When the inside of filter 1 needs to be cleaned, two slag discharge ports 132 and a washing water outlet 102 are opened, two juice outlets 131 and a filtrate outlet 101 are closed, high-pressure washing water is introduced into a dispersion plate 3 through a water inlet pipe 12, meanwhile, the dispersion plate is driven to rotate by power, the washing water is thrown out under the centrifugal action, a water curtain is formed, under the action of a first brush rod 5 and a second brush rod 7, impurities on a baffle 6 and each layer of filter plate 2 can be rapidly cleaned, the filter plate 2 is prevented from being blocked by the impurities, the filtering efficiency is prevented from being influenced, and more water can be prevented from being remained on the cleaning rear baffle 6 and the filter plate 2. One part of washing wastewater is discharged through the washing water outlet 102, the other part of washing wastewater enters the cavity in the middle of the extrusion device after passing through the filter residue outlet 102 and the through hole, then the pressing plate moves left and right, filter residues attached to the top, the bottom and the side wall of the extrusion device are continuously scraped, the washing wastewater is pushed to the two slag discharging ports and is discharged through the two slag discharging ports.
As shown in fig. 1, a high pressure nozzle may be disposed at the top of the filter or the top of the sidewall of the filter, and the high pressure nozzle faces the outer sidewall of the dispersion plate, when the inside of the filter needs to be cleaned, the dispersion plate is driven by power to rotate, the high pressure nozzle sprays water to the dispersion plate, and the dispersion plate can clean different positions of the dispersion plate during the rotation process.
In order to prevent the filter screen 14 from being blocked, a high-pressure spray head (which is separated from the filter screen by a certain distance and prevents juice from flowing to the spray head) can be respectively arranged on the inner side walls of the two side walls which are arranged on the extrusion device at intervals along the length direction of the extrusion device, two waste water outlets are arranged at the bottom of the extrusion device, and the two filter screens are respectively positioned between the waste water outlets and the residue discharge ports, namely, one waste water outlet is arranged on the left side of the left filter screen, one waste water outlet is arranged on the right side of the right filter screen, when the two filter screens need to be cleaned, the two residue discharge ports and the two waste water outlets are opened, the two juice outlets 131 are closed, water is sprayed to the two filter screens, and washing waste water flows into the two residue discharge ports and the two waste water outlets and is discharged through the two residue discharge ports and the two waste water outlets. The fruit wine fermentation after-filtering device provided by the scheme is suitable for filtering fermentate in the fruit wine preparation process such as mulberry wine and grape wine.
In order to effectively accelerate the filtering speed of the liquid medicine, the technical scheme can further comprise the following technical details so as to better realize the technical effects:
the fermentation product is pumped into the filter 1 through the pressure pump, and simultaneously/or a closed pressure maintaining valve is arranged on a fermentation product inlet or a fermentation product leading-in pipe 8, a pressure detection meter is arranged at the top of the filter 1, an air inlet pipe is arranged above the baffle 6 on the side wall of the filter 1, the pressure pump is arranged on the air inlet pipe, high-pressure nitrogen is introduced into the filter 1 through the air inlet pipe, a lower pressure meter and an automatic exhaust valve are arranged at the lower part of the filter 1, the lower pressure meter is arranged above the automatic exhaust valve, the automatic exhaust valve is arranged below the automatic exhaust valve, and the filtrate outlet 101 and the washing water outlet 102 are both arranged below the automatic exhaust valve.
When the device is used, the fermented product is introduced into the filter 1 through the fermented product inlet or the fermented product introducing pipe 8, the dispersion plate 3 and the rotating shaft 4 are rotated, nitrogen is added into the filter 1 through the pressure pump to pressurize the fermented product to be filtered, the upper pressure and the lower pressure in the filter 1 are respectively controlled by controlling the upper pressure detection meter, the lower pressure detection meter and the automatic exhaust valve, so that part of the fermented product passes through the filter plate 2 to complete the accelerated filtration of the fermented product, and finally the fermented product is collected through the filtrate outlet 101. In the process, the fermentation product is pressurized by using nitrogen, so that the filtering speed of the fermentation product can be effectively accelerated, the filtering period of the fermentation product is reduced, and the phenomenon that the fermentation product stays on the filter plate 2 for too long time and adheres to the filter plate 2 is avoided.

Claims (10)

1. Filter equipment behind fruit wine fermentation, its characterized in that includes:
the top of the filter is provided with a fermented product inlet, the bottom of the filter is provided with at least one filter residue outlet, and the lower part of the filter is provided with a filtrate outlet;
the filter comprises a plurality of filter plates, a filter body and a filter core, wherein the filter plates are arranged in the filter at intervals along the vertical direction, the pore diameter of each filter plate is gradually reduced from the top to the bottom, each filter plate is provided with at least one opening, and each opening is opposite to at least one filter residue outlet;
the dispersion plate is positioned in the filter, is positioned above the plurality of filter plates, and is separated from the topmost filter plate and the inner side wall of the filter by a certain distance;
the rotating shaft vertically penetrates through the plurality of filter plates, is rotatably connected with each filter plate and is fixedly connected with the dispersion plate, and the dispersion plate and the rotating shaft rotate under the driving of power;
the first brush rods are fixed on the rotating shaft, and at least one first brush rod is arranged above each filter plate;
at least one encloses the fender, and it equals with the quantity of filter residue export, and the one-to-one, encloses the fender and fixes the bottom at the filter, and encloses the filter residue export rather than corresponding, and the filtration pore on the filter plate of bottommost all is all not relative with each inside of enclosing the fender, and the filtrating export is not linked together with enclosing the fender, encloses the height that highly is higher than the filtrating export of fender.

The post-fermentation filter device for fruit wine according to claim 1, wherein the filter is cylindrical, the top-most filter plate is hollow, the top of the filter plate is open, the diameter of the top of the filter plate is larger than that of the bottom of the filter plate, the other filter plates are circular and horizontally arranged, the dispersion plate, the plurality of filter plates and the rotating shaft are coaxially arranged with the filter, the outer edges of the plurality of filter plates are fixed with the inner side wall of the filter and are in seamless connection, the openings on the filter plates extend from the edges of the corresponding filter plates to the center to be close to the rotating shaft, and the vertical projection of the dispersion plate is partially overlapped with the vertical projection of the side wall of the top-most filter plate.

The post-fermentation filter device for fruit wine according to claim 2, wherein the bottom of the filter is provided with a residue outlet, each filter plate is provided with an opening, each filter plate is provided with a first brush rod, each first brush rod is attached to the corresponding filter plate, the top of the enclosure is connected with the bottommost filter plate and encloses the opening on the bottommost filter plate.
4. The wine post-fermentation filtration device of claim 3, further comprising:
the baffle is arranged between the first brush rod at the topmost part and the dispersion plate, is fixed on the inner side wall of the filter, and is separated from the first brush rod at the topmost part and the dispersion plate by a certain distance, and the vertical projection of the opening at the topmost part is positioned in the vertical projection of the baffle;
and the at least one second brush rod is fixed on the rotating shaft, is positioned between the baffle and the dispersion plate and is separated from the dispersion plate by a certain distance, and the baffle does not limit the rotation of the dispersion plate, the first brush rod at the top part, the second brush rod and the rotating shaft.
5. The fruit wine post-fermentation filtering device of claim 4, wherein the number of the second brush bar is one, and the second brush bar has the same shape as the first brush bar at the top and is attached to the baffle.
