Description

Plant fiber/natural latex sponge product and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of natural latex sponge composite materials; in particular to a plant fiber/natural latex sponge product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The natural latex is derived from Hevea brasiliensis, and the prepared natural latex sponge has the advantages of porous structure, air permeability, compression fatigue resistance, rebound resilience, buffering property, low density and the like, and is widely applied to household appliances, sports goods, damping and buffering materials and the like. With the increasing demand of people on life, the requirements on the quality and the performance of the latex sponge are higher and higher. At present, the latex sponge still faces the problems of easy softening and deformation, low strength, non-renewable raw materials and the like. Therefore, the latex sponge of a single raw material is compounded, and other materials are added, so that the problems of the compounded latex are solved, and more service performances are endowed to the compounded latex sponge, and the aim of diversifying the latex sponge is fulfilled.
The plant fiber has the advantages of renewability, environmental friendliness, low cost, low density, biodegradability, abundant hydroxyl groups and the like, and is an ideal choice for obtaining the water response shape memory performance and the oil absorption performance of the composite material. However, materials composed of pure plant fibers are rarely used in the shape memory field because of their high tendency to disintegrate due to excessive hydration. Thus, the introduction of vegetable fibers into a natural latex sponge not only enhances the water-responsive shape memory and oil absorption properties of the natural latex sponge, but also allows the rubber matrix to be used as a connecting network for the vegetable fibers to avoid structural disintegration upon over-hydration.
At present, the general methods for preparing natural latex sponges are the Dunlop method and the Talalay method. The Denlupu method is mainly characterized in that natural latex is chemically foamed, added with a gelling agent for gelling treatment and poured into a mold for high-temperature shaping; the method has complicated and fussy production procedures, and mainly comprises latex matching, mechanical foaming, gelatinizing agent adding, foam rubber material injection molding, gelatinizing, vulcanizing, demolding, washing and drying. The Telab method is to inject the natural latex directly into the mold, and then to foam the latex physically by negative pressure technology and then to foam the latex by low temperature CO 2 Shaping; the model and equipment required by the tera-bud method are complex, and the investment is high, so that the method is limited in many aspects. In addition, when a reinforcing filler is added to a natural latex sponge, it is difficult for the dunlop method and the telab method to achieve a large content of the reinforcing filler while maintaining the cell structure of the natural latex sponge due to the weight and the hard-to-disperse characteristics of the filler. Therefore, a latex sponge preparation method which is low in cost, simple to operate and environment-friendly is needed.

and 6, pouring the mixed solution obtained in the step 5 into a mold, pre-freezing at-5-4 ℃ for 3-6h, then continuously freezing at-15-30 ℃ for 24-72h, finally performing hydrothermal vulcanization on the frozen mixture at 80-100 ℃ for 1-4h under water, washing and drying to obtain the plant fiber/natural latex sponge product.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the plant fiber/natural latex sponge product is prepared by the following steps: the sulfur: zinc oxide: accelerator (b): an anti-aging agent: water: a dispersing agent NF: the mass ratio of the casein to the casein is 1 to 4:1 to 5:0.5 to 2.5:0.5 to 1.5:2 to 20:0.05 to 0.2:0.5 to 3.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the plant fiber/natural latex sponge product is prepared by the following steps: the drying method comprises freeze drying, natural air drying, vacuum drying and forced air drying.
