Firstly, respectively installing a pouring barrel 3 and a pouring mould 6 on a first pouring frame 4 and a second pouring frame 11, pouring a prepared product into the pouring barrel 3, then pushing the first pouring frame 4 and the second pouring frame 11 into a tank, respectively connecting a first rocker 9 and a second rocker 12, then closing a sealing door 8, connecting a vacuum pump with an air vent 1, taking away the vacuum pump to close the air vent 1 after the tank is vacuumized, then starting a rotating motor 5, pouring the product into the pouring mould 6 by the pouring barrel 3 rotating around the first pouring frame 4, reversely starting the rotating motor 5, recovering the pouring barrel 3 to the original shape, opening the air vent 1 to fill air after the product in the pouring mould 6 is cooled and solidified, finally opening the sealing door 8, pushing out the first pouring frame 4 and the second pouring frame 11, changing the next batch of products, and repeating the operations.
The working principle is as follows:
when opening sealing door 8, drive first pouring frame 4 and second pouring frame 11 through first sweat 7 and second pull rod 10 respectively and rotate around first rocker 9 and second rocker 12, keep flat first pouring frame 4 and second pouring frame 11 on base platform 13, rotate motor 5 control first pouring frame 4 and rotate, and similarly, when closing sealing door 8, first sweat 7 and second pull rod 10 push away first pouring frame 4 and second pouring frame 11 highest position respectively.
