When the driving motor 2038 works, the driving motor 2038 drives the cam 2037 to rotate, and in the process that the cam 2037 rotates to a high point, the pushing block 2034 is touched to press the pushing block 2034 to move leftwards, the pushing block 2034 further drives the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036 and the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035 to rotate, and then the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036 and the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035 can drive the first chuck 2032 and the second chuck 2033 to move in a direction away from each other in the up-down direction, so that the separation of the first sticky plate 201 and the second sticky plate 202 is realized. When the cam 2037 rotates to the low point, the elastic member 2039 forces the pushing block 2034 to move rightward, and the pushing block 2034 drives the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036 and the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035 to rotate reversely, so that the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036 and the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035 can drive the first chuck 2032 and the second chuck 2033 to move in the direction approaching to each other in the up-down direction, thereby realizing the approach of the first sticky plate 201 and the second sticky plate 202.
In this embodiment, the cam 2037 and the elastic member 2039 are used to keep the first adhesive plate 201 and the second adhesive plate 202 close to each other under the elastic action of the elastic member 2039, so that the first adhesive plate 201 is adhered to the upper surface of the isolation bag and the second adhesive plate 202 is adhered to the lower surface of the isolation bag in the initial state, and when in use, the first adhesive plate 201 and the second adhesive plate 202 are separated to open the isolation bag. Further, the cam 2037 can make the separation action of the first adhesive plate 201 and the second adhesive plate 202 quick and reliable.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a first dialing column 2036a is provided at one end of the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036, a second dialing column 2036b is provided at the other end of the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036, a third dialing column 2035a is provided at one end of the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035, and a fourth dialing column 2035b is provided at the other end of the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035.
The first chuck 2032 is provided with a first movable groove H21, the second chuck 2033 is provided with a second movable groove H20, one end of the pushing block 2034 is provided with a third movable groove H22 and a fourth movable groove which are symmetrically arranged, the first shifting column 2036a is located in the first movable groove H21, the second shifting column 2036b is located in the third movable groove H22, the third shifting column 2035a is located in the second movable groove H20, and the fourth shifting column 2035b is located in the fourth movable groove.
When the pushing block 2034 slides in the left-right direction, the third movable groove H22 and the fourth movable groove at one end of the pushing block 2034 are respectively engaged with the second shifting post 2036b at the other end of the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036 and the fourth shifting post 2035b at the other end of the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035, so that the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036 and the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035 can be pushed to rotate. The first pulling post 2036a at one end of the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036 and the third pulling post 2035a at one end of the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035 are respectively matched with the first movable groove H21 on the first chuck 2032 and the second movable groove H20 on the second chuck 2033, so that the first L-shaped rotating plate 2036 and the second L-shaped rotating plate 2035 can push the first chuck 2032 and the second chuck 2033 to slide relatively.
With the above configuration, reliable driving of the first L-shaped turn plate 2036 and the second L-shaped turn plate 2035 by the pushing block 2034, and reliable driving of the first chuck 2032 and the second chuck 2033 by the first L-shaped turn plate 2036 and the second L-shaped turn plate 2035 can be ensured.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the pushing block 2034 is provided with a second support 2034a, the second support 2034a is provided with a guide hole, the back plate 2031 is provided with a first support 2031a, the first support 2031a is provided with a guide rod 2040, and the guide rod 2040 is in sliding fit with the guide hole. The elastic member 2039 is a spring, the spring is sleeved on the guide rod 2040, one end of the spring abuts against the first support 2031a, and the other end of the spring abuts against the second support 2034 a.
In this embodiment, by using the cooperation of the spring and the guide rod 2040, the spring installation is ensured to be reliable, the pushing block 2034 is slid rightward to be stable, and in addition, the structure is simple.
Advantageously, the other end of the pushing block 2034 is provided with a fifth shifting column 2034b, and the tread of the cam 2037 is attached to the fourth shifting column 2035b, so that the cam 2037 can drive the pushing block 2034 stably and reliably by matching the cam 2037 with the fifth shifting column 2034 b.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises an apparatus housing 30, the driving device 203 is located in the apparatus housing 30, and a control button 301 for controlling the driving device 203 is further provided on the apparatus housing 30, so that, in use, when the isolation bag needs to be sleeved, the first adhesive plate 201 and the second adhesive plate 202 can be driven to be separated to open the isolation bag by pressing the button 301, and the operation is convenient and simple.
