一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.常温下,将去离子水投入搅拌锅内,开启搅拌机,转速40-60r/min,依次缓慢投入红石榴果提取物、透明质酸钠、金银花提取物和海藻萃取物,搅拌至均质;
S2.升温至40-50℃,依次加入水杨酸酯及其衍生物、肉桂酸酯类和熊果甘,继续搅拌,转速60-80r/min,搅拌均匀后,保温30min;
S3.保温结束后,边搅拌边降温,当降温至室温后加入红没药醇、绣线菊提取物、西番莲萃取物和营养补充剂,继续搅拌,直至均质,之后冲入二氧化碳气体,加压状态10-20min;
S4.排出二氧化碳气体,加入胜肽和茶多酚,继续搅拌至均质状态;
S5.进行检验,检验合格后过滤出料,封存备用。
优选的,S2中,保温状态的溶液采用超声波处理,超声波的频率为200-400KHz,时间为10-20min。
优选的,S2中,采用热辐射辅助加热,电磁波波长200-800μm。
优选的,S5中,采用多层微孔滤纸组成的过滤器进行过滤,滤纸孔径逐渐减小到0.3μm。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明通过添加水杨酸酯及其衍生物、肉桂酸酯类、熊果甘、红石榴果提取物、透明质酸钠、金银花提取物和海藻萃取物等保湿补水因子,辅以营养补充剂,隔离紫外线,修复改善皮肤活性,补充肌肤营养,令肌肤更显透亮、白润,展现柔滑细腻、白皙亮泽之肌肤。
2、从细胞根本上改善皮肤内质,使皮肤的活性、弹性光泽、柔软程度明显得到改善,使细小皱纹得到舒展,护肤功效显著,防晒和保湿以及提亮效果显著,产品质量稳定。
3、采用植物提取物的防晒成分,减轻防晒剂对皮肤的刺激作用,而且加入抗敏剂,缓和皮肤的不适。
4、制备工艺中采用了热辐射辅助和超声波处理工艺,大大增强了其中活性成分的活力,提升了化妆品的使用效率和实际效果。

实施例1:
一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合,以重量份计,由以下原料组成:水杨酸酯及其衍生物1份、肉桂酸酯类5份、熊果甘3份、红石榴果提取物8份、透明质酸钠1份、金银花提取物6份、海藻萃取物2份、红没药醇5份、绣线菊提取物1份、西番莲萃取物8份、营养补充剂4份、胜肽0.8份、茶多酚0.2份和去离子水60份。
其中,营养补充剂为重量比为1:3的丝肽和金花茶提取物的混合物。
实施例2:
一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合,以重量份计,由以下原料组成:水杨酸酯及其衍生物3份、肉桂酸酯类4份、熊果甘5份、红石榴果提取物5份、透明质酸钠3份、金银花提取物4份、海藻萃取物3份、红没药醇3份、绣线菊提取物3份、西番莲萃取物6份、营养补充剂7份、胜肽0.6份、茶多酚0.4份和去离子水50份。
其中,营养补充剂为重量比为1:4的丝肽和金花茶提取物的混合物。
实施例3:
一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合,以重量份计,由以下原料组成:水杨酸酯及其衍生物5份、肉桂酸酯类2份、熊果甘6份、红石榴果提取物2份、透明质酸钠5份、金银花提取物2份、海藻萃取物4份、红没药醇1份、绣线菊提取物5份、西番莲萃取物3份、营养补充剂10份、胜肽0.3份、茶多酚0.5份和去离子水40份。
其中,营养补充剂为重量比为1:5的丝肽和金花茶提取物的混合物。
实施例1-3中一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.常温下,将去离子水投入搅拌锅内,开启搅拌机,转速40r/min,依次缓慢投入红石榴果提取物、透明质酸钠、金银花提取物和海藻萃取物,搅拌至均质;
S2.升温至45℃,依次加入水杨酸酯及其衍生物、肉桂酸酯类和熊果甘,继续搅拌,转速60r/min,搅拌均匀后,保温30min;
S3.保温结束后,边搅拌边降温,当降温至室温后加入红没药醇、绣线菊提取物、西番莲萃取物和营养补充剂,继续搅拌,直至均质,之后冲入二氧化碳气体,加压状态15min;
S4.排出二氧化碳气体,加入胜肽和茶多酚,继续搅拌至均质状态;
S5.进行检验,检验合格后过滤出料,封存备用。
为了提升制备效果,S2中,保温状态的溶液采用超声波处理,超声波的频率为200-400KHz,时间为10-20min,在超声波的作用下,分子运动速率加快,同时促使小液滴产生内循环,使各种物质均质的更加彻底,分子分散度更高。
S2中,采用热辐射辅助加热,电磁波波长200-800μm,电磁辐射传热不但可以提供加热,还能从内部促使分子运动加快、活性增强,进而调高均质效率。
S5中,采用多层微孔滤纸组成的过滤器进行过滤,滤纸孔径逐渐减小到0.3μm,分级过滤,过滤效果更彻底。
实验例一
安全性与毒理性实验
实验1:将实验鼠分为三组,每组10只,将实施例1-3制得的柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合涂抹至实验鼠全身,每天两次,每次使柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合至少保持在实验鼠身上十分钟以上,连续实验10天,观察实验鼠实验部位表面是否有异常或异常情况。
实验2:将实验鼠分为三组,每组10只,将实施例1-3制得的柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合给实验鼠灌胃,每三天一次,连续实验三次,观察实验鼠是否有不良反应或死亡。结果如表1所示。

由表1实验数据可知,本发明制备的柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合对实验动物均未有明显的不良影响,因此认定本发明没有不良反应或不良反应微弱。
实验例二
对实施例1-3的柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合做一些性能指标测试,其测试结果如下:
1外观:白色流动性细腻膏体。
2香型:植物清香。
3粘度8000-10000mpa.s(25℃,3#,12r/min)。
4耐寒稳定性考察(48℃X24h):合格。
5耐寒稳定性考察(-15℃X24h):合格。
实验例三
对比例1
紫外线吸光度实验:
对比例1
DIOR迪奥雪晶灵系列亮肤防晒妆前乳。
选取18-40岁之间的志愿者30人,每人在其手背左右随机3个区域,均匀涂抹3cmX3cm范围的实施例1、实施例2、实施例3;另一手臂随机2个区域,均匀涂抹3cmX3cm范围普通的没有防晒效果的霜(安慰剂)和对比例1;为保证产品的充分吸收,涂抹半小时后进行紫外吸光度的检测,检测工具为上海悦析仪器的CHK-26813紫外可见分光光度计,检测结果求平均值。结果如表2所示。

根据《紫外线吸光度法》中的防晒效果综合评价表,吸光度(值)在0.5-1.0之间是最小防护紫外光效果,1.1-1.5之间是中等防护紫外光效果,1.6-2.0是高效防护紫外线照射,2.1以上是完全防护紫外线照射。
经过对比可知,本发明制备的柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合的防晒效果达到高效防护级别,其防晒效果已经达到或超过现有一线同类产品的防晒效果。

1.一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:水杨酸酯及其衍生物、肉桂酸酯类、熊果甘、红石榴果提取物、透明质酸钠、金银花提取物、海藻萃取物、红没药醇、绣线菊提取物、西番莲萃取物、营养补充剂、胜肽、茶多酚和去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合,其特征在于,营养补充剂为重量比为1:(2-5)的丝肽和金花茶提取物的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合,其特征在于,以重量份计,由以下原料组成:水杨酸酯及其衍生物1-5份、肉桂酸酯类2-5份、熊果甘3-6份、红石榴果提取物2-8份、透明质酸钠1-5份、金银花提取物2-6份、海藻萃取物2-4份、红没药醇1-5份、绣线菊提取物1-5份、西番莲萃取物3-8份、营养补充剂4-10份、胜肽0.3-0.8份、茶多酚0.2-0.5份和去离子水40-60份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合,其特征在于,以重量份计,由以下原料组成:水杨酸酯及其衍生物3份、肉桂酸酯类4份、熊果甘5份、红石榴果提取物5份、透明质酸钠3份、金银花提取物4份、海藻萃取物3份、红没药醇3份、绣线菊提取物3份、西番莲萃取物6份、营养补充剂7份、胜肽0.6份、茶多酚0.4份和去离子水50份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合,其特征在于,红石榴果提取物、金银花提取物、海藻萃取物、绣线菊提取物和西番莲萃取物为植物的醇提取物。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.常温下,将去离子水投入搅拌锅内,开启搅拌机,转速40-60r/min,依次缓慢投入红石榴果提取物、透明质酸钠、金银花提取物和海藻萃取物,搅拌至均质;
S2.升温至40-50℃,依次加入水杨酸酯及其衍生物、肉桂酸酯类和熊果甘,继续搅拌,转速60-80r/min,搅拌均匀后,保温30min;
S3.保温结束后,边搅拌边降温,当降温至室温后加入红没药醇、绣线菊提取物、西番莲萃取物和营养补充剂,继续搅拌,直至均质,之后冲入二氧化碳气体,加压状态10-20min;
S4.排出二氧化碳气体,加入胜肽和茶多酚,继续搅拌至均质状态;
S5.进行检验,检验合格后过滤出料,封存备用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种柔光提亮、防晒保湿的外用护肤组合的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,保温状态的溶液采用超声波处理,超声波的频率为200-400KHz,时间为10-20min。
