When the returning face plate 32 and the device on it rotate, through the cooperation that rotates and keep off frame 91, arc stopper 92 and torsion spring 93, rotate and keep off frame 91 and arc stopper 92 can laminate with the wall to can prevent that the waste material from spilling, and then can guarantee that the waste material is all collected, when returning face plate 32 and the device on it, rotate and keep off frame 91 and the device on it can reset in succession thereupon, in order to prevent effectively that the waste material from dropping subaerially.

The scaffold with the waste collecting function for building decoration according to claim 5, further comprising a scratch and damage preventing component, wherein the scratch and damage preventing component is disposed on the first supporting frame, the scratch and damage preventing component comprises a slotted plate, a fourth supporting frame and a second wedge-shaped limiting frame, the slotted plate is symmetrically connected to the supporting plate frame, the first supporting frame is symmetrically connected to a pair of the fourth supporting frames, the same pair of the fourth supporting frames is jointly slidably connected to the second wedge-shaped limiting frame, and the second wedge-shaped limiting frame is in limiting fit with the slotted plate.
