Abstract
The invention discloses a plate turning-moving centering-conveying device, which belongs to the technical field of plate processing and comprises a guide rail; the transplanting unit comprises a transplanting frame and a first driving assembly, wherein the transplanting frame is movably arranged on the guide rail and used for driving the transplanting frame to move relative to the guide rail; the overturning unit comprises a plurality of groups of overturning frames and second driving assemblies which are arranged at intervals, the overturning frames are arranged on the transplanting frame in an overturning way, each group of overturning frames is provided with a clamping space for clamping a plate material, and a clamping mechanism is arranged on the corresponding clamping space on each overturning frame; the second driving assembly is installed on the transplanting frame and drives the overturning rack to overturn relative to the transplanting frame. The automatic butt joint device automatically completes butt joint with a conveying line by moving the turnover mechanism, and realizes turnover, moving centering and conveying of plates; meanwhile, the movable turnover system is integrally installed on the linear rail, the servo motor is used for being matched with the speed reducer for driving, the plate can be placed in the original position after the movable turnover system is centered, and the utilization rate of the production area is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a sheet turnover-moving centering-conveying apparatus includes a guide rail 1, a transplanting unit 3, and a turnover unit 2.
The transplanting unit 3 includes a transplanting frame 31 movably disposed on the guide rail 1, and a first driving assembly for driving the transplanting frame 31 to move relative to the guide rail 1.
In this embodiment, the first driving assembly includes a first driving motor 32, a first gearbox and a toothed belt 34, an output end of the first driving motor 32 is connected with an input end of the first gearbox, an output gear 33 is arranged at an output end of the first gearbox, the toothed belt 34 is installed on the guide rail 1, and the output gear 33 is engaged with the toothed belt 34; the first gearbox is mounted on the transplanting frame 31.
The first driving motor 32 is a servo motor, and the first transmission case is a speed reducer.
In the present embodiment, the guide rail 1 is 2 sets of linear rails arranged in parallel.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the transplanting frame 31 is provided with a roller 4, and the roller 4 rolls on the guide rail 1.

In this embodiment, the second driving assembly includes a second driving motor 21 and a second gearbox 22, an output end of the second driving motor 21 is connected with an input end of the second gearbox 22, and an output end of the second gearbox 22 is matched with the connecting seat 24 through a driving shaft to drive the connecting seat 24 to rotate relative to the mounting bracket 23.
Wherein, the outer surface of one side of the connecting seat 24 opposite to the clamping frame 27 is provided with an incomplete gear; the first end of drive shaft and the output fixed connection of second gearbox 22, the second end of drive shaft extends to in the installing support 23, and the drive shaft passes through the bearing frame to be connected with installing support 23 rotation, and the second end of drive shaft is provided with drive gear 25, and drive gear 25 and incomplete gear cooperation to drive the relative installing support 23 rotation of holding frame 27.
In this embodiment, the second driving motor 21 is a servo motor, and the second gearbox 22 is a reduction gearbox.
In this embodiment, the turning frames are 4 sets, and the turning planes of the 4 sets of turning frames are parallel to the moving direction of the transplanting frame 31.

In this embodiment, the output of the second gearbox 22 is 2 power outlets.
The working process of the plate turning-moving centering-conveying device provided by the embodiment is as follows:
s1, the transplanting frame drives the overturning frame to move, 2 clamping frames on the overturning frame connect the plate into the middle clamping space of the 2 clamping frames, and the limiting sensor detects whether the plate is in place;
s2, actuating a cylinder of the clamping mechanism, and clamping the plate by the cylinder while turning over the turnover frame;
s3, moving the transplanting frame, overturning the plate after the plate is centered, placing the plate on a roller line, and moving the roller line to convey the plate to the next procedure.

the overturning unit comprises a plurality of groups of overturning frames and second driving assemblies which are arranged at intervals, the overturning frames are arranged on the transplanting frame in an overturning way, each group of overturning frames is provided with a clamping space for clamping a sheet material, and a clamping mechanism is arranged on each overturning frame corresponding to the clamping space and used for clamping the sheet material in the clamping space; the second driving assembly is installed on the transplanting frame and drives the overturning rack to overturn relative to the transplanting frame so as to overturn the plates.

The slab reversing-moving centring-conveying device according to claim 1, characterized in that said reversing frame comprises 2 oppositely arranged gripping carriages, the first ends of 2 of said gripping carriages having a certain clearance to form a gripping space; the second ends of the 2 clamping frames are fixedly connected with connecting seats, and the connecting seats are installed on the transplanting frame through installing supports; the connecting seat is rotatably connected with the mounting bracket.
5. The apparatus for turning, moving, centring and transporting slabs according to claim 4, characterised in that said gripping frame is provided with a limit sensor for detecting whether the slab has reached a preset position.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second driving assembly comprises a second driving motor and a second gearbox, the output end of the second driving motor is connected to the input end of the second gearbox, and the output end of the second gearbox is engaged with the connecting base through a driving shaft to drive the connecting base to rotate relative to the mounting bracket.
