Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness. The terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and in the claims of the present disclosure are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides a display method, the method including:
step S101: and acquiring the target character input in the input method interface.
The text is required to be input in the text editing interface, the target characters are input in the input method interface at first to serve as a basis for displaying words in the input method interface, and a user can select the words displayed in the input method interface, so that the purpose of inputting the selected words in the text editing interface is achieved. In addition, it should be noted that the target character may be a character such as pinyin or a stroke.
Step S102: n words matching the target character are retrieved.
N is a positive integer. The input method is provided with a word search engine, after the input target characters are obtained, N words matched with the target characters can be searched through the word search engine in the input method, the N words can be understood as N candidate words of the target characters, and the matching degree of the N words with the target characters can be larger than the preset matching degree. It should be noted that the N words are sequential, and the higher the matching degree is, the more forward the sequence is.
Step S103: in the case where M first words of a first name type are included in the N words, M second words of a second name type are determined from a pre-established medical word knowledge-graph.
The medical term knowledge graph further comprises M first terms, M second terms correspond to the M first terms, and M is a positive integer.
It can be understood that the medical term knowledge graph comprises M first terms and M second terms, and the M second terms correspond to the M first terms one by one. As one example, the first name type may be an alias type and the second name type may be a standard name type (also referred to as a proper name type).
In this embodiment, it is first determined whether M first terms of a first name type are included in the N terms, and if so, M second terms corresponding to the M first terms are obtained from the medical term knowledge graph. Because the medical term knowledge graph is related to the medical terms, the determined second terms are terms related to the medical terms and are of the second name type, the specialization and the standard of the second terms can be improved, and the accuracy of the second terms is improved.
Step S104: and inserting the M second words into the N words to obtain a plurality of target words.
The number of the obtained plurality of target words is M + N, and as an example, since the N words are ordered, the M second words are inserted into the N words, and the obtained plurality of target words are ordered, wherein the relative ordinal relation of the M first words in the plurality of target words is unchanged, for example, the N words include ordered word a (the highest in the order), word B, and word C (the last in the order), the M first words include word a and word C, word a is before word C, after the M second words are inserted into the N words, the relative ordinal relation of word a and word C in the plurality of target words is unchanged, and word a is still before word C. In one example, each second word in the plurality of target words may be adjacent to the corresponding first word, e.g., M second words include word a1 (corresponding to word a) and word C1 (corresponding to word C), word a1 is inserted before word a in the N words, word C1 is inserted before word C, and the resulting plurality of target words includes ordered word a1 (first in the order), word a, word B, word C1, and word C (last in the order).
Step S105: and displaying at least part of the target words in the input method interface.
Because the length of the input method interface is limited, the number of words displayed at one time is limited, if the number of the target words is larger than the maximum number of words which can be accommodated in the input method interface, part of the target words are displayed in the input method interface, and if the number of the target words is smaller than or equal to the maximum number of words which can be accommodated in the input method interface, all the target words are displayed in the input method interface. It should be noted that, the at least some words may be P target words that are earlier in order in the plurality of target words, that is, the order of the P target words is before the order of the remaining target words, the remaining target words are words other than the P target words in the plurality of target words, and P is a positive integer.
In the display method of this embodiment, after N words matched with the input target characters are retrieved, in a case where the N words include M first words of a first name type, M second words of a second name type are determined from a pre-established medical word knowledge graph, and the M second words are inserted into the N words to obtain a plurality of target words, and at least part of the plurality of target words is displayed in the input method interface. The method comprises the steps of searching for N matched words, searching for second words of a second name type corresponding to first words of a first name type in a medical word knowledge graph to obtain M second words, inserting the M second words into the N words to obtain a plurality of target words, obtaining target search result words of target characters, and displaying at least part of the words in an input method interface, so that the words displayed on the input method interface in the medical field are more professional, and the accuracy of the displayed words is improved.
In one embodiment, the medical term knowledge graph includes a term set of a first name type, a term set of a second name type, and a term correspondence relationship in which any term in the term set of the first name type corresponds to a term in the term set of the second name type, and any term in the term set of the second name type corresponds to at least one term in the term set of the first name type;
wherein, in the case that the N words include M first words of a first name type, determining M second words of a second name type from a pre-established medical word knowledge-graph includes:
in a case where it is determined that M first words are included in the N words based on the word set of the first name type, M second words are determined from the medical word knowledge-graph.
It will be appreciated that each term in the medical term knowledge graph has a corresponding name type label, e.g., each term in the set of terms of the first name type corresponds to a name type label and is both a label of the first name type, and each term in the set of terms of the second name type corresponds to a name type label and is both a label of the second name type. And if any one of the N words is in the word set with the first name type, determining that the word is the word with the first name type, wherein the word can be used as a first word, M words in the N words are in the word set with the first name type, and the M words are the M first words, so that whether the M first words are included in the N words can be determined according to the medical word knowledge graph, namely whether the words belonging to the first name type are included in the N words is determined. Since in the medical term knowledge graph any term in the term set of the first name type corresponds to a term in the term set of the second name type, and M first terms belong to the term set of the first name type, each first term has a corresponding second term belonging to the second name type in the medical term knowledge graph, M second terms of the second name type can be determined from the medical term knowledge graph in case that it is determined that M first terms are included in N terms based on the term set of the first name type.
In this embodiment, since the medical term knowledge graph includes the term set of the first name type, the term set of the second name type, and the term correspondence relationship, and in the term correspondence relationship, any term in the term set of the first name type corresponds to a term in the term set of the second name type, and any term in the term set of the second name type corresponds to at least one term in the term set of the first name type, it may be determined whether a term of the first name type is included in the N terms according to the term set of the first name type, and if it is determined that M first terms of the first name type are included in the N terms according to the term set of the first name type, the M second terms may be determined from the medical term knowledge graph, which may improve the accuracy of determining the second terms, and further, the accuracy of the target words displayed in the input method interface is improved.
In one embodiment, the medical term knowledge-map is pre-established by:
acquiring medical field standard data, wherein a medical name set in the medical field standard data;
determining a word set of the second name type corresponding to a word set of a first name type from the medical name set, wherein the medical name set comprises the word set of the first name type and the word set of the second name type;
establishing a medical term knowledge graph based on the set of terms of the first name type and the set of terms of the second name type.
For example, the medical domain standard data may include, but is not limited to, published "common clinical medicine noun" required to be performed, international classification of disease (ICD-10), international classification of disease surgery and procedure (ICD-9-CM-3), and published drug names, product names, and commodity names, etc. The standard data of the medical industry required to be executed are fused and classified according to the category of terms, such as diseases, symptoms, medicines, operation, auxiliary examination and the like, a set of medical names in the above-mentioned medical domain standard data, in which medical names of a first name type may be included, i.e., words of a first name type, e.g., the first name type is an alias type, a standard name for the words of the first name type (i.e., words of a second name type, which may be words of a proper name type) may be determined, that is, a word set of a first name type can be determined from the medical name set, and then a word set of a second name type corresponding to the word set can be determined from the medical name set, thereby establishing the corresponding relation between the word set with the first name type and the word set corresponding to the second name type and establishing the medical word knowledge map. It should be noted that the medical term knowledge graph may further include a first term set belonging to a second name type, and a term of the first name type corresponding to a term in the first term set is not included in the medical name set, that is, a term of the first name type does not correspond to the term in the medical name set.
In this embodiment, the medical field standard data may be collected, the term set of the second name type corresponding to the term set of the first name type of the medical field standard data in the medical field standard data may be determined, the term correspondence between the term set of the first name type and the term set of the second name type may be obtained, and then the medical term knowledge graph may be established according to the term set of the first name type and the term set of the second name type, so that the accuracy of establishing the knowledge graph may be improved.
In one embodiment, after acquiring the medical domain standard data, the method further comprises:
constructing a medical word library based on the medical name set;
wherein, retrieving N words matched with the target character includes:
and searching N words matched with the target characters in a comprehensive word library, wherein the comprehensive word library comprises a medical word library and a general word library.
It is understood that the medical term library may include a set of medical names. In this embodiment, in the process of performing word search based on the target character, the comprehensive word library including the medical word library and the general word library is adopted, which not only can improve the relevance between the searched words and the medical field, but also can determine the search universality, thus improving the accuracy of the N searched words.
In one embodiment, the order of any second word is adjacent to and before the order of its corresponding first word in the plurality of target words.
In this way, the order of the second word is adjacent to and before the order of its corresponding first word during the display process, so that the user can conveniently view and select the previous second word related to the medical field.
In one embodiment, in the input method interface, a corresponding ordinal number is also displayed before each word in at least part of the words, and in the case that at least one second word is included in at least part of the words, a first word corresponding to a target second word is also displayed in association with the ordinal number of the target second word with the target second word, and after the first word corresponding to the target second word is displayed in the target second word, the display attribute of the first word corresponding to the target second word is different from that of the target second word; wherein the target second word is any one of the at least one second word.
It should be noted that the display attributes are different, and may include, but are not limited to, different font colors, different transparency, and the like. Under the condition that the at least part of words comprises at least one second word, if the first word corresponding to the target second word is in the at least part of words, the input method interface also displays the first word corresponding to the target second word, and the displayed sequence number is the sequence number of the first word, in addition, the first word corresponding to the target second word and the sequence number of the target second word related to the target second word are displayed, so that the understanding that the first word corresponding to the target second word is displayed twice in the input method interface, displayed by the sequence number of the first word and displayed by the sequence number of the target second word after the target second word can be understood.
In this embodiment, in the input method interface, a corresponding ordinal number is further displayed before each of the at least some words, so that a user can select an input word through the ordinal number, and a display attribute of a first word corresponding to a target second word is different from a display attribute of the target second word, so as to remind the user.
In one embodiment, after displaying at least some of the target words in the input method interface, the method further includes:
and under the condition that a first input of a target sequence number in the sequence numbers of the at least one second word is received, responding to the first input, and only displaying the second word corresponding to the target sequence number on a text editing interface.
It can be understood that, when any of the sequence numbers of at least some of the words is selected and input, the word corresponding to the sequence number can be displayed on the text editing interface. In the process of displaying the second words in at least part of the words, the corresponding first words are displayed behind the second words, and the first words and the second words are related under the sequence numbers of the second words, so that under the condition of performing first input on the target sequence numbers in the sequence numbers of the at least one second words, only the second words corresponding to the target sequence numbers are displayed on the text editing interface, and the displayed corresponding first words serve as prompts in the input method interface, so that the input of a user is facilitated, and the accuracy of the words input by the user on the text editing interface is improved.
The process of the above method is described in detail below with an embodiment.
The medical terminology is voluminous, the medical system diversity and the user habits that are commonly applied in medical scenarios by conventional input methods systems today. The most important problem is to ensure standard professionalism and acceptance, otherwise, the problem of unified standard acceptance of medical terms cannot be solved fundamentally, and the unified application layer value of noun terms of medical big data is difficult to form, so that the medical industry standards required by related departments are selected to construct a medical term knowledge map so as to achieve the correct corresponding relation between the positive names and the aliases (Chinese, once, English, abbreviation, medicine commodity names and the like). And secondly, the method is combined with a universal Chinese input software system in an operating system to enhance the product universality, medical systems applied in a medical scene are complex and changeable, if the method is only combined with a certain medical system, noun and term unification can not be carried out on medical text data produced by multiple medical systems, so that a conventional input method system is selected for fusion, and the input method system can be applied to any medical information system in the operating system for medical text standardized input. When the method is combined with an input method system, the input mode, the candidate word sorting mode and the standard term display mode of the method are in accordance with the existing use habit of a user to the conventional input method system to a great extent, so that the usability of the product is improved.
First, the standard problem:
the principle of the medical term standard input method system in this embodiment is shown in fig. 2, a medical term knowledge map is established by using medical field standard data, and is applied to a medical term standardization engine, and in addition, a medical word stock established according to the medical field standard data is added to an input method word stock, so that the input method general engine can call the medical word stock to increase recall of medical words. The user inputs pinyin characters and then uses an input method general engine to retrieve N matched words, if the medical word knowledge graph comprises M words in the N words, the M words can be M first words, and then the medical term standardization engine searches corresponding M second words in the medical word knowledge graph, so that the aim of simultaneously outputting pinyin words and standard words is fulfilled, the requirement of standardization of medical terms is met, the coverage of various medical terms in common medical texts and the recognition degree in the industry are improved, and the medical term product applying the standard can be practically used and popularized all over the country.
Secondly, the problem of versatility:
the medical term standardization method is used as a word processing engine of the input method system, and is combined with the input method software system, when medical staff carries out medical text pinyin input, the words input by the medical staff are processed by medical standardization, as shown in fig. 3, the standard names corresponding to the words input by the production doctor are produced in the input method interface, so that the user can provide a uniform standardized term result when inputting Medical terms under various Medical scenes and under various Medical systems (such as Medical Information systems of EMR (Electronic Medical Record))/HIS (Hospital Information System)/LIS (Laboratory Information Management System)/nursing/hand anesthesia, and the like), and the intervention is generated from the production stage of Medical text data, so that the uniformity and the standard of the whole Medical big data are enhanced.
Secondly, ease of use issues:
in an interactive mode, the medical term standardized input method and the input method system are deeply integrated, the whole input method interface is the same as a common input method, and the input method interface bears pinyin input by a user and corresponding candidate words. The medical term standardization engine standardizes the words in the input method interface, which are retrieved by the input method general engine, and the words are displayed in the input method interface, for example, in the previous position of the words corresponding to the pinyin search. For example, as shown in fig. 4, allergic rhinitis is a standard word and allergic rhinitis is an alias thereof, after the user inputs the pinyin character of "guomingxingbiyan", the words that match are retrieved include "allergic rhinitis" and word C, the words that the input method interface should exhibit are "allergic rhinitis" and word C, however, by the medical term standardized engine dry prognosis, the "allergic rhinitis (allergic rhinitis)" is shown in the former cis position of the allergic rhinitis "on the input method interface, and the word C1 (the standard word corresponding to the word C) is displayed in the front of the word C in the same order, so that the user can conveniently select the standard word for final confirmation input, the standard word is displayed on the screen, i.e., displayed in the text editing interface, but the aliases in parentheses are not on-screen (i.e., not displayed in the text editing interface) to serve as a standardized entry for terms. Meanwhile, the alias of the standard word can be annotated, so that the user can quickly understand the problem that the input pinyin does not correspond to the on-screen word. The medical term standardization engine does not perform any intervention on the non-medical words of the input method interface, and therefore, even in the case where the medical standardization function is turned on, the user is not affected in inputting general words. By integrating the product interaction modes, the original way of inputting words by pinyin for the user is ensured, the usability is improved, and the medical terms can be ensured to play a role in standardizing term input business when the user inputs the terms. In addition, the input method status bar is provided with a medical term standardization function switch, and in the switch off state, the input method system only applies the input method general engine without using the medical term labeling engine, and the subsequent word output display and interaction mode is equal to that of a general input method, so that medical workers can conveniently use the input method system to input non-medical documents in a non-medical scene.
