Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Examples
The embodiment provides a fault early warning method, which is mainly applied to a multi-split air conditioner, wherein the multi-split air conditioner comprises an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units, the indoor units are all connected with the outdoor unit, and the indoor units are connected in parallel.
The multi-linkage air conditioner drags a plurality of indoor units through one outdoor unit, the indoor units are not uniformly powered and work, and the indoor unit is possibly lost due to power loss of one indoor unit or poor contact of a communication line. In order to avoid the situation that the whole machine is frequently stopped due to the loss of the indoor units, the loss of the indoor units in a certain amount can be ignored, and if the indoor units are lost and the whole machine does not stop to continue working, and whether the indoor units are lost or not cannot be sensed, system faults can be caused, and the work of the whole machine is influenced. The fault early warning method provided by the embodiment can solve the problems, can early warn in advance when the indoor unit is lost, reminds maintenance personnel, can maintain the multi-linkage air conditioner as soon as possible, avoids high-risk operation of the multi-linkage air conditioner, reduces damage to the multi-linkage air conditioner, and prolongs the service life of the multi-linkage air conditioner.
In this embodiment, when the indoor unit loses power or a fault is caused by a bad communication line, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit cannot adjust the opening degree, and the whole multi-split air conditioner is prone to oil shortage, liquid return, fluorine shortage, and the like. If any one of the oil shortage fault, the liquid return fault and the fluorine shortage fault occurs, the existence of the indoor unit data loss can be judged.
The fault early warning method specifically comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 1, in step S100, a first data set of a multi-split air conditioner is obtained. The first data group at least comprises the exhaust superheat degree and the suction superheat degree of the multi-linkage air conditioner.
In the present embodiment, the discharge superheat degree refers to a temperature difference between a temperature of a discharge pipe or a condenser inlet of the compressor and a saturation temperature corresponding to an actual condensing pressure. The suction superheat is the temperature difference between the temperature of the suction gas of the cold compressor and the corresponding saturation temperature at the corresponding pressure.
In this embodiment, whether the liquid return fault or the fluorine lack fault exists in the whole multi-split air conditioner can be determined by the exhaust superheat degree and the suction superheat degree, so as to determine whether the indoor unit data is lost.
And step S200, acquiring a second data set of the compressor. Wherein the second data set includes an actual oil temperature and/or an oil temperature superheat of the lubricating oil of the compressor.
In this embodiment, the actual oil temperature refers to a real-time oil temperature of the lubricating oil, and in the working process of the compressor, the lubricating oil mainly plays a role in lubrication, and if the number of working indoor units is increased, the actual oil temperature is increased, and whether an oil shortage fault exists can be judged through the actual oil temperature or the superheat degree of the oil temperature.
And S300, judging whether the indoor unit data loss exists in the multi-split air conditioner according to the first data group and/or the second data group.
In this embodiment, the indoor unit data loss includes an oil shortage fault of the multi-split air conditioner, a liquid return fault of the multi-split air conditioner, and the indoor unit data loss includes a fluorine shortage fault of the multi-split air conditioner. Whether the indoor unit data loss exists or not can be judged through at least one of the first data group and the second data group.
The controller can directly acquire the number of the indoor units in the current working state in the working process of the multi-split air conditioner, and the indoor unit data loss mainly means that the controller cannot receive a signal fed back by the indoor unit and cannot control the indoor unit to act, so that the indoor unit cannot be acquired.
Referring to fig. 2, in step S312, it is determined whether the actual oil temperature is less than the target oil temperature.
In this embodiment, the target oil temperature is preset, the target oil temperature is related to the number of the indoor units in the working state, and the larger the number of the indoor units in the working state is, the lower the target oil temperature is, and the controller may call the corresponding target oil temperature according to the number of the indoor units in the working state obtained at present.
And step S314, if the actual oil temperature is less than the target oil temperature, determining that the multi-linkage air conditioner has an oil shortage fault.
In this embodiment, in an actual working process, if there may be a case where data of the indoor units is lost, the number of the indoor units acquired by the controller is smaller than the number of the indoor units actually working, and thus the actual oil temperature is smaller than the target oil temperature, it is determined that an oil shortage fault occurs in the compressor, and data of the indoor units are lost.
In the present embodiment, the steps S312 and S314 determine whether the multi-split air conditioner has an oil shortage fault according to the actual oil temperature.
Referring to fig. 3, in step S322, it is determined whether the oil temperature superheat degree is less than a first preset superheat degree.
Similarly, the first preset superheat degree is preset, the first preset superheat degree is related to the number of the indoor units in the working state, and the larger the number of the indoor units in the working state is, the lower the first preset superheat degree is, and the controller may call the corresponding first preset superheat degree according to the number of the indoor units in the working state, which is currently acquired.
And step S324, if the oil temperature superheat degree is smaller than a first preset superheat degree, determining that the multi-linkage air conditioner has an oil shortage fault.
In this embodiment, in an actual working process, if there may be a case of data loss of the indoor units, the number of the indoor units acquired by the controller is smaller than the number of the indoor units actually working, and the oil temperature superheat degree is smaller than a first preset superheat degree, it is determined that an oil shortage fault occurs in the compressor, and there is data loss of the indoor units.
Wherein the first preset superheat degree is 10-30 degrees. Preferably 15 degrees.
In this embodiment, the steps S322 and S324 determine whether the multi-split air conditioner has an oil shortage fault according to the actual oil temperature.
Referring to fig. 4, in step S332, it is determined whether the actual oil temperature is lower than the target oil temperature and the superheat degree of the oil temperature is lower than the first preset superheat degree.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the accuracy of the oil shortage fault determination, it is determined that the actual oil temperature is lower than the target oil temperature and the oil temperature superheat degree is lower than the first preset superheat degree.
And step 334, if the actual oil temperature is lower than the target oil temperature and the oil temperature superheat degree is lower than a first preset superheat degree, determining that the multi-linkage air conditioner has an oil shortage fault.
In this embodiment, if the actual oil temperature is lower than the target oil temperature and the oil temperature superheat degree is lower than the first preset superheat degree, it is determined that the multi-linkage air conditioner has an oil shortage fault, the risk of erroneous determination can be reduced, and the accuracy of determination is improved.
In this embodiment, in steps S332 and S334, it is determined whether there is an oil shortage fault in the multi-split air conditioner according to the actual oil temperature and the superheat degree of the oil temperature.
Preferably, in order to improve the accuracy of determining the oil shortage fault, the oil shortage fault is determined in general by using step S332 and step S334.
For example: in a cooling mode or a cooling mode, if the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit is suddenly powered off when the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is 0, the controller cannot acquire data of the indoor unit, and the indoor unit is lost. The subsequent outage indoor unit keeps 0pls and can not be adjusted all the time, and the outage indoor unit is in a low-pressure superheat area and can deposit a large amount of refrigeration oil to cause oil shortage of a system.
Referring to fig. 5, in step S342, the indoor unit superheat degree is acquired.
In this embodiment, the indoor unit superheat degree is obtained by subtracting an inlet temperature from an outlet temperature of the indoor unit, and whether a liquid return fault exists in the multi-linkage air conditioner can be determined according to the indoor unit superheat degree, the exhaust superheat degree and the suction superheat degree.
And step S344, judging whether the exhaust superheat degree is less than a second preset superheat degree, the suction superheat degree is less than a third preset superheat degree and the indoor unit superheat degree is greater than a fourth preset superheat degree.
In the embodiment, whether liquid return exists in the whole multi-split air conditioner system can be judged through the exhaust superheat degree and the suction superheat degree, and whether liquid return exists in the indoor unit in the working state is judged through the indoor unit superheat degree.
Since there may be a plurality of indoor units in the working state, it is necessary to determine whether there is liquid return in all the indoor units in the working state one by one.
Wherein the second preset superheat degree is 10-30 degrees, the preferred value is 15 degrees, and the third preset superheat degree range is 0-10 degrees, the preferred value is 5 degrees. The fourth preset superheat degree is 0-5 degrees, and the preferred value is 2 degrees.
And step S346, if the exhaust superheat degree is less than a second preset superheat degree, the suction superheat degree is less than a third preset superheat degree, and the indoor unit superheat degree is greater than a fourth preset superheat degree, determining that the multi-linkage air conditioner has a liquid return fault.
In this embodiment, if the exhaust superheat degree is less than the second preset superheat degree, and the suction superheat degree is less than the third preset superheat degree, it indicates that liquid returns exist in the entire multi-split air conditioning system, and the obtained indoor unit superheat degrees of all the indoor units in the working state are greater than the fourth preset superheat degree, it indicates that liquid returns do not exist in all the indoor units in the working state, it indicates that indoor unit data is lost, and an electronic expansion valve of an indoor unit may be suddenly powered off under the condition of a larger opening degree, and then the electronic expansion valve of the subsequently powered-off indoor unit always keeps a larger opening degree and cannot be adjusted, so that liquid returns.
Referring to fig. 6, in step S352, the opening of the internal valve is obtained.
In this embodiment, the indoor unit valve opening degree refers to an opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit, and all the indoor unit valve opening degrees in the operating state are obtained.
In step S354, it is determined whether the intake superheat is greater than a fifth preset superheat, the exhaust superheat is greater than a sixth preset superheat, and the opening of the indoor unit valve is smaller than a preset opening, all of which are satisfied at the same time.
In this embodiment, the fifth predetermined degree of superheat is 5 to 20 degrees, preferably 5 degrees, and the sixth predetermined degree of superheat is 30 to 50 degrees. A preferred value is 30 degrees. The preset opening degree is 60-150 degrees, and the preferred value is 120 degrees.
And judging whether the opening of the indoor unit valve is smaller than a preset opening or not, and judging whether the opening of the indoor unit valve of all the obtained indoor units is smaller than the preset opening or not.
And step S356, if the suction superheat degree is larger than a fifth preset superheat degree, the exhaust superheat degree is larger than a sixth preset superheat degree, and the opening degree of the indoor unit valve is smaller than a preset opening degree, determining that the multi-linkage air conditioner has a fluorine-lack fault.
In this embodiment, if the suction superheat degree is greater than the fifth preset superheat degree and the exhaust superheat degree is greater than the sixth preset superheat degree, it is indicated that the fluorine deficiency condition exists in the whole multi-split air conditioner at present. All the obtained opening degrees of the indoor unit valves are smaller than the preset opening degree, it is indicated that the obtained indoor units have no liquid return, and the whole multi-split air conditioner has a liquid return fault and has the data loss of the indoor units.
Referring to fig. 1, in step S400, if there is a data loss of the indoor unit, an early warning signal is sent.
In this embodiment, since there are three situations of data loss of the indoor unit, in order to enable a maintenance worker to more accurately locate the fault types, the three fault types may be distinguished by different signals. If the multi-linkage air conditioner is judged to have a fluorine-lacking fault, a first early warning signal is sent; if the multi-linkage air conditioner is judged to have a liquid return fault, a second early warning signal is sent; and if the multi-linkage air conditioner is judged to have the oil shortage fault, sending a third early warning signal.
In this embodiment, the first warning signal, the second warning signal and the third warning signal are stored in the controller, and the maintenance personnel can search and call the controller by themselves during maintenance.
And step S500, if the data of the indoor unit is lost, controlling the multi-linkage air conditioner to stop.
In this embodiment, if there is indoor unit data loss, it indicates that the whole air conditioner is out of order, and in order to reduce the damage of the multi-split air conditioner, the multi-split air conditioner is controlled to stop.
In conclusion, the fault early warning method provided by the embodiment can early warn in advance when the indoor unit is lost, remind maintenance personnel, maintain the multi-linkage air conditioner as soon as possible, avoid high-risk operation of the high-risk multi-linkage air conditioner, reduce damage to the multi-linkage air conditioner and prolong the service life of the multi-linkage air conditioner.
