The damping mechanism 11 comprises a second vertical rod 111, a supporting seat 112 and a fourth elastic piece 113, wherein the second vertical rod 111 is symmetrically welded on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the machine shell 1, the supporting seat 112 is arranged at the lower part of the second vertical rod 111 in a sliding mode, the fourth elastic piece 113 is connected between the supporting seat 112 and the second vertical rod 111, and the fourth elastic piece 113 is a compression spring.
