Referring to fig. 1-3, a mechanical slat type gas clamp according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below. The mechanical batten type inflatable chuck can stably clamp cylindrical workpieces. The inflation clip comprises a barrel 10, a drive member 20 and at least two clamping members 30.
The cylinder 10 forms a cavity 101 along the axial direction thereof, and the side wall of the cylinder 10 forms at least two through holes 103. At least two through holes are distributed on the cylinder 10 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cylinder 10.
The transmission member 20 comprises a horizontal moving member 21 and at least two vertical moving members 22. Horizontal moving member 21 is set up movably in along the horizontal direction cavity 101, vertical moving member 22 is set up movably in through-hole 103, vertical moving member 22 with horizontal moving member 21 contradicts each other, just horizontal moving member with the one end that vertical moving member 22 contradicts is the slope form. When the horizontal moving member 21 is pushed and moves in the horizontal direction in the cavity 101, the horizontal moving member 21 can drive the vertical member to move 22 through the inclined surface of the horizontal moving member, and the through hole 103 moves in the vertical direction.
The clamping piece 30 is correspondingly arranged at one end of the vertical moving piece 22 far away from the horizontal moving piece 21, the clamping piece 30 is in a circular arc shape, and the central angle corresponding to the clamping piece 30 is greater than 30 degrees. The horizontal moving member 21 drives the clamping member 30 to move in the through hole 103. When at least two clamping pieces 30 move towards the side far away from the cylinder 10 to clamp the cylindrical workpiece, the clamping pieces 30 are arc-shaped, so that the contact area between the clamping pieces 30 and the inner wall of the cylindrical workpiece can be increased, and the cylindrical workpiece can be stably clamped on the clamping pieces 30. In addition, since the contact area between the clamp 30 and the cylindrical workpiece is increased, the clamp 30 does not cause the cylindrical workpiece to be deformed when clamping the cylindrical workpiece, and the cylindrical workpiece can be protected more.
The vertical moving piece 22 and the horizontal moving piece 21 are matched, so that the clamping force of the at least two clamping pieces 30 on the cylindrical workpiece can be ensured, and the condition of uneven stress does not exist.
The through holes 103 are implemented in six, and six through holes 103 are distributed in the cylinder 10 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cylinder 10. The corresponding vertical moving member 22 and clamping member 30 are also implemented in six. The adoption of six clamping pieces 30 can ensure that the inner wall of the cylindrical workpiece is clamped in all aspects, and further improve the stability of the cylindrical workpiece when being clamped.
The clamping member 30 is detachably provided to the vertical moving member 22. By changing the size of the clamping piece 30, the inflatable clamp can clamp cylindrical workpieces with different inner diameters.
The inflation clamp further includes a bolt. The bolt penetrates through the clamping piece 30 and is in threaded connection with the vertical moving piece 22. The clamping member 30 is detachably fixed to the vertical moving member 22 by means of a screw coupling.
Preferably, the bolt is a countersunk bolt, and when the clamping member 30 contacts with the inner wall of the cylindrical workpiece, the bolt does not contact with the cylindrical workpiece, so that the protection performance of the cylindrical workpiece is improved.
The clamping member 30 comprises an aluminium alloy plate 31 and at least one flexible pad 32. The aluminum alloy plate 31 is provided to the vertical moving member 22, and the flexible mat 32 is provided to a side of the aluminum alloy plate 31 remote from the vertical moving member 22. When the clamping member 30 clamps the cylindrical workpiece, the aluminum alloy plate 31 contacts the cylindrical workpiece through the flexible pad 32, so that the protection performance of the cylindrical workpiece can be further improved, and the deformation of the cylindrical workpiece can be prevented.
It should be noted that, because the flexible pad 32 can deform, when the inner diameter of the cylindrical workpiece changes to a smaller extent, the flexible pad 32 can deform to adapt to the change of the inner diameter of the cylindrical workpiece, so as to ensure that the pneumatic chuck can adapt to more cylindrical workpieces.
The flexible pad 32 may in particular be embodied as a rubber pad.
The cartridge 10 further comprises a baffle 11. The baffle 11 is arranged at one end of the cavity 101, the baffle 11 is used for blocking the piston from moving out of the cavity 101, an air inlet 102 is arranged at the other end of the cavity 101, and the air inlet 102 is communicated with the cavity 101.
The horizontal displacement member 21 is embodied as a piston. The piston is adapted to the chamber 101, and can form a seal in the chamber 101, thereby dividing the chamber 101 into two air chambers. The plenum near the inlet 102 is defined as an inlet chamber 104 and the plenum near the baffle 11 is defined as an outlet chamber 105. Therefore, when external high-pressure gas enters the gas inlet chamber 104, the high-pressure gas pushes the piston, so that the gas outlet chamber 105 is compressed, the piston can be displaced in the horizontal direction in the cavity 101, and the clamping member 30 can be driven to clamp and fix the cylindrical workpiece. The piston is adopted to move in the cavity 101, so that the problem that the traditional air bag is easy to leak air after being repeatedly used can be solved, and the service life of the pneumatic chuck is prolonged.
The baffle plate 11 is provided with at least one ventilation hole 1101, when the piston moves towards the baffle plate 11, gas between the piston and the baffle plate 11 is difficult to discharge and has resistance, and at the moment, the gas can be discharged through the ventilation hole 1101, so that the resistance of the piston moving in the cavity 101 is reduced.
The piston is provided with an annular groove along the circumferential direction. The pneumatic cartridge further includes at least one seal 50. The sealing member 50 is disposed in the annular groove, and when the piston is located in the chamber 101, the sealing member 50 is pressed and deformed, thereby improving sealability between the piston and the chamber, and when the chamber 101 is filled with gas, the piston can be stably pushed by high-pressure gas.
The seal 50 may be implemented as a sealing ring.
The key block of the existing inflatable shaft can only be pushed by the air bag and extruded out of the surface of the inflatable shaft, and the purpose that the key block contracts on the inflatable shaft cannot be achieved. The cylindrical workpiece is clamped by the key block from the inside, and when the key block protrudes out of the air inflation shaft and is clamped, the cylindrical workpiece is difficult to take down from the air inflation shaft, so that inconvenience is brought to production.
The pneumatic chuck further includes a reset mechanism 40. The restoring structure 40 includes an elastic member 41, at least two connecting members 42, and at least two sliding rails 43. The elastic member 41 is disposed between the piston and the baffle. One end of the elastic member 41 abuts against the piston, and the other end of the elastic member 41 abuts against the baffle 11. When high-pressure gas enters the inlet chamber 104 from the inlet 102, the high-pressure gas pushes the piston to move, so that the outlet chamber 105 is compressed, and at the same time, the elastic member 41 is also compressed. The piston pushes the vertical moving part 22 to move towards the direction far away from the cavity 101 through the inclined surface of the piston, so that the clamping part 30 can clamp the cylindrical workpiece, and the purpose of clamping the cylindrical workpiece is achieved. At least two slide rails 43 are disposed on the inclined surface of the piston corresponding to the vertical moving member 22, so that the vertical moving member 22 moves on the inclined surface of the piston through the slide rails 43. The connecting member 42 is disposed at one end of the vertical moving member 22 close to the slide rail 43, and can make the vertical moving member 22 and the slide rail 43 continuously fit. Therefore, when the high-pressure gas in the cavity 101 disappears, the elastic element 41 will push the piston to reset, and since the vertical moving element 22 and the slide rail 43 are attached to each other, the vertical moving element 22 can move toward the direction close to the cavity 101 quickly, and the vertical moving element 22 drives the clamping element 30 to reset quickly. Therefore, when the high-pressure gas in the cavity 101 disappears, the clamping piece 30 can retract rapidly to stop clamping the cylindrical workpiece, so as to achieve the purpose of rapidly assembling and disassembling the cylindrical workpiece.
The elastic member 41 may be implemented as a spring.
Preferably, the connecting member 42 is implemented as a magnet, and the slide rail 43 has magnetism. The magnet is embedded inside the vertical moving member 22. The vertical moving member 22 is adsorbed on the slide rail 43 through a magnet, so that the vertical moving member 22 and the slide rail 43 can be attached to each other. The vertical moving part 22 is attracted to the piston by a magnet, so that the moving action of the vertical moving part 22 in the vertical direction is not influenced. In addition, the structure does not need to additionally process the two, thereby being convenient for production.
Correspondingly, the connecting piece 42 and the sliding rail 43 can also be matched in a T-shaped shape so as to achieve the purpose of connecting the vertical moving piece and the sliding rail 43. For example, a T-shaped groove is formed in the slide rail 43, and the connecting member 42 and the T-shaped groove are adapted to slide relative to each other without being displaced in the vertical direction.
In addition, the sliding rail 43 may be implemented as an iron plate, and a wear-resistant smooth chromium layer is plated on the outer surface of the sliding rail 43. Therefore, the vertical moving member 22 can repeatedly move on the slide rail 43, and the friction force of the vertical moving member 22 moving on the slide rail 43 is small, which is beneficial to the vertical moving member 22 moving up and down.
Preferably, the slide rail 43 is embedded in the piston, so that the space for the vertical moving part 22 to move in the cavity 101 can be increased.
The slide rail 43 is detachably provided to the piston. When the slide rail 43 is worn, the slide rail 43 is convenient to detach and replace.
The reduction structure 40 further includes at least two screws 44. The screw 44 penetrates the slide rail 43 and is screwed to the piston, thereby detachably fixing the slide rail 43 to the piston.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. The advantages of the present invention have been fully and effectively realized. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.
