Description

Medical anastomosis device and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a medical anastomosis device and application thereof.
Background
Currently, there are four types of intestinal anastomosis techniques in use worldwide, namely manual suturing, rotary cutting stapler, linear cutting stapler techniques and mechanical locking techniques. The manual suture anastomosis has a plurality of defects, which not only can cause complications such as anastomotic leakage, bleeding, stenosis, anastomotic inflammation and the like, but also is difficult to determine the repair level of the anastomotic. Compared with manual suturing, the rotary cutting anastomat is relatively simple to operate, the anastomosis time can be shortened, but when two intestine sections are anastomosed, if end-to-end anastomosis is selected, a cut is made near an anastomosis opening, and the operation time and the probability of infection are possibly increased; if an end-to-end anastomosis is selected, a closure device is required to close the severed end. In addition, rotary cutting staplers need to release more paraintestinal adipose tissue and mesentery to ensure adequate bowel tube for anastomosis. The straight line cutting stapler method is simple to operate, but the method may also result in dead end formation. The principle of the mechanical locking technology is that the two ends of the severed intestine are fixed on an intestinal anastomosis ring by fine thread suture, and the anastomosis ring is mechanically locked so as to achieve the purpose of anastomosis. The application is wide in clinical practice, can be used for various end-to-end anastomoses among gastrointestinal tracts, small intestines and large intestines, and accords with the normal physiological structure of human. Therefore, the intestinal anastomosis ring has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, small side injury and few complications.
The anastomotic devices used in the existing mechanical locking techniques have the following problems: firstly, the intestinal tract locking effect is poor, the backspacing phenomenon is easy to occur, and the connection healing of the intestinal tract is influenced; secondly, the degradation effect is not good, the retention time of the anastomotic device in the body is long or too short, and the intestinal tract postoperative recovery is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a medical anastomosis device and application thereof, which are used for solving the technical problems of poor intestinal locking effect and slow degradation of the conventional medical anastomosis device.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a medical anastomosis device comprises a first annular member and a second annular member, wherein the first annular member and the second annular member are both hollow structures, and are mutually connected through one side of the hollow structures, and the first annular member and the second annular member are relatively and fixedly connected in the axial direction through an axial locking member; the first annular member and the second annular member are also fixedly connected relative to each other in the circumferential direction of rotation by a circumferential locking member.
The design idea of the technical scheme is that the existing medical anastomosis device generally only has an axial locking member to prevent the left part and the right part of the anastomosis device from falling out, but the anastomosis device still has the condition that the annular members of the left part and the right part rotate along the circumferential direction under the condition that the intestinal tract naturally moves or external force exists, the condition can cause the fracture surface of the intestinal tract to be incapable of healing and connecting, and even can cause the phenomenon that the anastomosis device retreats, thereby causing major accidents; therefore, the circumferential locking member is added on the basis of the existing medical anastomosis device, the circumferential relative fixed connection between the first annular member and the second annular member is realized, the relative rotational displacement between the first annular member and the second annular member is avoided, the rollback of the intestinal connection part is further prevented, and the potential safety hazard is solved.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution:
the first annular member and the second annular member are both hollow circular truncated cone-shaped structures and are connected with each other through one side of the upper bottom surface of each circular truncated cone-shaped structure. The anastomotic device with the structure can not influence the normal work of the intestinal tract, and is favorable for the recovery of patients.
The axial locking component comprises a plurality of bosses arranged on the outer surface of the first annular component and grooves arranged on the inner surface of the second annular component, and the positions of the grooves and the bosses correspond and the number of the grooves and the bosses are the same; the boss can be embedded into the groove and can move in the groove along the circumferential direction, and the boss is limited by the groove when moving to one side of the groove, so that the boss cannot move along the axial direction. Compared with other similar axial fixing modes, the method of the preferred scheme is not affected by the reliability of the locking member, and the effective fixing of the anastomotic device to the intestinal tract can be realized only by paying attention to the rotation of the first annular member and the second annular member in the circumferential direction.
The circumferential locking member comprises a gasket which can be fixedly connected with the first annular member and the second annular member; the gasket is provided with check teeth, the surfaces of the first annular component and/or the second annular component are provided with check grooves corresponding to the check teeth, and the check teeth can be embedded into the check grooves to realize the fixed connection between the first annular component and the second annular component in the circumferential direction. This preferred scheme realizes first annular component, second annular component at ascending relatively fixed in week through the cooperation of check groove and non return tooth, and medical staff's accessible will set up realizes above-mentioned purpose in the non return tooth embedding check groove of surface outward to effectively avoid the relative rotation between the anastomotic device two parts, convenient operation, cooperation axial locking component combined action locking is effectual.
A plurality of notches which are correspondingly matched with the bosses and have the same number are arranged on the inner side of the gasket; the first annular member, the circumferential locking member and the second annular member are sleeved through the boss, the notch and the groove, so that the relative positions of the first annular member, the circumferential locking member and the second annular member are fixed. Through set up the breach on circumference locking member to utilize boss on first, the second annular member, can conveniently fix a position the position of packing ring, reduce the operation degree of difficulty, and make packing ring and first, the second annular member form fixed connection, guarantee the locking effect.
The shape and size of the gasket are consistent with the upper bottom surfaces of the first annular member and the second annular member.
When the boss moves to one side of the groove and is limited by the groove, the check tooth and the check groove are located at the same position. The design of this preferred scheme can guarantee that medical staff moves recess one side to it by the recess restriction with the boss after connecting first, second annular member, circumference locking component, only need one step of rotation operation, can correspond and imbed the check groove with the non return tooth, has simplified the use flow, avoids the secondary injury that too much removal operation probably leads to.
And annular grooves are formed in one ends of the lower bottom surfaces of the first annular member and the second annular member. The annular groove is used for locking the intestinal tract.
The medical anastomosis device is made of degradable magnesium alloy materials. The degradable magnesium alloy material has better degradation effect, and the recovery of patients cannot be influenced by too long retention time in human bodies.
The degradable magnesium alloy material is Mg-4Zn-0.1Sr (wt%) alloy, wherein the number before the element represents the mass fraction. The composition and the proportion of the components of the alloy are obtained after the inventor conducts targeted research on the related matters of intestinal operation recovery, the stay time of the alloy in a human body is moderate, the incomplete healing connection of the intestinal tract caused by too short degradation time can not be caused, and the recovery of a patient can not be influenced by too long stay time in the human body.
Based on the same technical concept, the invention also provides application of the medical anastomosis device, and the medical anastomosis device is used for locking and connecting the intestinal tracts after intestinal tract operation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the medical anastomosis device is simple and convenient to use, has a good locking effect, ensures that all parts of the anastomosis device do not easily move relatively after being locked, has good biodegradability, and can effectively help patients to recover when being used for intestinal locking and closing after intestinal surgery.
