sticking an adhesive tape, namely sticking the adhesive tape according to the line of the adhesive area drawn by the pencil;
fifthly, slightly adjusting the angle of the steel part 2 to enable the steel part to be matched with the angle of the liquid dome stainless steel angle area 1;
cleaning the adhesion surface, namely cleaning the adhesion area by using a dust collector and matching a brush head;
step seven, coating glue and installing the angle steel piece 2, extruding the glue (Bostik XPU 18411A 3/B) on the reverse side of the angle steel piece 2, and fixing the angle steel piece 2 by using a bolt and a nut 3 (the thickness of a glue layer after extrusion is about 1 mm);
step eight, waiting for glue hardening (at least 24 hours); after hardening, performing surface treatment, tearing off the adhesive tape, and removing redundant glue on the surface of the liquid dome stainless steel corner area 1;
ninth, the nut 3 is subjected to torsion and spot welding of the nut, a torque wrench is used for applying 3-5N/m of torsion on the nut 3, and then spot welding (the nut 3 and the bolt, the nut 3 and the angle steel piece 2) is completed (the temperature transmitted to the FSB during spot welding can not exceed 100 ℃)
In the first step, the bolt hole opening position FSB needs to be kept smooth, and the FSB is prevented from being torn along the edge of the irregular notch.
In the second step, the state of the screw thread of the bolt hole needs to be checked for subsequent bolt installation, and if the screw thread is damaged, tapping needs to be carried out again.
In the third step, 100% of edge glue overflow is needed after the angle steel piece 2 is adhered, and the line of the adhered area needs to exceed the size of the angle steel piece by 5-8 mm.
And in the third step and the fourth step, the used pencils and the used adhesive tapes are required to pass the GTT compatibility experiment certification.
In the fifth step, the angle between the prefabricated angle steel piece 2 and the liquid dome stainless steel angle area 1 may be mismatched, and a hammer or a specific bench clamp is required to adjust the angle so as to match the angle.
In the seventh step, enough Bostik XPU 18411 mixed glue needs to be coated on the back surface of the angle steel piece 2, and a glue gap of about 1mm is reserved when the angle steel piece 2 is fixed by bolts and nuts. The hardening time of the glue under the normal temperature (20-30 ℃) is at least 24 hours.
In the ninth step, the torque value applied to the nut 3 is 3-5N/m, spot welding is wire-added spot welding (308L welding wires are used, and the stainless steel materials involved in installation are all 304L materials), two positions are required to be completed, the spot welding temperature is controlled between the nut 3 and the angle steel piece 2 and between the nut 3 and the bolt, and the temperature transmitted to the adhesion of the stainless steel FSB in the liquid dome area cannot exceed 100 ℃.

- The method for installing the liquid dome angle steel piece of the MARK3 type liquid cargo tank containment system is characterized by comprising the following steps of:step one, shielding, adhering and perforating liquid domes; digging bolt holes covered when FSB (free space group) in the stainless steel corner area of the liquid dome are adhered;confirming the bolt hole state, and checking the screw tooth state of the bolt hole;step three, determining the adhesion size according to the size of the angle steel, and drawing an adhesion area line at the position of the outer edge of each edge of the angle steel by using a pencil;fourthly, pasting an adhesive tape on the periphery of the line of the adhesion area;fifthly, slightly adjusting the angle of the steel part to enable the angle of the steel part to be matched with the angle of the stainless steel angle area of the liquid dome;cleaning the adhesion surface;coating glue on the angle steel piece and installing the angle steel piece, applying pressure on the angle steel piece to extrude the glue, and fixing the angle steel piece by using a bolt and a nut;step eight, after the glue is hardened, carrying out surface treatment, tearing off the adhesive tape, and removing the redundant glue in the stainless steel corner area of the liquid dome;and step nine, spot welding the nut with the angle steel piece after torsion.
