The one-time rotation means that the pushing base 210 does not rotate continuously with the driving force receiving assembly 300, and after rotating to a specific position, the pushing base 210 is separated from the driving force receiving assembly 300, and a detachable structure is arranged between the two, and the pushing base 210 pushes the detected object 220 once or continuously for many times under the action of the detachable structure.
When the detected piece 220 is directly connected with the pushing seat 210, the detected piece 220 moves along with the pushing seat 210 and extends into the detection extension opening 131 to accurately push against an external detection mechanism; when the detected member 220 is not directly connected to the pushing base 210, the detected member 220 is telescopically disposed on the detection extension port 131, and the pushing base 210 pushes the detected member 220 to extend out of the detection extension port 131 when passing through the detection extension port 131.
Compared with the prior art, the invention limits the extending direction of the detected piece 220 by using the detecting extending port 131, can accurately push the detecting mechanism outwards, realizes that the detected piece 220 is pushed only once by using the pushing structure under the condition that the pushing seat 210 is driven by the driving force receiving assembly 300 to rotate for one circle or less, effectively reduces the installation difficulty of the detected structure, greatly reduces the production cost, has simple structure, is convenient to assemble and has reliable structure.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the pushing base 210 is provided with a pushing part 211, the detected member 220 is movably disposed on the detection extension port 131 and can perform telescopic movement in the detection extension port 131, and since the detection extension port 131 is disposed at a position close to the pushing base 210, the pushing part 211 rotates around the axis of the pushing base 210 during the rotation of the pushing base 210, and when passing through the detection extension port 131, the pushing part abuts against the detected member 220 and gradually pushes the detection member to extend out of the detection extension port 131, so that the detected member 220 is identified by an external detection mechanism. The detected piece 220 comprises a push rod penetrating the detection extension port 131 and a force-bearing part 221 arranged at the end of the push rod, the force-bearing part 221 is arranged at a position close to the axis of the push seat 210 and is positioned on the motion path of the abutting part 211, the push seat 210 pushes the detected piece 220 to move on the detection extension port 131 through the abutting part 211, the force-bearing area of the detected piece 220 can be increased, the force-bearing fault tolerance of the detected piece 220 is improved, and accurate abutting between the push seat 210 and the detected piece 220 is realized.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the detection protrusion 131 is provided with an elastic resetting element 400, and the elastic resetting element 400 is respectively connected to the end cap 120 and the detected element 220, so that the detected element 220 has a movement potential energy retracting from the detection protrusion 131, and the detected element 220 is reset. The elastic restoring member 400 is preferably a compression spring or a tension spring, in this embodiment, when the elastic restoring member 400 is a compression spring, two ends of the compression spring respectively abut against the detected member 220 and the detection extending opening 131 of the end cover 120, the detection extending opening 131 is provided with a clamping groove 131 capable of clamping one end of the compression spring, and the detected member 220 abuts against the compression spring through the stress part 221.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the developing cartridge of embodiment 1 operates as follows: after the driving force receiving assembly 300 receives the driving force, the driving force is transmitted to the pushing base 210, the pushing base 210 is driven to rotate along the X direction, the abutting portion 211 of the pushing base 210 pushes the detected member 220 to gradually extend out of the detection extension opening 131 through the force receiving portion 221 in the rotating process, the detection signal is transmitted to the external detection mechanism, when the abutting portion 211 on the pushing base 210 leaves the detection extension opening 131, the elastic resetting member 400 pushes the detected member 220 to reset, and the detected member 220 retracts into the detection extension opening 131 again.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 6 to 14, the end cap 120 is provided with a ring guide 140 and a stopper 150, the ring guide 140 is disposed along a circumferential direction of the push base 210, a detection protrusion 131 formed on the end cap 120 is formed between the ring guide 140 and the stopper 150, the detected object 220 is connected to the push base 210, the detected object 220 abuts against the ring guide 140 during rotation of the push base 210, and the ring guide 140 guides the detected object 220. After receiving the driving force, the pushing base 210 pushes the detected member 220 to move, and the detected member 220 moves along the ring guide 140 and finally extends into the detection extending opening 131.
Specifically, the pushing base 210 is provided with a force application portion 212, the detected piece 220 is connected to the force application portion 212 in a folded manner, and the force application portion 212 pushes the detected piece 220 to move along the ring guide portion 140, gradually passes through the detection extension opening 131 and extends out of the detection extension opening 131. The push base 210 pushes the detected member 220 to move along the ring guide 140 and extends the detected member 220 from the detection extension opening 131. The force application part 212 is connected to the force application part 212 of the push base 210 in a turnover mode, so that the detected piece 220 retracts into the detection extension opening 131 along with the continuous movement of the push base 210, the automatic retraction function of the detected piece 220 is realized, the design is ingenious, and the detected piece retracts along with the continuous movement of the push base 210 without using a reset piece and is separated from the detection mechanism.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, the operation of the developing cartridge of embodiment 2 is as follows: the driving force is transmitted to the pushing base 210 through the driving force receiving assembly 300 to drive the pushing base 210 to rotate, the pushing base 210 rotates along the Y direction around its own rotation axis, and the detected piece 220 is pushed to rotate by the force application part 212, the detected piece 220 is guided to the detection extension port 131 through the ring guide part 140, and gradually extend to the outside of the detection extension opening 131, and transmit the detection signal to the detection mechanism until the force application portion 212 on the pushing seat 210 reaches the detection extension opening 131, the detected member 220 is at the maximum extending position, and thereafter the push base 210 continues to rotate, because the detected piece 220 is connected to the force application part 212 in a folding manner, the detected piece 220 is pushed back and folded by the blocking part 150, the gap formed between the blocked part 150 and the force application part 212 limits the detected piece 220 to gradually approach the force application part 212, the detected piece is retracted from the detection extension opening 131, and the detected piece is folded outside the force application part 212 under the action of the blocking part 150.
The above is a process of extending the detected member 220, when the detected member 220 needs to perform two or more than two extending processes on the detecting extending port 131, the detected member 220 can have a reset function, and continue to rotate along the Y direction, a neutral period is provided between the stopper 150 and the ring guide 140, and after the folded detected member 220 is separated from the stopper 150, the detected member 220 resets to the initial position again in the neutral period, and can continue to extend along the ring guide 140 to the detecting extending port 131 in the next rotating process, so as to repeat. The detected piece 220 is preferably an arc structure protruding outward from the pushing seat 210, and an arc of the arc structure is similar to or coincident with the arc sidewall of the ring guide 140 and can abut against the arc sidewall of the ring guide 140, so that the motion continuity of the detected piece 220 can be improved, and the smooth motion of the detected piece 220 can be ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 7, one end of the ring guide 140 close to the detection protrusion 131 has a detection guide surface 141, and the detection guide surface 141 gradually gets away from the rotation axis of the pushing seat 210 in the process of approaching the detection protrusion 131, and is in a structure mode of expanding outward. The push base 210 rotates in the Y direction, and when the extension end of the detected member 220 passes the detection guide surface 141, the detected member 220 gradually deviates from the original circumferential movement and can finally extend on the detection extension opening 131. It should be noted that the detected member 220 can be directly and integrally formed on the force application portion 212, the detected member 220 has a deformation resistance, when the detected member 220 abuts against the ring guide portion 140, the detected member 220 tends to expand outward, and when the pushing seat 210 rotates, the detected member 220 always moves along the inner side wall of the ring guide portion 140 and can extend to the detection extension opening 131. In combination with the structure of multiple expansion, an entrance guide surface can be provided at the entrance end of the ring guide 140, and the process of multiple expansion can be continuously realized.
Further, an end of the stopper 150 adjacent to the detection projection port 131 has a turn-over guide surface 151, and the turn-over guide surface 151 gradually approaches the rotation axis of the push base 210 while being away from the detection projection port 131, and forms a horn-shaped structure with the detection guide surface 141 on the inner side of the detection projection port 131. The pushing base 210 rotates along the Y direction, the force application part 212 continues to move through the detection extension opening 131, the detected piece 220 gradually approaches the outer side wall of the force application part 212 under the action of the folding guide surface 151, and retracts from the detection extension opening 131 during folding. The turning guide surface 151 plays a role in guiding the turning process of the turning guide surface 151, and corresponds to the stretching speed of the detected piece 220 on the detection extension port 131, so that the situation that the detected piece 220 is bent at two sides of the detection extension port 131 due to too fast turning on the blocking part 150 and the detected piece 220 is damaged is avoided.
Further, the end cover 120 has a through hole 121 to be measured, which is coaxial with the push base 210, the push base 210 is disposed in the through hole 121 to be measured, and the through hole 121 to be measured can be used to observe the movement of the detected object 220 and protect the push base 210. The ring guide 140 and the stopper 150 are disposed on the edge of the opening of the through hole 121, and after the force application portion 212 passes through the stopper 150, the detected member 220 enters the reset active region, i.e., in the above-mentioned neutral period, so as to conveniently reset the detected member 220.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 13 and 14, in order to realize a single driving of the driving force receiving assembly 300 to the pushing seat 210, the pushing seat 210 has a connecting toothed ring 213 thereon, the driving force receiving assembly 300 includes a transmission gear 310 engaged with the connecting toothed ring 213, and the connecting toothed ring 213 has a tooth-missing portion 2131 capable of disengaging from the transmission gear 310. The connecting ring gear 213 is disposed circumferentially along the rotation axis of the pushing seat 210, and the connecting ring gear 213 has a continuous gear structure, but the toothless portion 2131 has no gear structure capable of meshing with the transmission gear 310. When the transmission gear 310 is engaged with the connection gear ring 213, the push base 210 is driven to rotate by the gear tooth structure until the connection gear ring 213 is not engaged with the transmission gear 310 after reaching the toothless part 2131, and the driving force on the driving force receiving assembly 300 can not be transmitted from the transmission gear 310 to the push base 210.
Specifically, the main housing 110 has a limiting portion 160, and the pushing base 210 has a limiting blocking piece 214, so that when the connecting ring gear 213 is separated from the transmission gear 310, the limiting blocking piece 214 abuts against the limiting portion 160, and the connecting ring gear 213 is prevented from continuously rotating under the unexpected conditions of gravity, impact, vibration, and the like, and is again touched and meshed with the transmission gear 310. In this embodiment, the limiting stopper 214 is disposed on the toothless portion 2131 of the connecting gear ring 213, but the disposition positions of the limiting stopper 214 and the limiting portion 160 may be determined according to the final disengaging position of the pushing seat 210 on the driving force receiving assembly 300.
Further, the driving force receiving assembly 300 is used for receiving the driving force input by the driving mechanism and transmitting the driving force to various components of the developing cartridge (including the detected assembly 200). In this embodiment, the driving force receiving assembly 300 is composed of a gear set, transmits power to each component, and can receive driving force through a gear transmission manner, or can receive driving force on a driving mechanism through other transmission manners such as belt transmission.
In other embodiments, the developing cartridge may further include other structures such as a developer accommodating chamber, an agitating frame, and the like, which are not described herein.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
