The tibiofibula external fixator comprises a fixing ring for fixing at the metaphysis of a patient, a supporting rod connected with the fixing ring, an auxiliary rod for keeping a fixed angle, and a universal joint for fixing the auxiliary rod; the fixing ring is characterized in that a sliding structure capable of adjusting a fixing angle after operation is arranged on the fixing ring; a first connecting rod is arranged in the sliding structure, and a first universal joint is arranged on the first connecting rod; the supporting rod is connected with the first connecting rod through a first universal joint; set up the regulation structure that can adjust the bracing piece length and adjust back locking in the bracing piece, the both ends of auxiliary rod are connected solid fixed ring and bracing piece through universal joint two respectively.
2. The external tibiofibular fixation instrument of claim 1, wherein the sliding structure provided on the securing ring includes a sliding groove provided on the securing ring; the sliding groove is consistent with the shape of the fixing ring, and a fixing plate is arranged in the sliding groove; the fixing ring is U-shaped or C-shaped.
3. The external tibiofibular fixation instrument of claim 2, wherein said first connecting rod is a threaded rod and disposed in the sliding channel, and a first end and a second end of the connecting rod are provided with locking nuts.
4. The external tibiofibular fixation instrument of claim 3, wherein said fixation ring is connected to the support rod by a universal joint provided on the first connecting rod.

The tibiofibular external fixation instrument of claim 4, wherein said support bar comprises: the first support rod and the second support rod; the first support rod is internally provided with a first accommodating cavity for accommodating a second support rod, the first end of the first support rod is connected with the fixing ring, the second end of the first support rod is connected with the second support rod, and the first end of the second support rod is provided with an anti-falling interlayer; the adjusting structure is arranged at the second end of the first supporting rod.

The tibiofibular external fixation instrument of claim 1, wherein said adjustment structure comprises: the adjusting component, the cam deflector rod and the fixed pressing block are arranged on the cam deflector rod; a limiting bulge is arranged in the accommodating cavity of the first supporting rod, and a limiting groove is arranged on the outer wall of the second supporting rod; an open slot communicated with the first supporting rod is arranged on the adjusting component; a connecting hole is arranged in the open slot; connecting shafts are arranged on two sides of the cam deflector rod and connected with the connecting holes, and the cam deflector rod rotates through the connecting shafts; the fixed pressing block is arranged below the cam shifting lever.

The tibiofibular external fixation instrument of claim 1, wherein said adjustment structure comprises: a length adjusting rod and an adjusting rotating shaft; a first accommodating cavity is formed in the first supporting rod, and a first threaded section is formed in the first accommodating cavity; a second accommodating cavity is formed in the second supporting rod, and a second threaded section is formed in the second accommodating cavity; the adjusting rotating shaft is arranged at the second end of the first supporting rod; a third threaded section is arranged on the inner wall of the adjusting rotating shaft; the first support rod is connected with the second support rod through the length adjusting rod, the first end of the length adjusting rod extends into the first accommodating cavity, and the second end of the length adjusting rod extends into the second accommodating cavity.

The tibiofibula external fixation instrument as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first end and the second end of the fixing ring are respectively provided with a second connecting rod, and are fixed by a locking nut, the second connecting rod is provided with a second universal joint, the second end of the second supporting rod is provided with a third universal joint, the first end of the auxiliary rod is connected with the second universal joint, and the second end of the auxiliary rod is connected with the third universal joint.

The tibiofibula external fixation instrument as recited in claim 8, wherein said auxiliary rod is divided into a first auxiliary rod and a second auxiliary rod, and is connected to a second universal joint and a third universal joint on the second two connecting rods; and the first auxiliary rod and the second auxiliary rod are provided with pre-bending radians.

The external tibiofibula fixation instrument as claimed in any one of claims 1-9, wherein the first support rod is further provided with a four-way joint; the universal joint I, the universal joint II, the universal joint III and the universal joint IV have the same structure and respectively comprise a connecting assembly, a clamping assembly, a limiting assembly and a locking bolt; the connecting component is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole which are longitudinally and horizontally communicated, and the connecting component can slide along the supporting rod and the connecting rod through the first through hole; the limiting assembly is in threaded connection with the connecting assembly, and after the position of the connecting assembly is determined, the limiting assembly is screwed to realize limiting and fixing of the connecting assembly; a third through hole with the same size as the second through hole is formed in the clamping assembly; a clamping groove is formed in the clamping component; the diameter of the first through hole formed in the first universal joint connecting assembly and the diameter of the second through hole formed in the second universal joint connecting assembly are smaller than the diameter of the first through hole formed in the third universal joint connecting assembly and the diameter of the first through hole formed in the fourth universal joint connecting assembly, and the diameter of the first through hole formed in the first universal joint connecting assembly and the diameter of the second through hole formed in the second universal joint connecting assembly are the same as the outer diameters of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod.
