The actual operation process is very simple and easy, and the device is placed on the plywood to be polished, so that the universal rolling wheels 25 are in contact with the upper surface of the plywood; then, the driving motor 19 is started, and the main shaft of the driving motor 19 drives the plane grinding unpowered full-angle dust collecting device 1 to rotate; the chips generated by the friction of the strip-shaped detachable grinding block 8 and the plywood are suspended in the space covered by the telescopic compensation type bottom dust collecting ring 40 and enter the telescopic compensation type bottom dust collecting ring 40 under the flaring of the unpowered air blowing pieces 9; the dust in the expansion compensation type bottom dust collecting ring 40 enters the dust collecting box body 33 through the dust collecting elbow pipe 32 and is mixed with the dust dissolving mixed liquid 34 in the dust collecting box body 33, and the air in the dust collecting box body 33 can be discharged through the cover plate ventilation micropore 39; the sanding area can be moved by pushing the hand-held handle 23 during sanding.
