The inner walls of the left end and the right end of the seat plate 5 are respectively connected with handrails 17 in a sliding manner, the lower end of the outer side surface of the swing rod 14 is respectively hinged with a second connecting rod 16 inclined towards the front side of the upper end, and the other end of the second connecting rod 16 is respectively hinged on the corresponding handrail 17.
