A part of the component body provided with the cover body or the pan body is configured as a carrier or is configured as a part of the carrier (for example, a bracket body configured as the carrier is configured as a matching body of the carrier), so that the simplification of the number of product components is realized, the assembly process can be saved, and the product cost is reduced.
In any of the above technical schemes, the cover body and the pan body are configured to be capable of rotating relatively within a preset rotating range; the preset rotation range is greater than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees.

According to the cooking device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first terminal and the second terminal are in contact with each other to form electric connection, and when the cover body and the pot body rotate relatively, the first terminal and the second terminal are in sliding contact with each other, so that the structure is simple, the requirements on the relative rotation between the cover body and the pot body are met, the problems of poor or interrupted electric contact between the cover body and the pot body can be well avoided, the electric connection is reliable, and the requirements on the movement between the cover body and the pot body and the requirements on electric signal transmission (such as electric energy transmission, communication transmission and the like) can be better met.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The electrical components, cooking device, lid and pot according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1-20.
Example 1:
the present embodiment provides an electrical component 10. The electrical component 10 includes a carrier 100 and an electrical connection terminal 200. The electrical connection terminal 200 is disposed on the carrier 100 and is movable relative to the carrier 100.
Further by way of example, the electrical connection terminal 200 can slide relative to the carrier 100.
This can be understood with particular reference to the structures shown in fig. 1 and 3. In fig. 1, the electrical connection terminal 200 is located at one end of the carrier 100 in the counterclockwise direction. In fig. 3, the electrical connection terminal 200 slides a distance relative to the carrier 100 in a clockwise direction from one end of the carrier 100.
It should be noted that the electrical connection terminal 200 is slidable relative to the carrier 100, and is intended to indicate that the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 are referred to each other and can move relatively, and may be embodied as, but not limited to, the following cases:
1. with the carrier 100 as a reference, the electrical connection terminals 200 move;
2. movement of the carrier 100 occurs with the electrical connection terminals 200 as a reference;
2. both the carrier 100 and the electrical connection terminal 200 move, but the movements of the two are not exactly the same.
Of course, the present solution is not limited to the sliding design, and in other embodiments, the electrical connection terminals may be mounted on the carrier 100 and can freely move or rotate relative to the carrier 100.
In the electrical component 10 provided in the above embodiment of the present invention, the carrier 100 is used for connecting with the lid or the pot, or the carrier 100 is formed on the lid or the pot, wherein the electrical connection terminal 200 is disposed on the carrier 100 for electrically connecting between the lid and the pot, wherein the electrical connection terminal 200 is disposed to be slidable with respect to the carrier 100, so that when the lid and the pot move relatively, the electrical connection terminal 200 can be prevented or reduced from moving with the lid or the pot by using the slidable structural design of the electrical connection terminal 200 with respect to the carrier 100, and thus the electrical connection part between the lid and the pot can be correspondingly prevented or reduced from being pulled due to the movement of the lid or the pot, thereby preventing the problems of poor or interrupted electrical contact between the lid and the pot, achieving reliable electrical connection, and simultaneously preventing the requirement for relative movement between the lid and the pot from being limited, can better meet the activity requirement between the cover body and the pot body and the requirement of electric signal transmission (such as electric energy transmission, communication transmission and the like).
In certain embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the carrier 100 specifically includes a support body 110 and a mating body 120. The holder body 110 is provided with a fitting groove 130. The fitting body 120 is fitted with the bracket body 110 and covers the fitting groove 130, such that the fitting body 120 and the fitting groove 130 enclose a certain space, and the electrical connection terminal 200 is at least partially received in the fitting groove 130 and is slidable along the fitting groove 130. Like this, realized the sliding assembly of electric connection terminal 200 with carrier 100, satisfied the assembly demand that electric connection terminal 200 can slide for carrier 100, made electric connection terminal 200 move for carrier 100 more steadily, and also do benefit to the assembly, the protection to electric connection terminal 200, in addition, the structure that cooperation body 120 and support body 110 lid closed also more conveniently in the packing into of electric connection terminal 200, the assembly, the maintenance of product are more convenient, high-efficient.
By way of further example, the electrical component 10 is for a cooking device having a lid and a pan, and the carrier 100 is provided with a connection structure configured to be adapted to connect with the lid or the pan of the cooking device.
For example, the connection structure includes one or more of a screw connection structure (specifically, a screw connection post adapted to a screw, a screw hole, a through hole, etc.), a snap structure, a slot structure, and a plug structure (specifically, a plug hole, a socket, etc.).

For example, at least one of the bracket body 110 and the fitting body 120 is provided with a connecting structure. For example, the bracket body 110 and the mating body 120 are respectively provided with a connecting structure for connecting with the cover body or the pot body. Or for example, the support body 110 is provided with a connecting structure and assembled with the cover body or the pot body through the connecting structure, and the matching body 120 is installed on the support body 110 or the matching body 120 is fixed by the support body 110 and the cover body or the pot body in a clamping, limiting and other forms.
In certain embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the electrical component 10 further includes a locking structure 300. Wherein the electrical connection terminal 200 has a predetermined position relative to the carrier 100 (it is understood that the predetermined position is not specially designed, and a person skilled in the art can select a specific position as the predetermined position according to specific requirements). When the carrier 100 moves to set the position of the electrical connection terminal 200 on the carrier 100 as a predetermined position, the locking structure 300 can lock the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 together, so as to limit the electrical connection terminal 200 at the predetermined position. Like this, when the lid was closed with the pot body next time, electric connecting terminal 200 can accurately cooperate with the electric connector on the pot body fast, and when realizing lid and pot body lid, quick counterpoint between electric connecting terminal 200 and the electric connector switches on, has saved the use step to electric connecting terminal 200 counterpoint for the product uses simple and conveniently more.
For example, the case of the electrical component 10 being used for the cover 20 is illustrated (as can be understood by referring to fig. 1 to 4), for example, the cover 20 is provided with the electrical component 10, the cover 20 is adapted to the pot body 30, wherein the pot body 30 and the cover 20 are locked or unlocked by relative rotation, as shown in fig. 1, when the cover 20 rotates relative to the pot body 30 to a position where the pot teeth 32 and the cover teeth 22 are dislocated, the pot body 30 and the cover 20 are unlocked, and at the same time, the electrical connection terminal 200 moves to a predetermined position, as shown in fig. 2, the locking structure 300 can lock the electrical connection terminal 200 to limit the movement of the electrical connection terminal 200 relative to the carrier 100, so as to lock the electrical connection terminal 200 to the predetermined position (of course, based on the connection between the carrier 100 and the cover 20, it can be specifically understood that the movement of the electrical connection terminal 200 relative to the cover 20 is limited, or, based on the fact that pan body 30 is provided with the present electrical component 10, it may also be specifically understood to limit the movement of electrical connection terminal 200 with respect to pan body 30). Like this, can realize when opening pot body 30, lid 20 back, electric connecting terminal 200 can not move at will on lid 20, but roughly stabilize in preset position department for when covering lid 20 the pot body 30 again next time, electric connecting terminal 200 still is in preset position and cooperates with the corresponding electric connector on the pot body 30 in order to be fit for, need not to counterpoint electric connecting terminal 200 again, and it is more simple and convenient to use.
When the lid 20 returns to the pot body 30 again, the locking structure 300 is unlocked to lock the electrical connection component, and when the lid 20 and the pot body 30 rotate relatively to each other, so that the pot teeth 32 and the lid teeth 22 are locked or unlocked (as shown in fig. 3 and 4), since the electrical connection terminal 200 can slide relative to the carrier 100, the electrical connection terminal 200 cannot rotate along with the lid 20, thereby ensuring the reliability of electrical connection well, and simultaneously not interfering with the locking and unlocking processes between the pot body 30 and the lid 20, so as to achieve good compatibility of locking and unlocking matching between the pot body 30 and the lid 20, and reliable and stable electrical connection between the lid 20 and the pot body 30.
In certain embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the locking structure 300 includes a connector 310. When the position of the electrical connection terminal 200 on the carrier 100 is a preset position, the connection member 310 locks the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 together to limit the electrical connection terminal 200 at the preset position, and when the position of the electrical connection terminal 200 on the carrier 100 is not at the preset position, the connection member 310 movably connects the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100.
Further, the connection member 310 is movable relative to the carrier 100, and the connection member 310 is switched to lock the carrier 100 with the electrical connection terminal 200 by moving relative to the carrier 100, or to movably connect the carrier 100 with the electrical connection terminal 200 by moving relative to the carrier 100.
Further, the locking structure 300 further includes an elastic member 320. Specifically, the elastic member 320 is engaged with the connection member 310, wherein when the position of the electrical connection terminal 200 on the carrier 100 is a preset position, the elastic force of the elastic member 320 drives the connection member 310 to move, so that the connection member 310 locks the carrier 100 and the electrical connection terminal 200 together.
In more detail, the connection member 310 can move up and down relative to the carrier 100, and when the electrical connection terminal 200 moves to a preset position, the elastic member 320 is elastically restored, and the elastic force of the elastic member 320 drives the connection member 310 to move down, so that the connection member 310 locks the carrier 100 and the electrical connection terminal 200 together (as shown in fig. 2), i.e., the connection member 310 restricts the relative movement between the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100. When the connecting member 310 moves upward, the elastic member 320 is compressed, and the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 are switched from the locked state to the movable state (as shown in fig. 2), that is, the electrical connection terminal 200 is restored to be able to move relative to the carrier 100. The connecting member 310 can be driven more timely and accurately by using the elastic force, so that the electric connecting terminal 200 can be locked and responded more timely and accurately, and the elastic force driving has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and the like.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the spring operation may be performed by using a driving member (e.g., an electromagnetic push rod, a motor, etc.), for example, when the electrical connection terminal 200 moves to a predetermined position, the driving member drives the connecting member 310 to move, so that the connecting member 310 locks the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 together. When the electrical connection terminal 200 leaves the predetermined position, the driving member controls the connection member 310, so that the connection member 310 movably connects the electrical connection terminal 200 with the carrier 100.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the spring may be eliminated, for example, when the electrical connection terminal 200 is moved to the predetermined position, the connecting member 310 moves downward due to gravity, so that the connecting member 310 locks the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 together. When the electrical connection terminal 200 is separated from the predetermined position, the connection member 310 is lifted up, so that the connection member 310 movably connects the electrical connection terminal 200 with the carrier 100.
Further, the carrier 100 is provided with a guiding structure (the guiding structure can be understood by referring to a matching hole, and the matching hole can be understood by referring to the positioning hole 121 and the first sliding slot hole 122 shown in fig. 14). The connection member 310 is engaged with the guide structure and guides the movement between the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 by the engagement of the connection member 310 with the guide structure.
For example, the guide structure may specifically include a mating hole. The connection member 310 has a fitting portion 3111 and a stopper portion 3121.
The connection member 310 is connected to the electrical connection terminal 200. The connection member 310 passes through and can move along the fitting hole, wherein the connection member 310 adjusts the fitting portion 3111 or the stopper portion 3121 to be fitted with the fitting hole by moving along the fitting hole and the elastic member 320 is deformed.
Wherein when the connection member 310 is moved along the fitting hole to fit the stopper portion 3121 with the fitting hole, the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 are locked together. When the connection member 310 is moved along the fitting hole to fit the fitting portion 3111 to the fitting hole, the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 can be moved relatively.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 14, the mating body 120 of the carrier 100 is provided with a mating hole.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the connection member 310 is movable up and down along the mating hole (the direction is intended to facilitate understanding of the present embodiment with reference to the drawings, but not to limit the moving direction of the connection member 310), wherein the movement of the connection member 310 along the mating hole has a first position and a second position. As shown in fig. 2, when the electrical connection terminal 200 is at the predetermined position, the connection member 310 moves downward to the first position, and in this state, the position-limiting portion 3121 fits into the mating hole, and the position-limiting fit between the position-limiting portion 3121 and the mating hole is utilized, so that the connection member 310 and the carrier 100 form interference and locking, thereby locking the electrical connection terminal 200 relative to the carrier 100. As shown in fig. 4, the connecting member 310 moves upward to the second position, the engaging portion 3111 is engaged with the engaging hole (since the electrical connecting terminal 200 is not at the predetermined position, the engaging portion 3111 can be specifically understood to be engaged with the first sliding slot hole 122), and the engaging portion 3111 is movably engaged with the engaging hole, so that the interference and the locking between the connecting member 310 and the carrier 100 are released, and the connecting member 310 and the carrier 100 have a certain degree of freedom of movement, which correspondingly enables the electrical connecting terminal 200 to return to a relatively slidable state with respect to the carrier 100, so that the linkage of the electrical connecting terminal 200 is avoided or reduced during the relative movement between the lid and the pot, so that the electrical connecting terminal 200 can effectively maintain a reliable electrical connection engagement, and the lid and the pot can be reliably and stably conducted. And through the design of this structure, connecting piece 310 realizes spacing and the switching of releasing spacing with the cooperation hole cooperation in different positions (cooperation portion 3111 or spacing portion 3121), is favorable to guaranteeing the assembly reliability and the stability between connecting piece 310 and carrier 100 more like this to guarantee that the locking function is reliable.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, the fitting hole specifically includes a first sliding slot hole 122 and a positioning hole 121, and the first sliding slot hole 122 is communicated with the positioning hole 121; as shown in fig. 2, the positioning hole 121 is configured to be penetrated by the engaging portion 3111 and the limiting portion 3121, and as shown in fig. 4, the first sliding slot hole 122 is configured to be penetrated by the engaging portion 3111 and prevent the limiting portion 3121 from penetrating.

Further, the connection member 310 has a first end and a second end, the first end and the second end respectively protrude through the through holes 2221, the first end is provided with a position-limiting portion 3121, when the second end is pressed, the connection member 310 moves to make the position-limiting portion 3121 leave the guide structure and make the fitting portion 3111 fit to the guide structure, and when the second end is released, the elastic force of the elastic member 320 drives the connection member 310 to make the position-limiting portion 3121 fit to the guide structure.

When the cover 20 is separated from the pot body 30, the cover 20 is opened, and the pot body 30 does not press the second end of the connecting member 310 any more, so that the connecting member 310 is released, the elastic force of the elastic member 320 drives the connecting member 310 to fit the limiting portion 3121 into the fitting hole, and accordingly the electrical connection terminal 200 is locked, so that when the cover 20 is closed onto the pot body 30 next time, the electrical connection terminal 200 and the terminal or the electrical connection member 31 on the pot body 30 can be quickly aligned without the need of realigning the electrical connection terminal 200 by a user.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 7, 10 and 11, the electrical connection terminal 200 includes a terminal part 210 and a terminal holder 220. The terminal part 210 is disposed on the terminal holder 220, wherein the terminal holder 220 is slidably connected with the carrier 100. Thus, the terminal component 210 can be protected better, the terminal component 210 is not easy to be damaged by assembly and movement, and the service life of the product is longer.
The terminal component 210 disposed on the terminal bracket 220 may specifically be, for example: as shown in fig. 13, the terminal member 210 is provided with a connecting lug 212, and the connecting lug 212 is provided with a communication hole, so that a fastener passes through the communication hole to lock the connecting lug 212 and the terminal bracket 220, so that the terminal member 210 and the terminal bracket 220 are locked. Of course, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the terminal component 210 may be clamped or inserted into the terminal bracket 220 via a clamping structure, an inserting structure, and the like.
Wherein, the penetrating part 222 is formed on the terminal bracket 220, so that the interference and influence of the assembly and movement of the connecting piece 310 on the terminal component 210 are small, which is more beneficial to ensure the reliability of the terminal component 210.
Of course, the electrical connection terminal 200 is not limited to the form including the terminal part 210 and the terminal holder 220, and the terminal holder 220 may be omitted and the terminal part 210 may be used as the electrical connection terminal 200 in some embodiments, as required. At this time, features on the terminal bracket 220 for mating with the carrier 100 and/or the locking structure 300 may be formed on the terminal element 210.
In certain further embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the connector 310 includes a guide push rod 311 and a positioning cap 312. Specifically, the elastic member 320 is fitted over the guide push rod 311 and abuts against the guide push rod 311 and the electrical connection terminal 200, wherein at least a portion of the guide push rod 311 is formed as a fitting portion 3111; the positioning cap 312 is connected to the guide push rod 311, and at least a portion of the positioning cap 312 is formed as a stopper 3121. By designing the connection member 310 to include two parts of the guide push rod 311 and the positioning cap 312, it can be easily assembled from both sides so that the connection member 310 can be more easily threaded onto the electric connection terminal 200. And through utilizing the cooperation portion 3111 that forms on the guide push rod 311, form spacing portion 3121 on the position cap 312 for the connecting piece 310 cooperates with carrier 100 at first slotted hole 122 position and in the position of location mouth 121 position with guide push rod 311 and position cap 312 correspondingly, can coordinate the connecting piece 310 molding so that the connecting piece 310 can satisfy the direction and spacing cooperation purpose simultaneously, can possess higher intensity in order to satisfy the reliability requirement better.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the guide push rod 311 and the positioning cap 312 are fastened by a fastening member 313. More specifically, the fastening element 313 penetrates through the guide push rod 311 and the positioning cap 312, so that the fastening element 313 can serve as an internal framework of the guide push rod 311 and the positioning cap 312, and can play a good role in reinforcement, so that the strength of the connecting element 310 is higher.

In some further embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, a receiving groove 223 is formed in the terminal bracket 220, and the terminal part 210 is at least partially received in the receiving groove 223. Thus, the protection effect on the terminal member 210 is better.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, an avoiding opening 224 is formed at the bottom of the accommodating groove 223; the terminal member 210 has an interface 211, and the interface 211 is opposite to the avoiding opening 224 or the interface 211 partially protrudes out of the receiving groove 223 along the avoiding opening 224. Thus, the interface 211 can be conveniently matched and conducted.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, a blocking portion 225 is disposed in the accommodating groove 223; as shown in fig. 13, the terminal member 210 is provided with an abutting portion 213. The abutting portion 213 abuts against the stopper portion 225 to restrict the terminal from coming off the accommodating groove 223 from the escape opening 224. Thus, the terminal component 210 is more reliably and stably assembled, and the interface 211 is in a plug-in structure, so that the terminal component 210 can be prevented from being pulled out during plugging, and the reliability and the service life of the product are improved.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 13, the abutting portion 213 is a rib formed on the terminal, and the rib is provided along the circumference of the interface 211 of the terminal. As shown in fig. 12, the stopper portion 225 is a stopper step provided along the outer periphery of the escape opening 224. The circumferential rib is arranged to abut against the stop step, so that stable assembly between the terminal part 210 and the terminal bracket 220 is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the carrier 100 is provided with a second slide slot 123, the electrical connection terminal 200 is connected with a wire, the wire extends out of the carrier 100 from the second slide slot 123, and the wire is slidable along the second slide slot 123. Therefore, the electric connecting terminal 200 can be more conveniently wired, and the second sliding groove hole 123 is designed for the wire to slide, so that when the carrier 100 and the electric connecting terminal 200 move relatively, the wire correspondingly forms sliding fit along the second sliding groove hole 123, the carrier 100 can move to keep the wire still, the problem that the wire is pulled can be well avoided, and the reliability of the product can be improved.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the carrier 100 has a support body 110 and a mating body 120, the support body 110 and the mating body 120 cover and enclose a mounting groove 130, and the electrical connection terminal 200 is at least partially received in the mounting groove 130 and is slidable along the mounting groove 130. As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 14, the mating body 120 is provided with a second sliding slot hole 123, the second sliding slot hole 123 is communicated with the mounting slot 130, the wire of the electrical connection terminal 200 extends out of the mounting slot 130 from the second sliding slot hole 123 of the mating body 120, and the wire is slidable along the second sliding slot hole 123 of the mating body 120.
Furthermore, the mating body 120 is provided with a guiding structure (which can be understood by referring to the first sliding slot hole 122 and the positioning hole 121) and a second sliding slot hole 123, so that the electrical connection terminal 200 and the locking structure 300 are integrated with the mating portion 3111 of the carrier 100, assembly line assembly of the product is facilitated, and assembly efficiency of the product is improved.
Of course, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the second sliding slot hole 123 may be designed on the bracket body 110 according to requirements, or in other embodiments, the guiding structure may be disposed on the bracket body 110.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 15, the carrier 100 has a support body 110 and a fitting body 120, wherein a receiving portion 111 having a first opening 112 and a second opening 113 is formed in the support body 110.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the engaging body 120 covers the first opening 112, so that the accommodating portion 111 and the engaging body 120 enclose the mounting groove 130.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the electrical connection terminal 200 is accommodated in the accommodation portion 111, the electrical connection terminal 200 is provided with an interface 211, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the interface 211 is disposed opposite to the second opening 113. By accommodating the electrical connection terminal 200 with the accommodating portion 111, the electrical connection terminal 200 can be better protected.
Further, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the electric connection terminal 200 is provided with a slide arm 221.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the support body 110 and the mating body 120 enclose a mounting groove 130, and the mounting groove 130 specifically includes a guiding mating groove 132 and an avoiding groove 131, wherein the electrical connection terminal 200 is mated in the avoiding groove 131, the sliding arm 221 is located in the guiding mating groove 132 and is in abutting mating with the guiding mating groove 132, and the sliding arm 221 is adapted to slide along the guiding mating groove 132. Therefore, the sliding fit and the guiding performance of the electric connecting terminal 200 and the assembling groove 130 are better, the electric connecting terminal 200 can accurately and stably slide along the assembling groove 130, meanwhile, the damage of the electric connecting terminal 200 caused by the assembling and the sliding fit is reduced, and the reliability of the electric connecting terminal 200 is better considered.
In certain further embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, the sliding arm 221 is provided with a first projection 2211, and the first projection 2211 is provided projecting from a surface of the sliding arm 221 and configured to be adapted to contact the guide fitting groove 132. Therefore, the friction area between the sliding arm 221 and the guiding engagement slot 132 is smaller, the friction resistance and the damage are also smaller, the service life of the product can be prolonged, the movement resistance to the carrier 100 (further, such as the cover body 20 or the pot body 30) can be reduced, and the use experience of the product can be improved.
In certain further embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the guide engagement slot 132 is provided with a second boss 114, and the second boss 114 is provided protruding from a surface of the guide engagement slot 132 and is configured to be in contact with the sliding arm 221. Therefore, the friction area between the sliding arm 221 and the guiding engagement slot 132 is smaller, the friction resistance and the damage are also smaller, the service life of the product can be prolonged, the movement resistance to the carrier 100 (further, such as the cover body 20 or the pot body 30) can be reduced, and the use experience of the product can be improved.
In some further embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a supporting portion 115 is formed in the receiving portion 111 in the bracket body 110, and the mating body 120 and the supporting portion 115 enclose a guiding mating slot 132.
More specifically, the accommodating portion 111 is formed as a step accommodating portion, and a step in the step accommodating portion is used as the supporting portion 115, wherein the mating body 120 and the step of the step accommodating portion 111 enclose the guide mating groove 132, and a portion below the step in the step accommodating portion 111 forms the avoiding groove 131. Here, as shown in fig. 15, the second protruding portion 114 is provided on the supporting portion 115, that is, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the second protruding portion 114 is provided on the step of the step accommodating portion 111, and the sliding arm 221 is supported on the second protruding portion 114. The side of the sliding arm 221 away from the step is provided with a first protrusion 2211, and the first protrusion 2211 is used for being matched with the matching body 120 to reduce friction between the sliding arm 221 and the matching body 120.
In certain embodiments, the electrical connection terminals 200 include couplers. Of course, the present embodiment is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the coupler may be replaced with an electrical connection structure such as the conductive sheet 420 or the conductive sheet 420, or the electrical connection terminal 200 may be designed to include a combination structure of at least two of the coupler, the conductive sheet 420 and the conductive sheet 420.

as shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment provides an electrical component 10, specifically a coupler slide assembly. In an exemplary use scenario of the electrical component 10, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 6, the electrical component 10 of the present embodiment may be mounted on the lid 20, and as shown in fig. 16, a lower coupler (or referred to as a terminal, an electrical connector 31, etc.) is fixed on the pot 30, and when the lid 20 is covered on the pot 30, the electrical component 10 is electrically connected to the lower coupler, so that the pot 30 of the cooking appliance can be electrically connected to the lid 20, and the rotation requirement of the lid 20 can be ensured.
In particular, the pan body 30 may also be referred to as a pot body, and more specifically, the pan body 30 may be specifically understood as a pan body 30 of a cooking machine, a pan body 30 of a pressure cooker, a pot body of an electric cooker, a pan body 30 of a steamer, and the like. In an exemplary use scenario of the electrical component 10, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 6, the electrical component 10 of the present embodiment may be mounted on the lid 20, and as shown in fig. 16, a lower coupler (or referred to as a terminal, an electrical connector 31, etc.) is fixed on the pot 30, and when the lid 20 is covered on the pot 30, the electrical component 10 is electrically connected to the lower coupler, so that the pot 30 of the cooking appliance can be electrically connected to the lid 20, and the rotation requirement of the lid 20 can be ensured.
In particular, the pan body 30 may also be referred to as a pot body, and more specifically, the pan body 30 may be specifically understood as a pan body 30 of a cooking machine, a pan body 30 of a pressure cooker, a pot body of an electric cooker, a pan body 30 of a steamer, and the like. The locking structure 300 includes a positioning cap 312, a guide push rod 311, and a spring (i.e., an elastic member 320).
The electrical connection terminal 200 includes a coupler (i.e., a terminal member 210) and a coupler holder (i.e., a terminal holder 220).
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the coupler, the guide push rod 311, the positioning cap 312 and the spring are mounted on the coupler bracket to form a coupler bracket assembly. The coupler support assembly is arranged on the sliding base, and the limiting plate is arranged on the sliding base to form the coupler sliding assembly.
The limiting plate is provided with a guiding structure, the guiding structure specifically comprises a first sliding groove hole 122 and a positioning hole 121, and the diameter of the positioning cap 312 is larger than that of the guiding part of the guiding push rod 311.
As shown in fig. 4, the coupler bracket assembly can slide in the fitting groove 130 of the slide base in a state where the locking cap 312 is lifted.
As shown in fig. 2, when the positioning cap 312 slides to the position of the positioning opening 121 on the position limiting plate, the positioning cap 312 sinks and is inserted into the positioning opening 121, and at this time, the coupler bracket assembly is limited and cannot slide.

Specifically, the electrical component 10 includes a carrier 100 and an electrical connection terminal 200. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the electrical connection terminal 200 is disposed on the carrier 100, and the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 can slide relative to each other. The carrier 100 is adapted to be assembled with the cover 20. More specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the carrier 100 has a sliding seat (i.e., the bracket body 110) and a stopper plate (i.e., the fitting body 120) enclosing an assembly groove 130 with the sliding seat cover. As shown in fig. 8, 10 and 11, the electrical connection terminal 200 includes a coupler (i.e., the terminal member 210) and a coupler holder (i.e., the terminal holder 220), the coupler being disposed on the coupler holder, the coupler holder being received in the fitting groove 130 and slidable along the fitting groove 130, thereby achieving a sliding connection between the carrier 100 and the electrical connection terminal 200.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 14, the limiting plate is provided with a second sliding slot hole 123, the coupler is connected with a wire, the wire extends out of the mounting groove 130 from the second sliding slot hole 123, and when the electrical connection terminal 200 slides along the mounting groove 130, the wire correspondingly slides along the second sliding slot hole 123.
Further, the electrical component 10 further comprises a locking structure 300.
The locking structure 300 includes a positioning cap 312, a guide push rod 311, and an elastic member 320 (i.e., a spring).
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the coupler, the guide push rod 311, the positioning cap 312 and the spring are mounted on the coupler bracket to form a coupler bracket assembly. The coupler support assembly is arranged on the sliding base, and the limiting plate is arranged on the sliding base to form the coupler sliding assembly.
The limiting plate is further provided with a guiding structure, the guiding structure specifically comprises a first sliding groove hole 122 and a positioning hole 121, and the diameter of the positioning cap 312 is larger than that of the guiding part of the guiding push rod 311.
As shown in fig. 4, the coupler bracket assembly can slide in the fitting groove 130 of the slide base in a state where the locking cap 312 is lifted.
As shown in fig. 2, when the positioning cap 312 slides to the position of the positioning opening 121 on the position limiting plate, the positioning cap 312 sinks and is inserted into the positioning opening 121, and at this time, the coupler bracket assembly is limited and cannot slide.
The scheme can solve the following problems:
1. power can be supplied easily under the condition that the pressure cover body 20 is ensured to be rotationally buckled;
2. the electric connection terminal 200 can be used for the cover body 20 to receive electric signals, so that the cover body 20 can be expanded with multiple functions such as a fumigating function, an air-frying function, a baking function and the like by supplying power to the cover body 20;
3. the structure is simple, the volume is small, and the appearance of the product is not limited;
4. the guiding push rod 311 and the positioning cap 312 have a guiding function (specifically, the guiding push rod 311 is matched with the first chute hole 122) and a positioning function (specifically, the positioning cap 312 is matched with the positioning hole 121) for the electric connecting terminal 200, so that the relative movement track of the electric connecting terminal 200 on the carrier 100 is more accurate in the movement process of the carrier 100, the movement smoothness of the cover body 20 is better, and the electric connecting terminal 200 can be quickly aligned with the lower coupler on the pot body 30 by utilizing the positioning function of the electric connecting terminal 200, so that the use is more convenient;
5. the second sliding slot hole 123 on the limiting plate can facilitate the wiring, so that the moving wire of the cover body 20 is not moved, and the problems of winding, winding and the like are prevented.

the present embodiment provides a cooking apparatus including: a cover body 20 and a pot body 30. The cover body 20 and the pot body 30 can move relatively.

In the cooking device provided by the above embodiment of the present invention, during the relative movement between the cover and the pot, the movable structural design of the electrical connection terminal 200 of the electrical component 10 on the cover (or the pot) is utilized to prevent or reduce the movement of the electrical connection terminal 200 along with the cover or the pot, so that the pulling of the electrical connection terminal 10 and the electrical connection member 31 due to the movement of the cover or the pot can be correspondingly prevented or reduced, thereby preventing the poor electrical contact or the interruption of the electrical connection between the cover and the pot, achieving reliable electrical connection, and simultaneously preventing the relative movement requirement between the cover and the pot from being limited, and better considering the movement requirement and the electrical signal transmission requirement (such as electrical energy transmission, communication transmission, etc.) between the cover and the pot.
In some embodiments, one of lid 20 and pan body 30 having electrical component 10 disposed therein has a component body. For example, the component body of the cover body 20 can be specifically understood as a part of the cover body 20, such as an inner cover or an outer cover or a face cover or a side cover or a pot cover of the cover body 20. The body of the pot body 30 may be specifically understood as a pot body.
In one embodiment, the component body of the cover 20 or the component body of the pot 30 and the carrier 100 of the electrical component 10 are separate components, and the component body of the cover 20 or the component body of the pot 30 and the carrier 100 are assembled together, such as welded together, or connected together by screws, or clamped together.
In another alternative, a portion of the component body of cover 20 or a portion of the component body of pan body 30 is configured as carrier 100 or as a portion of the carrier, for example, a portion of the component body of cover 20 or a portion of the component body of pan body 30 is made as an integral structure with the carrier, or a portion of the component body of cover 20 or a portion of the component body of pan body 30 is made as an integral structure with a portion of the carrier (e.g., a bracket body or a mating body of carrier 100 is made as an integral structure).
For example, the cover 20 is provided with the electrical component 10, and the electrical component 10 may be provided on the pot 30 in other embodiments according to specific requirements.
In detail, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the component body of the lid body 20 is specifically a lid body 21 (specifically, the lid body 21 is at least one of a face lid, a side lid, and an inner lid). More specifically, the lid body 21 is provided with the lug portion 23, the electrical component 10 is disposed on the lug portion 23, and the design of the lug portion 23 does not affect the circumferential structure of the lid body 21, so that the rotational fit between the lid body 20 and the pot body 30 is not interfered.
As shown in fig. 8, the electrical component 10 includes a carrier 100 and an electrical connection terminal 200, the carrier 100 and the cover body 21 are separate components, and the carrier 100 is assembled on the cover body 21, specifically, on the lug part 23 of the cover body 21.
More specifically, for example, an accommodating space is formed in the lug part 23, the carrier 100 is accommodated in the accommodating space, and the connection and locking between the carrier 100 and the lug part 23 are realized through a screw, a buckle, a clamping connection and the like, the lug part 23 is provided with a notch, and the second opening 113 of the carrier 100 is opposite to the notch or the part of the carrier 100 provided with the first opening 112 partially extends along the notch.
The specific structures of the carrier 100 and the electrical connection terminal 200 (such as the holder body 110, the mating body 120, the terminal holder 220, the terminal element 210, etc.) can be understood with reference to the contents of any one of the embodiments of embodiment 1, and will not be repeated here.
In other embodiments, it is also possible to design the cover and the pot body to be respectively provided with the electrical component 10. In some embodiments, cover 20 and pan body 30 are configured to be suitable for relative rotation within a predetermined range of rotation; as shown in fig. 3, the preset rotation range a has a value range of 10 ° or more and 180 ° or less. one of the lid 20 and the pot 30 is provided with an electrical component 10, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 6, taking the case that the lid 20 is provided with the electrical component 10 as an example, the lid 20 includes a lid body 21 and the electrical component 10, a lug portion 23 is provided on the lid body 21, the electrical component 10 includes a carrier 100 and an electrical connection terminal 200, and the carrier 100 is assembled on the lug portion 23, of course, in other embodiments, at least a part of the carrier 100 (such as the matching body 120 and/or the bracket body 110) may also be integrally formed on the lid body 21, so as to realize that the carrier 100 and the lid body 21 are integrated. The electric connection terminal 200 is provided on the carrier 100 and is slidable with respect to the carrier 100, thereby achieving the electric connection terminal 200 to be slidable with respect to the cover body 21.
The pan body 30 is provided with a coupler (i.e. an electric connector 31) which is fixedly arranged on the pan body 30. The coupler may be embodied fixedly on the housing of pan body 30, as shown in fig. 16. When the cover 20 is covered on the pot body 30, the terminal part 210 of the electrical component 10 on the cover 20 is electrically connected with the coupler of the pot body 30, so that the electricity of the pot body 30 of the cooking appliance can be supplied to the cover 20, and the rotation requirement of the cover 20 can be ensured.
Specifically, the electrical component 10 includes a carrier 100 and an electrical connection terminal 200. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the electrical connection terminal 200 is disposed on the carrier 100, and the electrical connection terminal 200 and the carrier 100 can slide relative to each other. The carrier 100 is assembled with the cover 20. More specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the carrier 100 has a sliding seat (i.e., the bracket body 110) and a stopper plate (i.e., the fitting body 120) enclosing an assembly groove 130 with the sliding seat cover. As shown in fig. 8, 10 and 11, the electrical connection terminal 200 specifically includes a coupler (i.e., the terminal element 210) and a coupler holder (i.e., the terminal holder 220), wherein the coupler on the cover 20 is disposed on the coupler holder, and the coupler holder is received in the mounting slot 130 and is slidable along the mounting slot 130, so as to realize the sliding connection between the carrier 100 and the electrical connection terminal 200.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 14, the limiting plate is provided with a second sliding slot hole 123, the coupler is connected with a wire, the wire extends out of the mounting groove 130 from the second sliding slot hole 123, and when the electrical connection terminal 200 slides along the mounting groove 130, the wire correspondingly slides along the second sliding slot hole 123.
Further, the electrical component 10 further comprises a locking structure 300.
The locking structure 300 includes a positioning cap 312, a guide push rod 311 (i.e., a guide push rod 311), and an elastic member 320 (i.e., a spring).
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the coupler, the guide push rod 311, the positioning cap 312 and the spring are mounted on the coupler bracket to form a coupler bracket assembly. The coupler support assembly is arranged on the sliding base, and the limiting plate is arranged on the sliding base to form the coupler sliding assembly.
The limiting plate is further provided with a guiding structure, the guiding structure specifically comprises a first sliding groove hole 122 and a positioning hole 121, and the diameter of the positioning cap 312 is larger than that of the guiding part of the guiding push rod 311.
As shown in fig. 4, the coupler bracket assembly can slide in the fitting groove 130 of the slide base in a state where the locking cap 312 is lifted.
As shown in fig. 2, when the positioning cap 312 slides to the position of the positioning opening 121 on the position limiting plate, the positioning cap 312 sinks and is inserted into the positioning opening 121, and at this time, the coupler bracket assembly is limited and cannot slide.
The structure of the electrical component 10, such as the carrier 100, the bracket body 110, the matching body 120 and the electrical connection terminal 200 (such as the terminal bracket 220, the terminal component 210, etc.), can be understood by referring to the content of any one of the embodiments in embodiment 1, and will not be repeated here.
The scheme can solve the following problems:

5. the second sliding slot hole 123 on the limiting plate can facilitate the wiring, so that the moving wire of the cover body 20 is not moved, and the problems of winding, winding and the like are prevented.
In any of the above technical solutions, one of the cover and the pot is a cover 20, the cover 20 has an electrical device and an electrical component 10, and the electrical device is electrically connected to the electrical connection terminal 200 of the electrical component 10 on the cover 20.

In the cover 20 provided in the above embodiment of the present invention, the electrical component 10 is disposed on the component body of the cover 20, so that, in the process of the cover 20 moving relative to the pot body 30, by using the slidable structural design of the electrical connection terminal 200 of the electrical component 10 on the cover 20, the movement of the electrical connection terminal 200 along with the cover 20 or the pot body 30 can be avoided or reduced, and accordingly, the problem that the electrical connection part between the cover 20 and the pot body 30 is pulled due to the movement of the cover 20 or the pot body 30 can be correspondingly avoided or reduced, thereby avoiding the problems of poor or interrupted electrical contact between the cover 20 and the pot body 30, achieving reliable electrical connection, and simultaneously preventing the relative movement requirement between the cover 20 and the pot body 30 from being limited, and better considering the movement requirement between the cover 20 and the pot body 30 and the requirement of electrical signal transmission (such as electrical energy transmission, communication transmission, etc.).
In some embodiments, the component body of the cover 20 and the carrier 100 of the electrical component 10 are separate components, and the component body and the carrier 100 are assembled and connected together. Thus, the compatibility between the component body and the electrical component 10 is better, which is more beneficial to ensuring the reliability of the movement of the electrical connection terminal 200 of the electrical component 10, thereby better considering the requirements of the relative movement and the electric conduction reliability between the cover body and the pot body.
In other embodiments, a portion of the component body is configured as a carrier 100. Or a portion of the component body is configured as a part of the carrier 100, e.g., a portion of the component body is integral with the mating body 120 of the holder body 110. Therefore, the number of product parts is reduced, the assembly process can be saved, and the product cost is reduced.
Specifically for example, the cover body 21 may specifically include one or more of a face cover, an inner cover, and a side cover. The electrical component 10 includes a carrier 100 and an electrical connection terminal 200, and the electrical connection terminal 200 is slidable with respect to the carrier 100. Wherein, the carrier 100 is mounted on the face cover or the inner cover or the side cover included in the cover body 21, or the carrier 100 is integrally connected with the face cover or the inner cover or the side cover included in the cover body 21, so that the carrier 100 is formed as a part of the cover body 21.
Further, the cover body 21 is configured with a lug part 23, and the electric component 10 is positioned on the lug part 23.
Further, the electrical component 10 also has a locking structure 300.
The structure of the electrical component 10, such as the carrier 100, the bracket body 110, the matching body 120, the electrical connection terminal 200 (such as the terminal bracket 220, the terminal component 210, etc.), etc., can be understood by referring to the content of any one of the embodiments in embodiment 1, and will not be repeated here.
In some embodiments, the cover 20 further has an electrical device electrically connected to the electrical connection terminal 200.

In some embodiments, the body of the pot 30 (e.g., the pot body) and the carrier 100 of the electrical appliance 10 are separate parts, and the body of the part and the carrier 100 are assembled together.
