in the process of underground work, a gas detection device 2 in the detection early warning instrument 1 detects harmful gas in the underground working environment in real time; only one gas detection device 2 is started within a preset range and replaced within each period, so that the electric quantity of the detection early warning instrument 1 of the underground miner of the coal mine can last for a longer time, meanwhile, the detection data of different positions are counted and analyzed through the replacement of the detection positions, and the gas condition of a large-range area under the coal mine can be known more clearly; analyzing and comparing the detection data of the ventilation area marks, knowing the ventilation conditions of different ventilation areas and repairing the ventilation areas in time; when the gas detection device 2 detects that the concentration value of harmful gas in the pit exceeds a preset range, the gas detection device 2 transmits a signal to the controller, the controller controls the vibrator 3 to vibrate, and the vibration of the vibrator 3 is transmitted to the body part of coal mine personnel through the soft material to remind the coal mine personnel, so that the coal mine personnel can quickly sense and evacuate as soon as possible; meanwhile, the controller transmits a signal of the vibration of the vibrator 3 to the mine dispatching room, and the rescue team and the medical personnel in the mine dispatching room immediately arrive at the rescue site for rescue, so that the situation that coal mine personnel are too nervous to inform the mine dispatching room in time when withdrawing is prevented, and more time is gained for rescue actions; when the detection data of the early warning detector 1 in work is close to the early warning range, all the gas detection devices 2 are started, gas at each point is detected after the gas detection devices are started, and when the gas value at each point is continuously increased, the detection early warning device 1 gives early warning to remind coalmine workers to evacuate in advance; if the gas detection is abnormal at one point, coal miners are reminded to investigate and repair the point, and the early warning effect is optimized; by arranging the positioning device 8, the positioning device 8 transmits an electric signal to the control terminal through a digital transmission system, the control terminal contains a circuit diagram inside a coal mine, and the circuit diagram of the control terminal is updated in real time according to the movement of the positioning device 8 of a coal mine worker; if the coal mine workers are trapped underground when not evacuated in time, the external rescue personnel can confirm the positions of the coal mine workers through the positioning device 8 and then rescue according to the circuit diagram of the control terminal; the rescue time is shortened, and the record of successful rescue of coal miners is improved; by arranging the voice broadcasting device 9, in the process of evacuating coal mine workers, the control terminal carries out voice prompt on the evacuation route of the coal mine workers through the monitored real-time condition of the underground environment of the coal mine, so that the phenomenon that the selected route of the coal mine workers collapses in the evacuation process is avoided, and the evacuation time is wasted; when the coal miners meet a bifurcation road in the evacuation process and need voice prompt, the coal miners are far away from a mechanical operation area, so that the voice of the voice prompt does not need to cover the voice of the mechanical operation, and the coal miners can hear the voice without great damage to the hearing of the coal miners; a plurality of groups of coal miners can be distributed on different working faces for operation, and when the concentration value of harmful gas detected by the gas detection device 2 in the detection early warning instrument 1 of one group of coal miners exceeds the range; the invention transmits the electric signals to all the detection early warning instruments 1 for underground operation through the communication connection of the detection early warning instruments 1 of all the coal miners, and performs early warning on all the coal miners; so that other groups of coal miners which are informed of the evacuation signals through communication connection win more evacuation time.
To verify the practical application effect of the present invention, the following experiments were performed:
1. design of experiments
Selecting four groups of coal mine workers with the same quantity and similar ages and physical conditions, distributing the four groups of coal mine workers to the same position under the same coal mine, and carrying out evacuation exercises in the same underground tunnel of the coal mine in sequence; two groups of coal miners A, B wear gas detectors in the prior art, and two groups of coal miners C, D wear the detection early warning device; and the noise simulation device simulates the noise environment of mechanical operation under the coal mine.
2. Processing of Experimental results
Randomly releasing carbon dioxide gas slightly exceeding the standard amount of the gas detection device in different time periods; calculating the total time spent by the whole group of the escaping closed spaces through a timing device; the reaction process of coal mine workers is slowly replayed through coal mine underground monitoring equipment, and the time from the early warning of the detection early warning device to the turning and evacuation action of the coal mine workers is recorded as the reaction time; four experiments were performed per group.
3. Results of the experiment
From fig. 3, it can be seen that compared to the prior art gas detector, the C, D two groups used in the invention have a total time from detection warning to complete evacuation significantly lower than the A, B two groups used in the control;
as can be seen from fig. 4, the response time of the coal miners using C, D groups of the present invention is significantly lower than that of the control A, B group compared to the gas detector of the prior art;

the significant reduction in total evacuation time and reaction time for group C, D compared to group A, B was more clearly seen by the average of the data over multiple experiments;
in summary, compared with the detection and early warning device of the present invention, the gas detector of the prior art; the time required for the total evacuation time of experiments and the reaction time of coal mine workers is more, and the time is very important every minute and every second in the process of real underground coal mine work.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are based on the observation angle of the person, the side of the device facing the observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and so on.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "central", "longitudinal", "lateral", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in fig. 1, and are used merely to facilitate the description of the present invention and to simplify the description, but do not indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated, and therefore should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)
1. A coal mine underground harmful gas detection early warning system comprises a controller and a detection early warning device; the detection early warning device is used for detecting and alarming harmful gas in a coal mine, and is characterized in that: the detection early warning device comprises:
the gas detection early warning device comprises a detection early warning instrument (1), wherein a gas detection device (2) is arranged in the detection early warning instrument (1); the gas detection device (2) is used for detecting harmful gases; one end of the detection early warning instrument (1) is made of soft materials; one end of the interior of the detection early warning instrument (1) close to the soft material is electrically connected with a vibrator (3); the vibrator (3) is in communication connection with the mine dispatching room;
the wearing belt (4), the wearing belt (4) is arranged on two sides of the detection early warning instrument (1);
a detection network is formed among the single detection early warning instruments (1) under the coal mine; only one gas detection device (2) is started within a preset distance, and one running gas detection device (2) is replaced in turn every other detection period; the detection network counts the detection data of each underground area of the coal mine, and marks the detection data of the underground ventilation area of the coal mine.
2. The underground coal mine harmful gas detection and early warning system according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the upper end of the wearing belt (4) is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped elastic strip (5).

The underground coal mine harmful gas detection and early warning system according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized in that: the detection early warning instrument (1) is rotatably connected with massage balls (6) at the position of the soft material and on the inner side of the wearing belt (4).

The underground coal mine harmful gas detection and early warning system according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized in that: the upper end face of the detection early warning instrument (1) and one end far away from the soft material are fixedly connected with a shock pad (7); the shock absorption pad (7) can be used for absorbing dust in the air.

The underground coal mine harmful gas detection and early warning system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized in that: the detection early warning instrument (1) starts all gas detection devices (2) in the underground coal mine when detection data are close to an early warning threshold value; and judging the abnormal reason by analyzing the gas condition of each position point.
6. The underground coal mine harmful gas detection and early warning system according to claim 5, which is characterized in that: the detection early warning instrument (1) is internally and electrically connected with a positioning device (8); the positioning device (8) is in communication connection with a control terminal.
7. The underground coal mine harmful gas detection and early warning system according to claim 6, which is characterized in that: the control terminal is electrically connected with a voice broadcasting device (9) through a positioning device (8); the detection early warning instrument (1) is used for powering off the gas detection device (2) after the early warning signal is generated.

The underground coal mine harmful gas detection and early warning system according to claim 6 or 7, which is characterized in that: two sides inside the detection early warning instrument (1) are electrically connected with a light-emitting circuit (10); the two sides of the detection early warning instrument (1) are made of transparent materials; a group of light emitting diodes is arranged on the light emitting circuit (10) in a rectangular array mode.
9. The underground coal mine harmful gas detection and early warning system according to claim 8, characterized in that: the light-emitting circuit (10) is electrically connected with a head lamp of a coal mine worker.
10. The underground coal mine harmful gas detection and early warning system according to claim 9, which is characterized in that: the detection early warning instruments (1) of underground coal miners are in communication connection; the communication signal on the well is transmitted to the underground through the wireless base stations which are sequentially arranged on the transporter.
