Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the right cutting part and the left cutting part are optimized cervical posterior longitudinal ligament incision knives, and are integrated on the same instrument, so that the problem of frequent replacement of the instrument in the operation process is reduced.
2. The full advantages of the right cutting part are kept, the space around the scalpel is enlarged by the right triangular knife after the right cutting knife enters the tissue, and the right triangular knife is particularly suitable for cutting ligaments from the upper and two sides; the length of the right three-edged knife is 10mm, so that the cutting angle of the ligament is increased, and the risk of damaging the dura mater is reduced. In the cutting process, the left cutting portion 4 is preferably cut. However, when a portion to be pulled comes, the right cutting portion 5 may be switched to pull in consideration of turning direction. If the operation needs to be switched, the doctor only needs to rotate the hand-held handle, uses the right cutting part 5 to perform the operation, hooks and pulls open the tissue by using the right connecting rod 53, and exposes the operation visual field, thereby facilitating the operation. By using the instrument, a doctor can smoothly incise the posterior longitudinal ligament without damaging adjacent tissues around the incision, and the surgical risk can be obviously reduced.
