An automatic cable clamp-passing traveling system of a cable crane, wherein the cable crane comprises a main beam, two traveling end beams and a set of traction traveling system; the two ends of the main beam are hinged with the walking end beam; the two walking end beams fall on two main cables of the suspension bridge, and a plurality of cable clamps are arranged on the main cables; a plurality of travelling wheels are arranged in one travelling end beam, and the travelling wheels are used for realizing jacking and retraction through the extension and retraction of a lifting oil cylinder; the single set of traction traveling system comprises a traction winch, a traction anchoring point, a fixed pulley block, a movable pulley block and a plurality of proximity switches; the proximity switch is arranged at the bottom of the end beam, and the front and the rear of each walking wheel are respectively provided with one proximity switch. The automatic cable clamp walking device has the advantages that the position relation between the walking wheels and the cable clamp can be automatically detected, the automatic cable clamp walking of the cable crane is achieved, and the problem that the cable crane is complex in cable clamp passing operation in the past is solved.

Background
The cable crane is a special equipment applied to the erection of a suspension bridge beam section, spans over a main cable of the suspension bridge and lifts the beam section. Detailed Description
An automatic cable clamp-passing traveling system of a cable crane, as shown in fig. 1, the cable crane comprises a main beam 1, two traveling end beams 2 and a set of traction traveling system;

and step 3: the first road wheel is retracted, as shown in figure 4,

and step 9: the above steps are repeated so that all the road wheels cross the cable clamp in sequence, as shown in fig. 9.
