The invention also discloses a preparation method of the durable fireproof soft material, which comprises the following steps:
(1) manufacturing a mold seed;
(2) preparing a flame-retardant soft foaming material, and brushing a first layer of the foaming material on the surface of the mould seeds;
(3) brushing a second layer of the foaming material in the mould seeds, and arranging a support framework material in the mould seeds;
(4) adding a toughening material, and closing the die;
(5) opening the mold after molding;
(6) polishing, coloring and brushing a protective layer.
The invention also discloses application of the durable fireproof soft material to preparation of amusement park devices and decorations, wherein the amusement park devices and the decorations can be played interactively.
Advantageous effects
The invention discloses a durable fireproof soft material which is made of a soft foaming material and can be used for manufacturing outdoor interaction devices of theme parks, exhibition and display interaction devices and large and small artware of theme sculpture parks. The material provided by the invention is moderate in hardness, is suitable for an interaction device, avoids scratching people in the interaction operation process, is good in flame retardant effect, avoids the safety problem, and can enlarge the value of the interaction device in use. In addition, the material can be used for manufacturing artware, the cartoon shape can be customized, the cost is low, and compared with a steel die, the material is high in steel die opening speed, durable, flame-retardant and high in safety.

Example 1
The durable fireproof soft material comprises a flame-retardant soft foam material, wherein a supporting framework material and a toughening material are arranged inside the flame-retardant soft foam material, and a dye and a protective layer are coated outside the flame-retardant soft foam material.
The flame-retardant soft foaming material comprises isocyanate, polyether polyol, a foaming agent, a catalyst and a flame retardant. The foaming agent is polyurethane. The catalyst is a boron trifluoride complex. The flame retardant is resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate).
The supporting framework material is a metal material. The toughening material comprises flame-retardant gauze.
Example 2
The durable fireproof soft material in the embodiment 1 is applied to preparing flower-shaped ornaments, and the specific preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) making petal-shaped mold seeds as shown in figure 1;
(2) preparing a flame-retardant soft foaming material, and brushing a first layer of the foaming material on the surface of the mould seeds;
(3) brushing a second layer of the foaming material in the mould seeds, and arranging a support framework material in the mould seeds;
(4) adding a toughening material, and closing the die;
(5) opening the mold after molding;
(6) polishing, coloring, making mechanism effect, and finally brushing a protective layer;
(7) assembling to obtain the finished product of the flower-shaped ornament.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions.
Claims (10)
1. The durable fireproof soft material is characterized by comprising a flame-retardant soft foam material, wherein a supporting framework material and a toughening material are arranged in the flame-retardant soft foam material, and a dye and a protective layer are coated outside the flame-retardant soft foam material.
2. The durable fire-resistant flexible material of claim 1 wherein the fire-retardant flexible foam material comprises an isocyanate, a polyether polyol, a blowing agent, a catalyst, a fire retardant.
3. The durable fire resistant flexible material of claim 2 wherein said blowing agent is polyurethane.
4. The durable fire-resistant flexible material of claim 2 wherein the catalyst is a boron trifluoride complex.
5. The durable fire-resistant flexible material of claim 2 wherein the fire retardant is resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate).
6. The durable fire resistant flexible material of claim 1 wherein said supporting framework material is a metallic material.
7. The durable fire retardant flexible material of claim 1 wherein said toughening material comprises a fire retardant scrim or fiber.
8. A method of making a durable fire-resistant flexible material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) manufacturing a mold seed;
(2) preparing a flame-retardant soft foaming material, and brushing a first layer of the foaming material on the surface of the mould seeds;
(3) brushing a second layer of the foaming material in the mould seeds, and arranging a support framework material in the mould seeds;
(4) adding a toughening material, and closing the die;
(5) opening the mold after molding;
(6) polishing, coloring and brushing a protective layer.
9. Use of the durable fire-resistant flexible material according to any one of claims 1 to 7 for the production of amusement park equipment and decorations.
10. The use of claim 9, wherein the amusement park apparatus and the decoration are capable of interactive play.
