The outer ring of the ring frame 9 is provided with a plurality of bird repellers 1, the ring frame 9 is sleeved with the outer wall of the sleeve 204, the upper portion of the ring frame 9 is provided with the upper retainer ring 201, the inner wall of the upper retainer ring 201 is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the sleeve 204, the structure enables the ring frame 9 to be limited by the retainer ring 201 and the lower retainer ring 203 through threaded connection of the upper retainer ring 201 and the lower retainer ring 203 with the sleeve 204, and the ring frame 9 can integrate the bird repellers 1 with the sleeve 204, so that the bird repellers 1 cannot occupy the position of the wire rack rod 506.
The lightning rod 4 is sleeved in the sleeve 204, the lightning rod head 3 is arranged at the upper end of the lightning rod 4, the lower end of the lightning rod 4 is connected with the upper end of the high-voltage telegraph pole 6 through the ground wire, and the structure enables the lightning rod 4 to be protected through the sleeve 204 and meanwhile the ring frame 9 can be installed on the outer wall of the sleeve 204 for protection.
The working principle is as follows: when the high-voltage telegraph pole with the lightning protection function is used, the outer wall of the high-voltage telegraph pole 6 is connected with the first ring set 501, the second ring set 5016 and the third ring set 5017 in a sleeved mode, heavy snow is accumulated on the wire rack rod 506 in heavy snow weather, then the wire rack rod 506 is pressed down by the heavy snow, then the second spring 5021 is pressed down by the wire rack rod 506, then the bearing plate 508 is pressed down by the second spring 5021, then the bearing plate 508 slides the second connecting rod 5010 and the sliding column 5011 in the vertical sliding groove 5013 and the transverse sliding groove 5014, meanwhile, the first connecting rod 504 is pulled downwards by the wire rack rod 506 in the pressing process, then the first spring 503 on the first connecting rod 504 is stretched, then the wire rack rod 506 can be elastically bent and adjusted under the pressing of snow, so that the wire rack rod 506 can not be rigidly bent and damaged, when the high-voltage telegraph pole 6 is used, starting the motor 10, driving the screw 708 to rotate clockwise by the motor 10, rotating the screw 708 in the threaded hole 7010 of the T-shaped cross frame 703, driving the fourth ring 707 by the T-shaped cross frame 703 to move on the outer wall of the high-voltage utility pole 6, simultaneously sliding the guide hole 706 of the other T-shaped cross frame 703 on the fourth ring 707 upward on the guide rod 705, lifting up the u-shaped limiting frame 704 by the four T-shaped cross frames 703 on the outer wall of the fourth ring 707, pulling up the four sides of the shielding color bar cloth 709 by the four u-shaped limiting frames 704, so that the high-voltage utility pole 6 can be shielded by the pulled-up shielding color bar cloth 709, then the shielding color bar cloth 709 can prevent people from climbing the utility pole, then sleeving the lightning protection frame 205 on the high-voltage utility pole 6, and then shielding the needle rod 4 on the needle 3 by the protection frame 205, then the lightning rod 4 is protected by the sleeve 204, the lower retainer ring 203 can be in threaded connection with the outer wall of the sleeve 204, the ring frame 9 is sleeved on the outer wall of the sleeve 204, then the upper retainer ring 201 is in threaded rotary connection with the upper end of the sleeve 204, the upper end of the upper retainer ring 201 can separate the upper surface of the ring frame 9, the bird repeller 1 is installed on the sleeve 204, the bird repeller 1 is integrated with the sleeve 204, the occupied area of the bird repeller 1 can be reduced, the lightning rod 4 can be protected by the sleeve 204, and the working principle of the high-voltage telegraph pole with the lightning protection function is achieved.
