first recommended behavior is the recommended behavior corresponding to the first phase. Illustrating: the first information indicates that the object to be sold is an enterprise, and the first stage is to solve the client, and the first recommended action may be, for example: the basic information is first known by the authorities of the objects to be sold, and then the more detailed customer information is further known to the customer contacts.
In one example, to facilitate a customer's understanding of the stages that need to be experienced to complete a task to be completed, the client may also display the multiple stages that the target task mover includes. For example, if the target task facilitator corresponds to the advertising sales industry, the client may display five phases, "know customer," determine business goal, "" know sales product, "" determine purchase intent, "and" sign up.
In yet another example, to facilitate a user's understanding of the time required to complete a task to be completed, the client may also display a maximum duration corresponding to each of the plurality of phases. It will be appreciated that the maximum duration can also assist the user in determining the likelihood that the task to be completed will be completed successfully. When the actual time consumption of a certain stage is longer than the longest duration of the stage, the possibility of successful completion of the task to be completed is also indicated to a certain extent. For example, for this phase of "learning about customers", the reason that the actual time consumption of this phase exceeds its corresponding maximum duration may be: sales personnel present questions to customers who do not answer at a later time. This also reflects the customer's uncoordinated attitude, so that it is less likely that the sales transaction will be determined to be successfully completed.
In another example, to facilitate the user in determining the likelihood that the task to be completed is successfully completed, the client may further display a success rate corresponding to the first stage, where the success rate corresponding to the first stage is used to indicate a probability that the task to be completed can be successfully completed when the task to be completed advances to the first stage. It will be appreciated that as the task to be completed advances, the higher the probability that the task to be completed can be successfully completed. In other words, the more the first stage is located in the multiple stages corresponding to the target task propeller, the higher the success rate corresponding to the first stage is.
The multiple stages included in the target task propeller, the longest duration corresponding to each stage, and the success rate corresponding to each stage may be regarded as attributes of the target task propeller, and the attributes may be determined after the target task propeller is trained. It will be appreciated that this attribute is also derived based on information of historical tasks of the training target task propeller.
As can be seen from the above description, the target propeller determines the stage of the task to be completed and gives out the corresponding recommended action, and the target propeller is obtained based on the information of the historical task with the same type as the task to be completed, so that the stage of the task to be completed determined by the target propeller is more accurate, and the recommended action given by the target propeller is also beneficial to smooth completion of the task to be completed. Therefore, by utilizing the scheme, the task to be completed can be successfully completed.
In one example, in order to enable the task to be completed to advance smoothly, the user may further input second information during the task to be completed, where the second information refers to related information generated during the task to be completed. The second information may include the behavior of the object being sold and the actions taken by the sales person. Illustrating: the action taken by the sales person may be, for example, that a first recommendation is performed (e.g. that basic information is first known by the authorities of the objects to be sold, and then more detailed customer information is further known to the customer contacts). The behavior of the sold object may be, for example: actively cooperate and actively mention sales goals of the sold business.
After the user inputs the second information, the client may input the second information into a target task propeller, and then the target task propeller may output a second stage and a second recommended behavior. It may be understood that the second stage refers to a stage where the task to be completed is determined according to the second information, and the second recommended behavior is a recommended behavior corresponding to the second stage. Illustrating: the object to be sold is an enterprise, the second stage is to determine an operation target, and the second recommended action may be, for example: querying customers for recent business objectives and long-term business objectives.
It will be appreciated that over time, historical tasks are also increasing, and in one example, task thrusters may also be updated, for example, at periodic intervals, in order to enable task thrusters provided to users to efficiently propel tasks. It will be appreciated that, when updating the task propeller, the information about the task to be completed (e.g., the first information and the second information described above) may also be used as training data for training the task propeller.
