Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving the above-mentioned problems and to providing an ironing device capable of preventing scalding.
The invention describes an ironing device, which comprises a base and a handheld part, wherein the base is detachably connected with the handheld part, the handheld part comprises a main body, a first water supply assembly is arranged on the base and comprises a water supply port, the main body comprises a steam generation device, an ironing panel and a second water supply assembly, the second water supply assembly is used for supplying water to the steam generation device, the second water supply assembly comprises a water replenishing port, a support cavity is arranged on the base, the water supply port is arranged on the support cavity, when the base is connected with the handheld part, the main body is placed on the support cavity, the water replenishing port is communicated with the water supply port so that the first water supply assembly replenishes water for the main body, the main body is obliquely arranged relative to the bottom surface of the base, and the ironing panel faces downwards.
The lower surface of the main body is provided with a convex part, the water replenishing port is arranged on the end face of the convex part, the opening of the water replenishing port faces the ironing panel, and a preset distance is reserved between the water replenishing port and the ironing panel.
The support cavity comprises a first support surface and a second support surface which are spaced apart, the first support surface is located below the second support surface, the ironing panel is supported by the first support surface, and the end surface of the convex part where the water replenishing port is located is supported by the second support surface.
The base is characterized in that a base electrifying module is arranged in the base (1), a water supplementing electrifying module is arranged in the main body, an electrifying interface is arranged beside the water supplementing port, a power supply interface is arranged on the base, the handheld part is connected to the base, the electrifying interface is communicated with the power supply interface to enable the base electrifying module to be electrically connected with the water supplementing electrifying module to supply power to the main body, the water supply port is arranged on the second supporting surface, and the power supply interface is also arranged on the second supporting surface.
The power supply interfaces are two and are respectively positioned on two sides of the water supply port, and a waterproof groove is arranged between the water supply port and each power supply interface.
The base comprises a front base side surface and a rear base side surface which are opposite from each other in the front-back direction, the bottom base surface of the base is respectively connected with the front base side surface and the rear base side surface, the front base side surface is formed into an inclined surface which inclines from the bottom base surface towards the direction close to the rear base side surface, and the upper portion of the front base side surface is sunken towards the direction of the rear base side surface to form the supporting cavity.
When the main body is placed on the support cavity, the upper surface of the main body is basically flush with the front side surface of the base.
The first water supply assembly includes a first water tank in communication with the water supply opening, the first water tank being detachable from the front side, the first support surface being located above the first water tank, the first water tank having a tank front side, the tank front side being flush with the base front side to form a portion of the base front side.
The front side surface of the water tank of the first water tank is provided with a water level scale line and a drawing handle, and the drawing handle is positioned below the water level scale line; and/or a balancing weight is arranged in the base and is arranged below the first water tank.
The base trailing flank is equipped with and holds the chamber, handheld portion still include with the main part rotates the handle of being connected, the handle can be relative the main part is buckled in order to place hold the intracavity.
The base further comprises an upper end face, and an upper concave cavity communicated with the supporting cavity and the accommodating cavity is formed in the upper end face.

The first water supply group further comprises a first water tank and a first water pump, a water outlet of the first water pump is communicated with the water supply port, a second water supply assembly is arranged in the main body, the second water supply assembly further comprises a second water tank and a second water pump, the second water tank is communicated with the water replenishing port and the steam generating device respectively, a check valve is arranged at the water replenishing port, the water supply port is communicated with the water replenishing port, the check valve is opened and passes through the work of the second water pump to replenish water in the second water tank, and a water level detector used for detecting the liquid level in the second water tank is arranged in the second water tank.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the structure is communicated with the water replenishing port of the handheld part through the water supply port of the base, so that automatic water replenishing can be implemented between the base and the handheld part, and the problem of frequent water replenishing of a user is solved; simultaneously, this structure is used for supporting handheld part through setting up the support chamber on the base, supports the chamber and makes handheld part support more reliable firm place on the base and make ironing device overall structure compact and small, saves space, and the bottom surface of the relative base of main part is slope setting and presses the panel down, avoids scalding user's risk, and the main part slope is placed the direction that accords with very much when human handheld part of holding, places more easily simple than perpendicular down.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the ironing device described in the present invention comprises a base 1 and a handheld portion, wherein the base 1 is detachably connected to the handheld portion, the handheld portion comprises a main body 2 and a handle 201, a first water supply assembly is disposed on the base 1, the first water supply assembly comprises a water supply port 5, a first water tank 103 and a first water pump 3, the first water tank is communicated with the first water pump, a water outlet of the first water pump 3 is communicated with the water supply port 5, the main body 2 comprises a steam generating device 8, an ironing panel 204 and a second water supply assembly, the second water supply assembly is used for supplying water to the steam generating device 8, the second water supply assembly comprises a water replenishing port 202, the second water supply assembly further comprises a second water tank 11 and a second water pump 9, the second water tank 11 is respectively communicated with the water replenishing port 202 and the steam generating device 8, a support cavity 111 is disposed on the base 1, the water supply opening 5 is arranged on the supporting cavity 111, when the base 1 is connected with the handheld part, the main body 2 is placed on the supporting cavity, the water replenishing opening 202 is communicated with the water supply opening 5, so that the first water supply assembly replenishes water for the main body 2, and the main body 2 is obliquely arranged relative to the bottom surface of the base 1 and the ironing panel 204 faces downwards.
Specifically, a check valve 7 is arranged at the water replenishing port 202, and when the water supply port 5 is communicated with the water replenishing port 202, the check valve 7 is opened and water is replenished to the second water tank 11 by the operation of the second water pump 9. Thus, the water supply is very convenient.
In the industry, the water replenishing port is arranged at the handle end, so that the communication between a water path and a circuit is realized when the handle is inserted into the base, and the ironing panel is often exposed in an area which is easy to reach by a user. The moisturizing mouth sets up on handheld part, and handheld partial moisturizing perhaps when accomodating, the main part is placed at the support intracavity, irones the panel down, and the user can't touch the panel that irones, stops the risk that the user was scalded.
When the water level detector 10 detects that the second water tank 11 is short of water, the first water pump 3 is controlled to supply the liquid in the first water tank 103 to the second water tank 11 through a passage after the water supply port 5 is communicated with the water replenishing port 202 of the handheld part, so that the automatic water replenishing of the second water tank 11 is realized, and the water level detector 10 confirms that the second water tank 11 is full of water.
The structure is communicated with a water replenishing port 202 of a handheld part through a water supply port 5 of a base 1, a first water pump 3 is started to convey liquid in a first water tank 103, the liquid enters the water replenishing port 202 of the handheld part from the water supply port 5 of the base 1 and further enters a second water tank 11 through the water replenishing port 202 and a one-way valve 7 to replenish the liquid in the second water tank 11, automatic water replenishing can be implemented between the base 1 and the handheld part, and the problem of frequent water adding of a user is solved;
at this time, the second water pump 9 is activated to supply the liquid to the steam generating device 8, the steam generating device 8 heats the liquid to form steam, the steam is ejected from the ironing panel 204, the ironing panel 204 is heated, and the ironing panel 204 can be ironed.
In addition, in the structure, the second water tank 11 is provided with a second one-way valve seat 12, and the second one-way valve seat 12 is connected with the one-way valve 7 through a second water pipe. The second one-way valve seat 12 helps to prevent leakage, and at the end of the water replenishment, the second one-way valve seat 12 performs a quick seal.
The first water pump 3 is connected with the water supply port 5 through the first water pipe 4. The first water pipe 4 can conveniently adapt to the position between the first water pump 3 and the water supply opening 5, and the whole position is better distributed.
The lower surface of the main body 2 is provided with a convex portion 205, the water replenishing port 202 is arranged on the end surface of the convex portion 205 and opens towards the ironing panel 204, and the water replenishing port 202 and the ironing panel 204 have a preset distance. The moisturizing mouth of a river passes through the convex part setting at the lower surface of main part 2, makes things convenient for the moisturizing mouth of a river and the feed water inlet water route intercommunication of base, and the moisturizing mouth of a river and the panel that irones spaced apart preset distance, avoids the panel that irones of high temperature to cause the influence to moisturizing mouth of a river and/or feed water inlet, if avoid influencing the sealing member etc. of moisturizing mouth of a river or feed water inlet department.
As shown in fig. 6, the supporting cavity 111 comprises a first supporting surface 104 and a second supporting surface 105 which are spaced apart, the first supporting surface 104 is located below the second supporting surface 105, the ironing panel 204 is supported by the first supporting surface 104, and the ironing panel 204 and the convex portion 205 of the main body 2 are supported by the first supporting surface 104 and the second supporting surface 105 respectively, so that the stability of the whole is improved.
The second support surface 105 supports the end surface of the convex portion 205 where the water replenishment port 202 is located. This structure irones panel 204 and sets up at the front end of main part 2 through optimizing, and the first holding surface 104 of cooperation base 1 can have and shelter from ironing panel 204, avoids scalding user's risk.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, a base energizing module 14 is disposed in the base 1, a water replenishing energizing module 6 is disposed in the main body 2, an energizing interface 203 is disposed beside the water replenishing port 202, a power supply interface 106 is disposed on the base 1, when the handheld portion is connected to the base 1, the energizing interface 106 is conducted with the power supply interface 6 to electrically connect the base energizing module 14 and the water replenishing energizing module 6 to supply power to the main body 2, the water supply port 5 is disposed on the second supporting surface 105, and the power supply interface 106 is also disposed on the second supporting surface 105. Through on setting up the second holding surface with water supply mouth and power supply interface, separate each other with the first holding surface that supports the panel that irones, the high temperature of avoiding ironing the panel causes harmful effects to water supply mouth and power supply interface.
The position of the base energizing module 14 and the position of the water replenishing energizing module 6 can correspond to each other, so that the position of the base energizing module 14 and the position of the water replenishing energizing module 6 are close to each other, and the communication is more favorably implemented.
In a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, two power supply interfaces 106 are provided, and are respectively located at the left and right sides of the water supply port 5, a waterproof groove 107 is provided between the water supply port 5 and each power supply interface 106, and the waterproof groove 107 is formed by being recessed downward from the upper surface of the second support surface 105. When water overflows from the water supply port 5, the water supply port 5 is isolated from the power supply interface 106 by the waterproof groove 107, so that the short circuit of the positive and negative poles of the elastic pins of the power supply interfaces 106 on the left and right sides caused by the overflowed water is prevented, and water is prevented from entering the base 1 from the elastic pin holes of the power supply interfaces 106, and the damage of electric devices such as the internal base electrifying module 14 is caused. In the best solution, the waterproof groove extends from the upper surface to the side surface of the second supporting surface 105, the side surface opening can guide the water in the waterproof groove to the inner side wall surface of the supporting cavity and then flow to the second supporting surface 104, and the water in the wall waterproof groove overflows to the power supply interface 106 when the water is too much.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, specifically, the base 1 includes a front base side 108 and a rear base side 109 which are opposite to each other in a front-rear direction, a base bottom surface 110 of the base 1 is respectively connected to the front base side 108 and the rear base side 109, the front base side 108 is formed as an inclined surface which is inclined from the base bottom surface 110 toward a direction close to the rear base side 109, and an upper portion of the front base side 108 is recessed toward the rear base side 109 to form the support cavity 111. Base 1 sets to and follows supreme little toper structure that diminishes gradually down, and handheld part is placed and also can be kept base 1 to stabilize and be difficult to empty on base 1, and the product is pleasing to the eye moreover, and base 1 is close to the bottom surface simultaneously and sets to great, conveniently places first water tank 103. The support cavity 111 is an outwardly open cavity formed in the front side 108 of the base to facilitate placement of the body 2.
As shown in fig. 1, particularly, when the main body 2 is placed on the supporting cavity, the upper surface of the main body 2 is substantially flush with the front side surface of the base, so that the overall compactness of the product is improved, the volume of the product is reduced, and the overall aesthetic property is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the first water tank 103 is arranged at the bottom of the base 1, the first water tank 103 is detachable from the front side, the first supporting surface 104 is located above the first water tank 103, the first water tank 103 has a tank front side 1031, and the tank front side 1031 and the base front side 108 are flush with each other to constitute a part of the base front side 108. The first water tank 103 is exposed from the front side 108 of the base, so that a user can observe the water level and the water quality of the first water tank 108 conveniently.
Wherein first water tank 103 the water tank front side 1031 has water level scale mark 1032 and pull handle 1033, and pull handle 1033 sets up in water level scale mark 1032 below, and water level scale mark 1032 more makes things convenient for the user to observe the water level condition, and pull handle 1033 makes things convenient for the user to hand in order to pull out first water tank 103 from base 1 and clean or add water, and pull handle 1033 sets up and does not influence the user and observe water level scale mark 1032 and also can observe the water level condition when handheld pull handle 1033 in water level scale mark 1032 below.
A balancing weight 15 is arranged in the base 1, and the balancing weight 15 is positioned below the first water tank 103. The weight 15 increases the weight of the base 1 and reduces the occurrence of toppling. The weight of the whole base 1 is further improved by matching the first water tank 103 in a water storage state, and the whole base can be inclined to the surface and cannot be toppled randomly.
As shown in fig. 2, the back side of the base is provided with an accommodating cavity 102, the hand-held portion further comprises a handle 201 rotatably connected with the main body 2, and the handle 201 can be bent relative to the main body 2 to be placed in the accommodating cavity 102 on the back side of the base 1, so as to reduce the space occupied by the handle 201 and facilitate placement. In addition, a PCB power supply board 13 is fixed in the handle 201. The handle 201 can be folded to further reduce the overall volume, which is convenient for placing on the base 1.
Further, the base 1 further comprises an upper end face, and an upper concave cavity 112 which is communicated with the supporting cavity 111 and the accommodating cavity is arranged on the upper end face. The upper concave cavity 112 provides a placing space for placing the folding joint of the handle and the main body, so that the folding joint is prevented from protruding out of the base, and the overall consistency and the attractiveness of the product are prevented from being affected.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the base 1 further includes a left base side surface 113 and a right base side surface 114, which are opposite to each other, the left base side surface 113 and the right base side surface 114 are respectively connected to the base bottom surface 110, the front base side surface 108 and the rear base side surface 109, the base 1 is provided with the handle 101, the handle 101 includes a holding portion 1011 and a fixing portion 1012, the fixing portion 1012 of the handle 101 is respectively connected to the left base side surface 113 and the right base side surface 114, and when the holding portion is connected to the base 1, the height of the holding portion is higher than that of the holding portion after the handle 101 is lifted. The handle 101 is arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface of the base 1, namely, the handle part transversely strides in the left-right direction, so that the ironing device is more stable when being lifted, the handle part is not easy to fall off from the base 1, and the handle 101 is convenient to carry integrally.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, a check valve 7 is disposed at the water replenishing port 202 of the main body 2, and when the water supply port 5 is communicated with the water replenishing port 202, the check valve 7 is opened and water is supplied to the steam generating device by the operation of the second water pump 9.
As shown in fig. 4, a water level detector 11 for detecting a liquid level in the second water tank 11 is provided in the second water tank 11. The water level detector 10 is located at the top end of the second water tank 11, the detection end of the water level detector 10 is arranged in the second water tank 11, liquid in the second water tank 11 is lower than a specified value, the water level detector 10 outputs an electric signal to the water replenishing electrifying module 6, the water replenishing electrifying module 6 sends a signal to the base electrifying module 14, the base electrifying module 14 obtains the electric signal to start the first water pump 3, and the first water pump 3 conveys the liquid in the first water tank 103 into the second water tank 11 to implement the function of water replenishing.
