Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the hanger flushing water tank according to the embodiment of the present invention is a double-shell structure, and is formed by an inner shell body in an outer shell body, and has an overall rectangular structure, and includes a primary sedimentation tank 12 formed by the inner shell body, and a reclaimed water tank 1 formed by the outer shell body and disposed outside the primary sedimentation tank, a quartz sand filter tank 2, an oil-water separator 3, an activated carbon filter tank 4, and a multi-stage gravity sedimentation tank 5, where the quartz sand filter tank, the oil-water separator, the activated carbon filter tank, and the multi-stage gravity sedimentation tank are disposed adjacent to each other, on one side of the primary sedimentation tank, and together with the reclaimed water tank, enclose the primary sedimentation tank inside.
As an alternative embodiment, a first filtering water storage tank 9 is arranged below the quartz sand filtering tank 2, and a water pump 8 is arranged on one side of the quartz sand filtering tank. The water pump 8 is used for pumping water in the primary sedimentation tank into the quartz sand filter tank for filtering treatment.
As an optional embodiment, the water outlet end of the oil-water separator 3 is connected to the inlet of the activated carbon filter tank 4, the second filtering water tank 10 is arranged below the activated carbon filter tank, and the water inlet end of the oil-water separator extends into the first filtering water tank, so that water in the first filtering water tank can be pumped into the first filtering water tank by the power of the pumping device, filtered and discharged into the activated carbon filter tank for treatment.
The oil-water separator 3 is a device in the prior art, can be directly obtained from an industrial-grade oil-water separator purchased in the market, and is not described.
Wherein, an overflow pipe 11 is arranged on the upper tank wall of the second filtering water storage tank 10.
As an optional embodiment, the second filtering water storage tank is arranged adjacent to the multi-stage gravity settling tank, the multi-stage gravity settling tank is adjacent to the reclaimed water tank, and overflow pipes are arranged on the inner partition plates and the upper parts of the tank walls, so that clean water flows out from the upstream to the downstream.
As an alternative embodiment, the upper end of the spreader flushing pool is provided with a fence comprising an outer fence 13 and an inner fence 14, and a passage 15 for an operator to pass is formed between the outer fence and the inner fence. The checkered plates are laid between the inner layer pool and the outer layer pool, the upper end of the outer pool is sealed, danger is prevented, and meanwhile, a working walkway is formed.
As an alternative embodiment, at least one side of the spreader flushing pool is provided with an inclined ladder 7 arranged at the inlet and outlet side of the passage formed by the fence.
In addition, the outside of rail can be provided with surrounding screen 6 or cloth curtain, shelters from the pond in the outside, forms a relative spaced apart environment, prevents the pollution to the environment of outside.
The primary sedimentation tank is used as one of main facilities for removing suspended matters in water, sedimentation is basically finished after one hour after washing, primary filtration is carried out after primary sedimentation, namely quartz sand is used as a filter medium, partial wastes in the water body are intercepted in sand bodies under a certain pressure condition, and finally the purposes of reducing the turbidity of the water body and purifying the water quality are achieved; and then carrying out oil-water separation: when the wastewater passes through a filter element of the oil-water separator, micro oil drops are intercepted by the filter element, and only water is pressed out of the container, so that the separation process of the oily wastewater is completed after reaching the standard; and then secondary filtration is carried out: and performing secondary filtration on the water body after oil-water separation by using active carbon as an adsorbate to further remove impurities. After the activated carbon filtration is finished, secondary precipitation is carried out: the long water channel of the outer tank is used as a secondary sedimentation tank, the multi-section gravity sedimentation tank is formed by separating the long water channel of the outer tank through the partition plates, particles in water are thoroughly separated by arranging the three partition plates, secondary utilization of reclaimed water is guaranteed, and finally the reclaimed water is discharged into the reclaimed water tank for later use after treatment.
